Carports - No Response!! 12 weeks later!

I initially placed a order with Carports.com on 6/20/14. After several phone calls for weeks, all initiated by me, they were going to install the carport, 11 WEEKS LATER. FINALLY, I drove down 4 hours to be there when the job was done. After getting down there the day before the install, I received a phone call telling me that they were NOT going to install the carport because they were in the wrong city with the same name, 7 hours away! Now again several weeks of phone calls and leaving messages, again all initiated by me, still no carport. I have left many messages with "management" and others hoping to resolve this problem and nothing, no response at all. It has now been over 16 weeks since the order was placed. And still NOTHING. Not one single phone call. I did get an email from Jeremiah Johnson asking me if I could take some pictures of the weather blocker sides that I bought with the carport. I replied that my carport has still not been installed and that no one will call me back. He didn't even get back to me after my reply to his email. STILL NOTHING...

Carports - took deposit & then no response

P { margin-bottom: 0.08in; }A:link { }

On
May 9, 2014, I talked with Carports.com (888/822-7767) and agreed to
purchase and have installed a 24 by 40 by 10 carport shelter for
$5, 108.90 and shipping for rain guards ($49.00 for shipping). I paid
$559.89 by debit card-- 10% ($510.89)for a deposit plus the $49.00. I
was to receive the engineering plans within a week so I could start
the permitting process. After several phone calls and complaints to
the BBB, I received the plans three months later. I thought I was
dealing with Carports.com, but I have found out that they are just a
front for T-N-T CARPORTS, Inc. which has a very poor track record,
and is not BBB accredited. They do not answer or return phone calls
or respond to emails. I have the permit and am waiting for them to
schedule and build the shelter. It is now September and I am still
waiting.
