I ordered 1 bottle of green tea, cost $1.00 + S/H of $4.95. They sent Hoodiburst gum at $9.95 & Hoodiawater at $29.95. I did not order these & I treturned them. Did not know I needed a return number, could not get them on the phone! Also did not know they would send me another order, which I got today. Still can't get them on the phone but I emailed them. I think they have some nerve sending things I did not order & do not want. I did contact my credit card company & told them I returned the 1st order minus the green tea & wanted the rest taken off my bill. I sent this with insurance on it & they had to sign for it.

I am experiencing the same thing. I actually send letters to them because I cannot get a response. But, of course, no response there either. My credit card company is investigating them and I suggest that everyone send a complaint about this company to their State Attorney General's office. I know that there is a department for internet fraud and they are definitely guilty. What a scam!!!

Unfortunately, I've also have been mislead by Central Coast Nutraceuticals. Like the others, an unauthorized charge was made to my credit card and when I suggested to return the unopened product and requested for a credit, they replied, "if we receive it by March 1st." Our conversation took place Friday, Feb 28th, one day before making it virtually impossible to have the product returned on time even if it was FedEx overnight. This company should be investigated for internet fraud.

I agree. I wish I knew about this comment site before I ordered. The whole 30 day trial thing is a joke. By the time you get and use the product you have less than 14 days to return it without penalty. They then try to offer you everything else but cancel and that is why people can't reach them on the phone. The hoodia water and green tea they called and offered me but yet I have to apply online to get an RMA # to return it. That is just to extend your delay even longer. The only one that works is the colopure but after all of this trouble with hoodia, green tea and acai advanced, it seems as if I should send this back as well!

I am having the same problem. I have sent back the bottles done as directed and they keep sending them I just received one again and am about to send it back. I advise anyone to be careful the have a gemic going.

I will be reporting to the department of fruad as I hope we all will sharing our storeis is great but we have to go to the top and keep writting until we get some progress.
