This is the email (minus my personal information they somehow obtained) They titled it : FINAL WARNING when I have never received any type of communication from whomever this is. As you can see, there is no form of contact for them at all located in this message. No address, no phone number, no company name, etc.

I got this too and they had so much of my personal info I started to believe it because of having past debt omgosh this is the 4 time in a month I have gotten scam emails !
I received same email with same exect amount. 1, 290. They had my back and ss#
I also received the same email. What is wrong with these people and I would like to know how they obtained personal info.
07/09/15 I just received same email, same amount they also had my ss#.and stated I had 48 hrs to pay 1290.00 I believe us a scam.
I received that same email with the same exact message.The scary thing is that someone has my social security number and address.
7/9/15, I received the same exact email, that had my SS# and previous residence zip code. The amount of money to be submitted by check was $1160. No indication of case reference#, no return phone # to respond, only an email address. Frankly, I am sick and tired of people trying to rip off senior citizens and hard-working people of their money. I will also be looking into this and hopefully these people will get caught and prosecuted for this scam.
Just received the same exact email, with my husband's s.s.#! Same amount of money as everyone else! My husband's personal information was stolen from the federal government recently and I feel this has something to do with whomever stole the info.! They also called my phone number and when I answered, it went straight to a recording, stating the same as the email. Tried calling the number back that called and every time it was busy. Not surprised, someone is trying to scam people, by using scare tactics and hoping enough people will fall for it! This is disgusting and something needs to be done about this! I definitely will be looking into this and hoping these people get caught and prosecuted for this scam!
This is completely illegal. There are no companies listed where the loan came from, there are spelling mistakes on such an "official" document and payday loans are illegal in my state. http://paydayloaninfo.org/state-information I'm so sick of this stuff. Someone has leaked info and this is what we get in return. Fed up and frustrated and would love to sue someone to stop the harassment.
I have the exact same email with the same amount, however they have my SS# and a bank I used to use! What the heck is this?
I got this email as well I don't know if it's a scam or not. But the amount was the same I believe and different numbers on the last numbers of case number. The customer service I called sounds not professional
EXACTLY the same email sent, including the same total due. The biggest issue is the inclusion of private personal information.
