Cart PAY INC, claiming to be a Philadelphia based company and also operating in India. Running Fake operations in the area of Payment gateway. Cart PAY INC is a thief. When you ask him to give you a gateway he would call you 100+ times a day and would be so polite and all but once you get the gateway and start posting sale they keep your funds on hold and stop answering the call. I had a very bad Experience with them; i hope their company shuts down soon.
All i want to say about this company is they are a bunch of crooks. They stole all my hard earned

The office of Cartpay is in Gurgaon, In Illd Tower of Sector 47 Gurgaon. I am sure of this as they were our clients few months back. I am not sure about their work but yes I have been to their office couple times.

I went to Office of Cart Pay and I was beaten by Police for harresing their employess. They are badly protected by Political power and Police and not to forget their gangstars who didnt allowed me to enter their office rather my 4 guys were beaten by them and handed over to Police.
THis is very big ironical situation happened with me where the complainent was punished.

Hello, I am having really hard time with this company, I was in touch with them only once, which was in the Feb 2016, They told me that the payment gateway will cost 4000 Euros, I denied & the conversation was over, By suddenly i realized on 2nd Aug 2016 that they sold the data to some one which includes my number as well and from 3 Aug 2016 i am continuously getting the calls from different person and the recent call was from the noida police, They told me that the owner of the cart pay had filled a complaint against me that with some other guy (I don't Know the name of the guy) had beaten the staff and the owner, and from last two days I am going through a big mental torture, I have an education center which is just a start up and have a small home based travel agency. I am not getting anyway out of this, If anyone can help me, I will never forget the deed, I will be really thank you if anyone can help me file the complaint against them because I am not able to bear the situation anymore ! Please help !

I am an old merchant of cart pay. Due to some personal reason I paused my transactions via their panel. Now I am willing to continue my merchant account but they are asking to apply again for new merchant account. I told them to make my old account live as it will be easy for me but they are not agreeing. This is not professional attitude. They are not showing the due support.
I feel sorry for you. I was on same spot as you few months back but I found them in Gurgaon, Sector 47. They have their working office in Illd Tower on Sohna Road. You will get them there. Get your money from them.

I was trying to reach Cart Pay Payment Company from last two months. I went to their registered address in Hyderabad but found a small office over there. When I tried to inquire them about my merchant account they were clueless. I did all needful actions to get my payments back. Over there I found the address of Gurgaon and finally met these people with hours of discussion with the management I finally realized my payments worth 1, 85, 000 INR. I am writing this review for others who are still waiting for their payments stuck with Cart Pay Solution.
They have the real office in Gurgaon. Address Ild Center, Sector 47, Sohana Road, Gurgaon.
Unfortunate situation with these apparent scammers. I am a class action attorney by trade - i have had similar cases involving ccbilll and similar payment gateways. I am taking payment processing services from the gateway of cart pay. I had to apply for high risk merchant account to get my payment processed. They have supported me during chargebacks, but currently my account is suspended from one week. Cartpay should make my account active again as I have taken high risk because of risk of chargebacks only. I have talked to a lady from support team. Please take prompt action.
I am a new startup company who applied for the merchant account to various payment gateways but only Cart Pay Solutions has approached me to provide one. So you see I had no choice but to go for them. I had read a lot of review for them which were depressing but now when I had done business with them I feel that car pay is not the way it is projected in the market. Their plans are fair, fee is very normal and policies are also fine. I got my two payments released on time.
I used the gateway of cart pay solutions to process my payments. While browsing internet I have seen a lot of negativity for the payment gateway. This compelled me to enter in this forum. In last two years, I have processed thousands of dollars with them and believe me I have always got my payment on time. Yes there was times when payout was delayed but the provided me the genuine reason. It is not my business but still it shared what is my experience.
All payment gateways are same. They promise and then fail to deliver it this also applies to Cart Pay also. However, I had never expected big from them. My basic need is full filled I needed a platform eligible to accept foreign payments. I would just say there are other options in market you can consider.
I have applied to Cart Pay solutions for a merchant account. It is more than a week now since I have furnished my document but they are not approving my account. I have provided they have asked for. I came to them because I need a gateway on urgent basis. Whenever I call their compliance department, they say my documents are not complete to proceed.

Nothing new in case of Cart Pay. I too have seen this problem several times. However I somehow succeeded to recover my stuck payments without going there. So, you were asking about the address. As far as my knowledge their office is in Gurgaon. Sector- 47, Sohna Road, Gurgaon Haryana. You can check the address by visiting the place.
I am looking for the address of Cart pay where I can meet the concerned people. My payment is stuck with them for no reason. They are telling to meet some useless condition in order to get the amount cleared. I tried every other way like form & informal mail, called them several time, left messages, etc. Then few days back someone has suggested me to meet them in-person. He also provided me an address of South ex delhi. I have already inquired about the place. But they have shifted to some new place. Please provide me sure shot address. I'm based out of Pune and it is tough for me to visit Delhi many times.

I am trying to contact Cartpay for releasing my due payments. I tried to contact them several times, but the person on the call said that he will ask the concern person. And honestly who is this person who had provided this fake address of Ithum Tower, Noida. I went there in search of Cart Pay office. The building is still under construction. There is no such office there.
Please stop manipulating us.

The biggest cheater we ever came across in the payment gateway business. They provide one policy during signup and then change their words as you get into their trap (use their gateway). Also very unprofessional. Without notice their server upgradation starts affecting the users. There is no regular payout and the complicated payout system will just confuse you and make you get more entangled in their trap. My suggestion "NEVER TAKE THIS GATEWAY OR ELSE BE PREPARED TO LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY".
CART PAY INC is a fraud company. the sold customer data. They are worst merchant service provider. they never want to pay money to his client. They do sale customer card details, and all. They do charge twice, thrice from customer credit card without any customer knowledge. They do charge all kind of charges like charge back protection, web pro, chargeback represention and all but the donot do any thing. They are SCAM.
In INDIA their office is 301, South Extn. Plaza-1, South Extension 2, Masjid Moth, Delhi - 110049 . All the agents are very much clever they can make you fool. They have taken almost $25, 000 USD. They are very big scamer.
Hi Denny and Ashish, I don't know about your experiences. But as a software developer we developed many online shopping gateways with Cartpay Inc and all of them are really good. Even my team didn't face any complaint regarding gateway neither from client side nor from Cartpay. So I must say it can be useful.
