Cellurez invites potential customers to try an anti-cellulite cream for $4.99. Included in their website is a large certificate with large lettering stating SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. However, under that certificate headline, it confusingly informs customers that they will have fifteen days to try the product, and then a line or two below, that they will have really only a few days to try the product because the fifteen days begins when you pay your $4.99, not when they ship it or you receive it. If you do not contact them within the so-called 15 days, they will mail you out another jar of cream--this time for $89.99!--For which they state they will take no refund or return other than within the FAKE 15 day period.

This company's tactics is to deliberately confuse the public. They get money from our credit card companies in the end, even if customers do not have to pay. And such tactics raise the bill for all of us with regard to our credit cards.
