I sent them a gold necklace that was 12Q and got a whopping 4.67. I sent a bunch of silver and got a whole 1.47 How much gold silver platinum would someone have to send in to get enough to go on vacation!!! Who the heck has that much?
Sure You can send the check back, but do you get your jewelry back?
I wouldn't send or recommend them to ANYONE!!! You might as well just throw the stuff in the trash if it is only worth $6.00.
I recommend you find another way to get money for your jewelry. Or have your own jeweler do it.
My views are that they get your jewelry which actually IS worth a substantial amount, but they tell you that it is low grade and send a pittance which is where they make their profit.
They should be shut down!
