Carl's Jr. promotions

I went to Carl's Jar on December 3rd, 2016, I had a coupon on buy one get one free on any big chicken fillet sandwiches for equal or less value, on the menu there was the regular sandwich and then the one with bacon and Swiss cheese, so I decide to get that one but the person who's taking my order says that sandwich is not one of the options when clearly in the menu its under the 2 big chicken fillet sandwiches they have, in the end I had to show the manager where in the menu says that but she still say that specific sandwich doesn't count, when I was clearly showing her on the menu that it was under the 2 sandwiches I could pick. Customer service in this store wasn't good at all and the manager kept on telling me that I was wrong. Overall I wouldn't go back to that Carl's Jar for poor customer service.

Carl's Jr. customer service

I was at your Carl's Jr on 5600 West and just off 3500 So in West Valley Ut this morning around 7:15 am. I set in the drive through for 2:minutes before a girl finally come the intercom and apologized for the wait and said that they were having system issues and asked if I would like to wait. I told her I would after waiting 2 more minutes in the amount of time I have ordered at other Carl's Jr locations and left with my food because I was short on time I decided I would just go inside to place my order. When I went inside to place my order there wasn't anyone at the counter. There was however someone making sandwiches behind the heat lamp that I said Hi to them thinking she would come around and ask if I needed help. She never did she just continued doing as she was before I come in. I stood there for another couple of minutes waiting for someone to help me. Then another employee in the back noticed me and then disappeared some where in the back of the store she did not say anything to me when she did notice me she also went about doing whatever she was doing as well. By this time I been there nearly 10 minutes and was starting to think to myself what terrible customer service. Finally a woman come out from the back after about 2 more minutes come up about 1/2 way up to the front and tells me she will be with me in a minute by this point I am thinking to myself why am I even here? I am going to be late for work and I had been there for nearly 15 minutes at that point and I finally had to leave to prevent being late to work. No one ever apologized for the wait after the person I spoke to at the drive through and I was nearly late for work and still left with out any food and hungry dissatisfied and will probably never again go back to that location again because of the way I was treated. Everyone that ever asks me about going to that location I would not ever recommend it. Which is sad because as far as Carl's Jr food as far as fast food is concerned has always been one of my favorite but as good as the food may be I don't frequent places when my past experiences are as bad as they were today and if I had this type of experience how many other people have had a similar experience at this same location? That is alot of lost business to the McDonald's or Arby's just up the street or Del Taco just down the street where I have never been treated like this at anyone of these places.

Carl's Jr. crispy bacon chicken sandwich

On 11/21/2016, I ordered a crispy bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. When I received it, the bun was overcooked(burnt), the bacon was ice cold, and the chicken was 2/3 grizzle. Please look in to this matter, I would like to be compensated $5.88 This is the second time this happened, once in Gallup NM, and this time in Holbrook Az.

Carl's Jr. love notes comments extra time when not on shift

Tiffany rabbidue at your east cypress Redding restaurant has been making advances leaving notes staying extra hours making sexual advances verbalizing how much she is willing to do to have a chance and its became a problem we work the same shift its uncomfortable and unwanted. Would like it to immediately stop change shifts or termination set some rules In place not hanging out after your off the clock

Carl's Jr. customer service

Does not matter which Carl's jr. I go to there was a mistake every time tonight for instance went through the drive-thru ordered turkey Teriyaki combo meal with . . . Sprite and medium fry and another combo classic double combo with medium drink and Fry all I received in the bag was a western burger and a small fry tried to call the store on 82nd and Powell and I a fax machine tone that has been 2 hours now trying to contact somebody in regards to my messed-up order again I live 35 miles away from the Carl's jr. Drive thru I went through tonight and refused to go back and I am not going to be going through the drive-thru because every time I do the orders are messed up drive-thru inside they can't get it right and I want to bring it to somebody's attention that it's not just in Oregon it is in Washington every Carl's jr. Cannot get it right so however you see fit to take care of the situation I would greatly appreciate it to be expedited my name is Beatrice you can reach me at [protected] I did however reach a different location in Portland And I was told that there was no manager in the store and there was no shift leader don't know how business is ran that way Louise wanted to know why I wanted corporate store number if I didn't go to that store don't really like being questioned just wanted to customer service that was worth a crap

Carl's Jr. excellent customer, service deficient web page format

Dear sirs:
Today I had the very gratifying pleasure of having lunch at your restaurant located in the city of Queretaro, Qro.México, next to the Plaza Constituyentes Mall, and pleasure because apart from the the delicious hamburgers your staff prepares, I had the opportunity to be served by two of your employees, of which I would only get the name of one, Alejandro. I was so impacted by their service not only because of their attentivness and helpfulness, which these days is very rare and scarse, but impressed because they both were both mentally challenged! In the first place I applaude Carl's Jr. for giving these gentleman the opportunity, which in México is very rare if not frowned upon. And second I would like to congratulate these men for the effort and geniune care they apply to their job. They were so grateful for having been able to serve us, and very conscientious of doing their job above and beyond. It would be wonderfull if other companies in México give the handicapped this kind of opportunity. I will certainly return and definitly recomend your restaurants to family and friends. Thank you Carl's Jr. for placing so much attention to selecting and training your staff!
I would also like to comment that your web page does not allow for comments from your Mexico customers for which I had to select a restaurant in the US, as well as I had to capture all the info THREE times because I got an eror response, please fix your page. I had to use your complaint page to submit my comments.

