Hi team,

I would like Lodge a complain at digi store's at setapak central.

Last year i have signed up with digi contract with device iPhone 8 plus .
It is a 2 years contract and i have paid around 3k for devices. Once I signed up they told me anything happened to devices, digi will liable.
Until now i never miss my monthly payment .
Yesterday while I'm used phone, suddenly the phone turned blackout.
I brought to digi centre (setapak central), and they didn't entertain us at first and I have consulted person in charge of today around 09.30pm, 10/04/2019 at setapak Central name something sarwes indian guy.
Whenever I asked for the phone problems, he not even touch my phone and never ask regarding my phone problems..
He didn't entertain us properly and the way he approached really so irresponsible!
Now he have told bring to Apple store which warranty under apple but why digi never inform us earlier when we signed the contract?
I have told him we have paid that much of money for device and he have replied that's is own problem!
This is the way digi consultant entertaining the digi customer?

And I am very sure which they didn't inform us regarding the warranty and now they Inform like this

Waste of my money which paid that!

At least digi consultant can assist us with kindly or check my phone but he failed!

I regret to being digi customers and waste of money ..

Please take an action on this matter or i will escalate and lodge police report for selling not worth of devices to customers

Then I brought to Apple store, they asked me why digi didn't replace for you?

This is digi!
I will happy at least consultant treat us properly but he really treat us like! So offended! When he asked me who is handled you that time, I was pointing the person who incharged me but he didnt ask him anything!

Please take an action immediately on this case!

These guys are complete scammers, do not send them your devices!
They quoted me $200 for my iPhone 5 and that seemed like a great deal to me, so I sent them my phone and later they emailed me and said that they made an inspection and found several damages. They said that their final price was $100.
I asked them to send me my phone back because I was not satisfied with the price. They said fine and later they told me via email that my phone was sent.
Two weeks later I contacted them and asked where my phone was and they said that they did not know.
Three months already passed and I still didn't receive my phone back!
Recently I emailed them but they ignored me. Avoid CashForiPhones at all costs!

I won an iPhone and decided to sell it, since I already had an iPhone 6. I contacted CashForiPhones and they offered me $400 for it. I was so excited and it seemed like a great deal. But later they contacted me back and said that it was a mistake and they can offer me only $100! They said that the phone was damaged and had several scratches! The phone was brand new and it was still in the original box! I took it out only once and its condition was perfect! And now they are ignoring me and they still have my phone!

Cashforiphones failed to give me the amount they initially quoted on their website. They quoted me $140 for my iphone 4s and ended up giving me a check for $63. Sadly, I only found out about it when I returned home from a weeklong business trip. Fortunately though, I was able to talk to get someone on the phone right away who then quickly transferred me over the Purchasing Department. After patiently being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was told that I couldn’t request for my phone to be returned to me because it was past their 5 days grace period. I was, however, able to get them to bump up my payment from $63 to $100. Do not lose hope if you’ve dealt with cashforiphones already! You can still call them and hopefully resolve the situation in your favor!

I, like most everyone else, was scammed by cashforiphones. They quoted me $197 online for my iPhone 4S. After sending my iPhone in immediately, I received an email saying that after inspection, they would give me $67 for it. After emailing my rejection notice and for the phone to be returned, I did not receive an email until almost 2 days later. They informed me then that I needed to call in to either accept or reject the offer of $67. I of course called and have to wait long enough to get to someone in the purchasing department. This woman informed me that my phone had already been recycled and went through a huge list of things that were "wrong" with my iPhone that made the value drop almost 70%. Absolutely absurd. I am still shocked at this deceiving service and bad "customer service." I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before sending in my phone as now it is apparently "too late."

I was quoted $310 by Cashforiphones for iPhone4 in an absolutely pristine condition. After 4 weeks, their so called inspection revealed “broken glass” in the back, as well as the front, due to which they offered me $100. I called and asked them to return it and got the same spiel as Dalton, eventually settling for $180. I am not sure if an hour of waiting time on the phone, trying to get to speak with someone was actually worth the extra $80 or not. So much wasted time, and so much frustration. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the hell that I did.

Cashforiphones promptly sent me a box to securely ship my phone to them. Upon receiving the phone, they took 10 days to process it, all the while, coming up with various reasons why my phone isn't in perfect condition. Later, they proceeded to credit $80 into my PayPal account, without informing me about it at all.
I called and also emailed my complaint about this whole scam they were running. It took 4 days for management at cashforiphones to respond to my concerns. The excuse that they gave was that the market for my phone had gone south and that $80 was all it was worth. She also said that my phone charger would cost them considerable amounts of money if they had to replace it. All said and done, I was not able to get my phone back or more money out of the company

At CashforiPhones, you can trade in an old iPhone. The process is easy (I'm talking about online). But God! Once you send your device to them, it takes almost 2 -3 weeks before you receive an email saying they received your device. I asked for updates through their Facebook, and the people responding seemed to be as clueless. After 5 calls and and hour of waiting for someone to pick up the phone, a rep talked to me and resolved my issue. Good thing she was accommodating enough. I hope they improve on responding to the customer's concerns.

I went to this website to seek a quote for recycling my iphone 4s 16GB. The phone I was going to send in was in excellent condition, no scratches or broken components. It was quoted by the vendor that I would be able to get $157.00 for this phone. I completed my order and was shipped a prepaid label and box in order to send in the phone. I included in that box the phone in its original packaging/box with an unused headset and charging cord still in their plastic packaging. I didn't have much concern about going to this website as I have returned other phones previously in this manner and had no issues, although I did consider taking it back to ATT. I did receive confirmation that the company had received my phone and it was being "processed". A few days went by and I decided to check back sending an online inquiry about the status of my payment. I received an e-mail that it would be in 1-2 days. After a day, I received another e-mail that I had received payment to my PayPal account. To my utter shock, the amount posted was $11.00! This amount must be either in error or someone is seriously scamming me. I have called this company several times and e-mailed them and have not received any follow-up at this time. I am livid about this matter and would like my promised amount or my cell phone back!
