What a rip-off. Please do your homework before sending anything to Cash 4 Gold. They gave me so much less than the jewelry was worth. I tried to get my stuff back, but no luck. I wish I had looked into them before sending my gold in. My loss was their gain...never again!

I sent in a Request for a Cash 4 Gold Bag on 4/25/09 and look now it is 5/30/2009 and I still haven't received it at all. When I was told to hold on the Line for further assistance, I heard the Representative say, "This Bitch is crazy for choosing Cash 4 GOLD Services. Then when she "so called" came to the phone she said, "Mam, your Cash 4 Gold packet was sent with UPS Postal Services on 4/25/2009", I stated, "Uh duh that is what I was calling for and then the woman started talking sarcastically and when she said, "Please dont forget your call is being recorded". I replied very loudly, BITCH YOU AND CASH 4 GOLD SERVICES CAN KISS MY BLACK ASS AND YOU ARE A DUMB BITCH FOR WORKING WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL GET YOUR DUMB ASS 10 YEARS FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE. YOU DUMB BITCH!!! Then she said, Mam Im going to transfer your call to my Supervisor and she hung up. SO I KNEW THAT THE BITCH WAS SCARED!!!

If the President was Reading this Im sorry.. Please SHUT DOWN CASH 4 GOLD SERVICES WITH THEY WHACK ASS. SORRY

There was a news story about how big a ripoff this company is. They took there gold jewelry to 4 different pawn shops and got there offers. They then sent it off to cash for gold. The offer they got was 1/3 of the offer the pawn shops gave. When they called to deny the offer they were given a counter offer that was about 2/3 of the pawn shop offer. You should be able to get your jewelry back if you call within a week of getting your check. Unless you were unlucky enough to sign up for direct transfer to your bank, then you are out of luck.