Carl's Jr. cheating the customers with the food prices

On 23 october 2016 I ordered a " bacon egg & cheese biscuit combo" and paid $ 5.09 + tax = $ 5.50 but in the announcement in the wall i could read  $ 4.69 then i claimed to the manager and the only thing she told me was that the prices had changed and gave me back 31 cents. The attitude of person was bad and the image of the store also because it appears the customers are been cheating with the other products prices.

Fortunately Carl Karcher isn't alive to see the most recent commercial of 3 women in their underwear alluding to 3 way sex. All of this to sell hamburgers. Shame on you. Carl Karcher didn't need to use sex to make a profit. He must be turning over in his grave. Carls Jr. Has hit an all time low. Your CEO has no integrity whatsoever.

I went to Carls Jr on my way to a doctor's appointment two days ago. I got the $4 meal deal I brought it home after my appointment. My boyfriend took a bite of the chicken sandwich and there was a piece of long black hair. I called Carls Jr to complain and the manager on duty whose name was "Ashley" said i would get a full refund as well as my meal replaced and was very courteous .I went to Carls Jr around 7 am the next morning and told an employee that i was there to replace meal and get refund and that i spoke to "Ashley" the manager on duty the night before. The employee looked clueless so i asked to speak to a manager, the manager told her to replace meal. The meal was in a bag and the manager was like "im sorry and have a nice day"i replied that the manager on duty "Ashley" said that i could get a refund and the contaminated food replaced. Very rudley the manager talked to me like a child and was short and said"Refund or food, you can not get both".I was very upset and didn't have time to argue but just said that this is not was discussed on phone.I mean come on the meal was already made and also i was told that both would be replaced! So i called Carls Jr again and manager said to call back later in evening.I was at hospital due to a separate issue and being seen when i got a call from Carls Jr. I told manager i was in hospital and would call back, she wanted to talk about issue right then and there (also argue and basically tell me i was lying about getting refund without replaced meal) .Again not appropriate I was already in hospital and that was not the time to debate. So i called back this morning (my phone died after i left hospital and not in mood to debate anything either. )I talked to "Vicky"the manager who called me at hospital and she got really short witg me on phone, thank god my boyfriend saw and heard her getting loud on phone so i gave him phone and he talked to her(Come on i just got out of hospital! ), he explained that there was hair in food, he didn't yell but for some reason she was more calm talking to him! Which is bologna because i was the one who bought the meal!She said that meal would be replaced and was very courteous with him.After these two incidents, I will not return to this location. I feel that this staff needs to be trained on customer service and also manager needs to oversee food making.

Carl's Jr. service, food quality and discrimination

April 6 2016

Ordered two basic hamburgers combos, waited 30 minutes to receive the two hamburger meals. After I ordered the meals, there were five other females ordering their meals, they received their meals (within fifteen minutes) before I received my two meals, so I inquired about why they received their meal before mine, and why it takes 30 minutes for two basic hamburger meals, the Carl Jrs staff ignored both of my questions, and asked if I wanted to return my meals for my money back, REALLY! I wait 30 minutes and the staff asked if I want my money back I said yes, but they wanted the meal back? I asked to be compensated with a discount or coupon, staff said they will give me nothing.

The reason I believe the girls received their five meals before my two meals, is basically discrimination, the Carl Jrs staff was mexican, and the girls were mexican, also talking to the other patrons, they also did not receive their food for over 30 minutes, they were also white, so again it is obvious Carl Jrs staff is racist towards whites.

The quality of the food is below standards, and I see, a lot of other Carl Jrs complaints about food quality, Carls Jrs used to be top of the fast food chains, but looks like quality is no longer a priority for Carl Jrs.

