Systweak Software Advanced System Optimizer

I want to tell you that when I bought the full version of Advanced System Optimizer and tested it, it didn't work the way I thought. Fortunately, I have already resolved my PC issues by reinstalling my computer. For that reason, I would like to ask for getting my refund back.

Systweak Software Products are not working

On May 19, 2020 I purchased the products mentioned below (Can$155.40). Unfortunately, they are not working. On the contrary, the company wants me to re-register again and obviously pay for the servcies again.

Systweak Software 2 year service plan for 199.99

They told me hackers were trying to hack into my computer and told me if I got off the phone the hackers were going to get all my information. They talked me into buying a service plan, so I bought a 2 year service plan for $199.99 and about three weeks later my computer started being super slow. They told me I had to buy another service for $29.99 so I did. Weeks passed and it was super slow, I called back and told the technician I wanted my money back and he kept trying to sell me more services that would "help". I told him I didn't want anything to do with them because my computer was still not working and hung up on me. He has blocked my number so every time I try to reach him the call does not go through. Do not trust this company! They are a indian company that just use scare tactics to get your money

Systweak Software fraud

Systweak place a recurring message on my computer saying that a virus has been detected.
The message said to call a MicroSoft 800 number.
When I called and allowed a representative to access my computer (MISTAKE) they offered three plans for virus protection.
My computer store owner said they are a FRAUD and told me to do a shutdown.
I did that and did not lose my money.

Systweak Software advanced system protector

This company auto-renews every item of purchased software annually - meaning they will charge your card forever without your permission - even when the devices using the software have long gone, you will still be paying this unethical company. Two years of complaints have yielded no improvement in the way they should get your permission before charging your card once again. The software is unable to link a renewal to the expired 'subscription' - meaning every renewal becomes a new separate subscription that is auto-renewed. None of the dates line up and there is no way to link a renewal to the expired software, so this is a scam that makes them a lot of money. It should be stopped as they have proven they are a Highly Unethical Company.

Systweak Software duplicate files fixer

I bought Duplicate Files Fixer in May 2017, and paid for a year's license (Cleverbridge ref# [protected]; purchase price $35.94). I immediately had to call customer service, as it did not work properly. Their customer service rep remotely accessed my computer, fiddled around, and got it to work--this fix lasted for less than 6 months. I went back to the program in mid October, having not used it since May. It demanded a new license key--when I input my license key, it said it had been used on too many computers. THIS ALL HAPPENED ON ONE COMPUTER; it was never installed on any other. I called tech support, and this is when it REALLY got strange. I was put onto a woman who said her name was Tina Cole (in India, really?), who remotely accessed my computer, said she was setting a system restore point (why?) but was in reality downloading some kind of software onto my computer. She then went into a relentless diatribe, talking at breakneck speed, about how I had many problems with my computer--there was lots of circling in red on various "readouts" on the screen in some software she put there, all in order to convince me that I needed MORE Systweak software to put things right. She also kept showing me that the license key showed it was expired, so I would need to re-purchase. I then dug out the email order confirmation, which expressly said that my license was due for renewal in May 2018. This stopped her for a minute, and I also asked her multiple times whether she was trying to sell me something else. She didn't answer directly, just kept with the hard sell--it was much like a not-very-good used car salesman doing his pitch. I told her that I would NOT be buying anything else from Systweak, and if she didn't want me to go onto the internet and trash the company as loudly as I could, she would make the software that I had already paid for work. I told her the whole thing was starting to look like a scam; I then asked for a supervisor. I next spoke to "James" (employee ID 1915), complained about "Tina" and asked what he would do to resolve the fact that my software stopped working. I also said that I suspected a scam. He said he would have a new license key sent within 24 hours--when I asked why so long, he had no satisfactory answer. The key DID arrive, I put it in, and all seemed to be fine. Then I did a series of scans, in which it became apparent that the key that they sent me just opens the software. In terms of finding duplicate files, it has been disabled--I tried it on many test folders, and it simply won't identify the duplicates. I believe this company should be shut down. After our chat, I looked to see what had been downloaded to my computer, and performed a system restore to get rid of it; that's how much I distrust this company, particularly after reading all the other complaints about them on the internet (I even saw "Tina" mentioned!) I would at the very least like a refund, and I'd really like to see them shut down entirely---something is very wrong with their operation. My name is Kim Criswell, email is [protected]@aol.com. Systweak Software a scam claiming to clean up my computer when they added the extension to my browser causing my computer to crash

