Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler and i must say that it seems to me you should've done your HOMEWORK on this retailer before you purchased their merchandise. I don't understand why some of you don't take responsibility for your own actions in these types of transactions. In the future don't be such an impulse shopper, take your time and get more information on the jewelry or the company you'd like to buy from.

It clearly states on the company website they are in the style of links jewellery-why would you think you are getting a real one at that price!? However I bought from the site and was extremely happy with my purchase.

I have just received my order today, as soon as I noticed China Post all over it I did not even open it, I have to say that when I went to this site it was not apparent to me that the item decribed as Pandora Bracelet & Charms was coming from outwith the UK. They call themselves Celebrity Silver-UK and there is no mention of foreign connections, however, looking at this site today for the second time, I noticed the extremely small letters below their name, when you read this, thats if you can, I had to wear reading glasses, it does state replica, but very black background and this writing is hardly even clear I can just about read it but have to peer closely. I have emailed them to give me instructions for returning and refund procedures, thank goodness I have not openened the envelope. I feel that it should be embolden that these items are imitations for all to see not hidden away in tiny lettering that is just sneaky as not everyone has perfect eyesight and that items are not coming from the UK. Yes I have to agree with James's comments to a degree but there are lots of us out there who are not very well clued up on these types of fakes, I shall of course be extra extra careful from now on in.

We have placed an order with Celebrity-silver last week for two Pandora bracelets, not realising until afterwards that these were in fact fake. I agree that the text on the front page indicating that products are replicas is very small and very easy to miss!
Bainser, can you keep up informed on how you get on returning your Pandora Bracelet?

I have just received the Pandora I ordered for my girlfriend. Like many of you, I didn't realise they were fake, bit obvious considering the price. Anyway, I have looked very closely at the Pandora I bought and I am very impressed. It is good quality. And looks genuine, a very good impersination of an original. I'm happy with what I got.

i have just received my pandora bracelet, it looks great, i did not expect the real pandora how can you when your paying £30.00 for a £300.00 bracelet, i will use them again, some people need to get some common sense, i'm really impressed with my purchase.

I also have just recieved my Pandora bracelet & love it!!! It does clearly state these are replicas but they are of an excellent quality! I really cant tell the difference other than that to my wallet! Totally agree with you Jesseb, how can you expect the real thing for £30 as appose to £300???? It is true that they are pretending to be a UK company but if they deliver what they say they will then...?? In fact I am going to buy another! I reccommend this company, quick delivery, great products in sterling silver at a fraction of the price, how can they be a rip off???

i have purchased from celebrity-silver.co.uk, i bought a pandora bracelet, it does say at the top of the site there replicas, there of good quality, and was happy with my purchase, i too agree with jessy b and emsb, you would have to be an idiot to expect a £300 item for £30, i too will make future purchases

I have just received 3 bracelets which I hoped to give as gifts to family. I agree they are good copies, but noticed that the bracelet clasp was larger than my own genuine pandora which prompted me to check other sites. Also some of the charms don't look as good quality. I have tried to email Celebrity Silver and get the same message - error!!! Won't do anything like this again without checking!! Does anyone know if they are real silver - I'd like to know.

Just received my pandora bracelet from celebrity silver today, one week after placing the order! For £35 what do you expect! The site clearly stated replica jewelery so I knew what I was getting but like the rest of you did not realise it was coming from china! The packaging it came in has a senders address label on it so seems pretty genuine! Though since receiving the bracelet I have tried to go back on the website and do not seem to be able to find it! Does anyone know if it has been shut down?Just hope my card details are safe! That is my only concern other than that I am happy with what I purchased for the money!

I also have been trying to contact them, my order was placed two weeks today. I received one email from them when I placed order welcoming me (this had an email address in it to contact them) But i did not receive an email confirming my order? I have emailed them, as my money was taken. Still awaiting my bracelet.

I recieved my pandora bracelet yesterday from celebrity silver and i love it. I had been looking for one of these bracelets for a while but they were so expensive and i have got to admit i had not seen all these complaints before i sent my money and usually i read reviews for everything i buy online if possible, but these complaints have just suddenly appeared and i was getting worried after i had read them because my bracelet had not arrived and the site does not seem to exist anymore. My friend saw my bracelet yesterday and now she wants one. Hope the site comes back then i can buy her one for her birthday. I cant stop looking at it I LOVE IT!

i bought a pandora bracelet for my girlfriend and she loves it from http://www.celebrity-silver.co.uk, we new straight away for the money they were replica, i have also purchased another today for her, we emailed the site a day or so ago, and got a quick response, they also told me they had new designs coming next week, so that will cost me even more money, dont know why people are moaning, great site

I returned a Pandora Bracelet to them 2 weeks ago as some of the logo on the clasp was missing i have yet to recieve a refund i requested, and i have sent several emails to them without any reply to see if they have recieved my returned item!!! I am quite disgusted with the service they give and would, nt buy anything from them again. DODGEY company...!!!

how long have peoples jewellery taken to arrive - I order a bracelet for my son's girlfirends birthday over a week ago and hadn't realised until reading this site that the company was in Hong Kong! The birthday has been missed much to my son's dissapointment! It was only once I started looking for ther comapny phone number that I realised something was a miss!
