I was just about to enjoy the convenience that Foschini account brought, in allowing me to spread the payments on my purchases, however I am not happy about the treatment I am receiving from you lately .There are three factors that may contribute to that, maybe I have became too soft that I can be mistaken for an illiterate person, maybe the recordings made on your phones for security purposes are not translated nor do they rich your attention or it is just simple ignorance or have nothing to lose attitude.
On the 25/08/2011 I forwarded Noma all the details of the cancelled cell phone insurance, I spent more than the R49.50 you are claiming on trying to explain so that we arrive at a permanent solution. To be polite I am more than upset about this whole thing because it means for as long as the information does not rich you will continue with this unfounded claim. Instead of giving me feedback on the investigation of this case you insist sending statements.
The last time I spoke to Noma she was going to come back to me within the same day but to date nothing has happened. I am someone who likes to maintain a relationship to a certain extent but once it gets out of control take the opposite direction.
I will not pay the money until I get the answer because I paid all the balance I owed Foschini now Foschini insist to demand money that the cell phone insurer is denying because they chose to delay the cancellation. If this case is too much to comprehend please forward it to a legal advisor who is familiar with cases like these.