My computer kept crashing and directly after I'd get a pop up message stating that my computer may have mal-ware. I noticed the pop up would change the problem to whatever software I was using at the time of the crash. I finally called the number after I spent hours trying to locate the extension on my computer. I got the name but not without a fight. They tried talking me into letting them have access to my computer so they can run a full scan. I said no. Absolutely no! I knew they were running a scan. I finally figured out what to do and went to my browser and reset it and the problem was resolved. My computer is restored back to the way it should, running smoothly. This company not only threatened me with another viris, it also falsely claimed there was a virus on my computer and if the consumer allows them to enter the computer they can clean it up. This one tech, claimed to be an engineer and only engineers have the tools to do the clean up. I called him out on his bull. Please, get rid of these criminals.

Systweak Software computer assist

I purchased some softwares from Systweak over the past two years and paid thru my Visa which came out of my bank account and was fine but I called several times to cancel anymore services in June 2017 and also cancelled online with a Co. called Cleverbridge which seemed to be the billing service handling Systweak account. Subsequently I have called Systweak and they said there was not a connection to Cleverbridge. So, there seems to be a scam going on here as Cleverbridge has my bank account # and keeps extracting fees automatically(debits) from my checking account.

Systweak Software gained access to private computer impersonating aol

On June 20, 2017 the company Systweak phone was listed under AOL icon on Google page when I searched "The mail server Imap.aol.com is not responding." Systweak appeared on top of the search. I needed to fix issue with .aol. index on my mobile phone and called AOL. Peter Ron, technician of Systweak from Texas, gained access to our home main computer. He run some tests, demonstrated evidence of malicious threats and pressured me to purchase their version of Microsoft security MAPS. When I realized that the initial issue of broken internet connection for the mobile phone is ignored by the "technician from AOL, " I asked if this is AOL, and Peter said yes, it's AOL. But next google search show Systweak is in India, not Texas, and not AOL, of course. This is to record an international fraud against American customers.

Systweak Software auto renewal without consent

I want this company to stop deducting annual auto renewal fee from credit card 4xxx5000 without informing me or without my consent. If i had inadvertently had selected autorenewal i want to stop it. What happens when you buy a software for an year using online payment from a company website you have to 'unclick' the autorenewal option which is 'selected' by default. so by mistale the autorenewal was selected. Last year also a sum of655.29 INR was deducted. I wrote an email to the company but didnt get any response. on 15 Nov 16 again the same amount has got deducted. This will contoinue every year although i dont use the software any more.

When I took out your system, It did not say athe beginning that it was a monthy payment, so on the day I did take it out I emediately unsubscribed. I did inform my bank not to pay it out. I cannot find the details to the purchace, I have found a number on the disc you sent, which I have not used ([protected]) But my Credit Card no. [protected] was used. Because I canceled on the day I should not have been billed. So Please use this as my cancelation notice, as I cannot get onto you site to once again unsubcribe. When I did unsubsribe, I did give you are reason for my decission, which you sem to have ignored. Not a thing that a good company would do. I also did mention that in England we do have a thirty day cooling off period which I was well ahead of. I again shall instruct my bank to NOT PAY OUT. Please remove all my details from your data base.

