I sold my Chysler 300 to Carmax for $7, 500 on the 28th of March. A lien was on the car of $3, 300 and change. They told me that they would payoff the lien and overnight a check to me as soon as the receive the titile from ETITLE.
I was ok with that and waited. LONG STORY SHORT IT"S NOW APRIL 10th AND I DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY NOR DO I HAVE MY CAR.
I was hoping an attorney would read this. Call me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