Hello, in my MasterCard billing of July, i noticed two payments (as in picture attached), coming from CBA*Systweak.
I never new before about this name. I made a quick check on Google and found that it is a software company, that probably offers services (never asked by me).
Please do me a big favor:
1.Cancel illegal charges you have made on my MasterCard 5XXX-8XXX-XXXX-9360, without my consent
2. Please remove my MaterCard from your database, ASAP.

Systweak Software unhappy all

I was sacked into this company by the credentials & awards they displayed at the time. I allowed them to obtain use of my computer. All they did was add problems I did not currentlying have. I asked for my $99 dollars back the next day. They did give this back to me, however the employee continued to mess with my computer. He has continued to call me for nearly 3 years, sometimes under different company names. I took my computer to a local company for repair and within 3 minutes they could tell that I had let someone remote access my computer. No matter what I do they continue to call me. Do not believe that they will help you. I have spoken to others that have had the same problem. Once I somehow ended up hearing a third party call where a man was screaming at the Systweak rep to leave him alone & that he no longer had his computer. All employees appear to be from a foreign company. I am not prejudice, but they are very hard to understand. Again, this creep has been bothering me for 3 years! Do not trust them!

Systweak Software Scamming, spamming, blocking computer

RegClean Pro or systweek -- this nefarious crooks have so many names. Once I called Yahoo.com call center and I got them in New Delhi, and they said I have pay 39.99 for reactivating my Yahoo.com account. I asked some probing questions, the supervisor failed and I hung up telling them i DON'T want any services. They charged my 39.99 without providing any services.

But they blocked by yahoo.ca which cost me 200.00 to reactivate. yahoo.com call center is another scamming center.

Now RegClean Pro may pop under different names, once this bug is on your computer, your computer is screwed.

These are the lowest form of human beings. It is pathetic that these crooks are still alive on this earth to make a burning hell.

Systweak Software charges on my account

My checking account was charged $29.95 for a product I never received at my Washington Maine address on march 13th. 2014. I have just returned from NH on April 7th. 2014.
I have been gone since Dec. 22nd. 2013...the home was closed and the mail was held till I returned and no such package was delivered to the home address.

Systweak Software does not do what I wanted a program to do

I ordered this program to clean my computer from virus. I paid for it 59.90 and another charge was for.48. I want my money returned. I called the number to find out why I get pop-ups saying more money is needed. I spoke to some guy who keep me on the phone a long time and wanted to dig in my computer to fix the problem, I thought. He was talking about buying more for 198.00. I told him I could not afford that and I thought the program I bought would take care of cleaning out all of the virus. So, I want my money back and for them to take of all of these pop-ups I am getting. I think this was just a con and they did not intend for me to get what I wanted to clean my computer. The program for the 59.90 never worked. Just more pop-ups for more money.

Systweak Software scam

Do not order computer service from systweak. If you do order a service from systweak for 3 or 6 months or 1 - 2 years service... Once the service will end then systweak or an affiliate will call you threatening to charge your credit card $ 500. 00! If you cancel your subscription.

Systweak will call you to log onto your computer to trick you into activating a virus or malware that they installed the 1st time they logged onto your computer.

When I told the sales person no and that I did not want to re - subscribe... That's when he threaten to automatically charge my credit card $500!

Everyone please do not fall for their scam! They pretend to be a microsoft affiliate but thats just a gimmic!

I paid for a 5 year plan at $499.00 on 1/7/2014. I am not happy with the results. I believe it is a scam .Please contact me with the information to proceed with my complaint and obtaining a refund.

Systweak Software company charges without authorization and warning

It is total rip off. I never bought from the company cba systweak, but they charged me for $176.99. I tried to find any contacts of this company, but nothing. They are frauds and thieves. I don’t know what measures to take in order to find these people. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Systweak Software poor product

Purchased the computer cleaner from systweak and my computer got worse. Crashed so bad that I had to recover my computer by calling dell and have it set back to factory settings. The website promised guarentee or your money back. Called company and was told that I had to write a complaint and request to be reimbursted in which I am doing so now.