Carl's Jr. consistently available menu items

My office is in the neighborhood of your North Portland location at 39th Expressway here in Oklahoma City. There are lots of fast food chains nearby, but I prefer Carl's Jr.. I have never eaten a poor a quality meal at any of your locations. However, my complaint is not with the food, service, staff, etc.. My only complaint is that on at least a dozen visits, "THIS" particular store is always out of something on the menu. Every time I place an order, I am told that they have no ice cream, regular fries, onions, or something else. I have been told on at least seven of the ten most recent visits that they had no milkshakes. I know that occasionally every retailer or fast food store runs out of different items. However the pattern with this store is ridiculous. The management, or whomever places the product orders, should also see this pattern. If a manager cannot realize that they run out of a certain product consistently each and every week, and adjust the ordering practices to ensure that it does not happen, then their is a problem. It is really frustrating to be in a situation where you enjoy everything about your experience with a fast food chain, but hesitate to visit and spend your money with them due to poor management practices. Especially when the fix is so simple and should be common sense. I do not know if the records of individual items sold in this store is available to you, but if so, I encourage you to view the sales of items such as milkshakes, and you will see that I am not over exaggerating what I have said. Basic business practice for any successful business is supply and demand. You have the demand, but this store cannot supply. There lies a problem.

Carl's Jr. I am complaining about the manager's service.

Hi I was visiting a Carl's Jr. Store in Los Angeles CA store # 7372. Alicia took my order in a really bad temper. To start of when we went into the store she didn't have any type of greeting. She immediately said "Yes!" meaning how may I help you. Then my husband placed his order and I told her I wanted a cheesecake, she rolled her eyes at me and didn't say anything, so I thought she took my order and that maybe she was just having a bad day. My husband paid with his credit card and I took a seat with my children so I didn't see the receipt. When other member from the company took the order to the table I notice I was missing my cheesecake so I remind him about it. He left and few minutes after he came and said I didn't order one. So I went up to the register and I asked Alicia for the receipt just to make sure she didn't charge me for it. What she did was to rude and unethical. She gave me the receipt in a really bad manner and I really didn't understand why, so then I asked her for her name because she didn't have any type of uniform or name tag. She didn't wanted to give me her name or the store number. She then started screaming at me saying "why are you gonna call the corporate was it for the cheesecake?!" I said "no, it is because of your bad attitude towards the customers" she then started screaming at me more loudly infront of the other customers and employees and said "I don't care if you call them!" I then said "I am not asking you if you care because apparently you don't!" Alicia then said "Do you think they are gonna fire me like they did to you?!" I then then said "I have never worked in Carl's Jr and second of all you don't even know me and I don't even know you!" She then said "just leave if not I am gonna call the cops!" And she turned around and went into the office and close the door on me. My children were scared and started crying because she was screaming really loudly at me. My husband took them to the car and waited for me there. I don't know if she confused me with someone or maybe she was just angry at the moment and didn't know what else to say. I have a degree on business management and own my own company and I certainly know that her behavior was so inappropriate and unethical for the position she has. I don't know if she is the owner or the daughter of the owner but she was just so certain and secure of her position. She obviously needs an extensive training course on management to be in that position. I am really disappointed on the service provided and I hope you can take care of the problem soon so you won't loose any more business. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Carl's Jr. quality of food

Went to Carl's Jr. in Kingsburg Ca. Feb 6th 2016. Ordered a Taco salad and a Turkey burger. The meat and beans in the salad was cold and the cheese on top tasted like fake cheese. The turkey burger was too salty and it looked different than the ones we've had before. If this is any indication of the rest of your menu, we won't be coming back, any time soon. Maybe the rise of the minimum wage has something to do with this.

Carl's Jr. the food

Have been to this carls jr. 3 times, they were new, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I actually worked at carls about 35 yrs. ago in canoga park, Calif. There food was so so good & hot then. It was always my favorite. For many, many, years. So the star burger my favorite at this particular Carls, was tasteless, thrown together with everything falling out. Twice the fries or Onion rings were really cold. I waited in line to complain about these sides, however waited at least 10 minutes for hot food. I have never ever complained about any fast food restaurant, but I was sick of wasting money at this particular Carls Jr. My check number was 30140, 12/2/15 at 3 O9 pm, On Wednesday 2015. Please talk with your employees at this restaurant, send me coupons for free food, whatever you guys usually do. I will never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever go there ever again. I am a peace officer/nurse & I would never lie about this to get free food. I have plenty of money to go wherever I'd like. Next time will be at burger King thankyou, for your attention on this matter, sincerely Kim Campbell (also on( facebook) if you want to look me up

Carl's Jr. Rude treatment by an employee

Tuesday evening, november 3, 2015, I was returning from orchestra rehearsal and as I often do, stopped by the drive-thru, and ordered 2 cheese quesadillas. I have never, in my years of going to this neighborhood carl's jr., had an employee be rude or ignorant with me — always polite, friendly, helpful. That night, the clerk, carla, told me my bill was $4.75 as I stopped at the receiving window. I handed her a $5 bill and 3 quarters. I know they were all quarters, as I felt them stacked to be the same size. Carla dropped one of the quarters as she took my money from me. She said, "crap!" and looked down but then, came out of the restaurant and looked next to my car door for the lost quarter. She picked up a coin and went back inside and I observed her making coin change for me from the register. I told her that she owed me a dollar bill and not any coins. She replied that I had given her 2 quarters and a nickel. I told carla that that i'd given her 3 quarters, as i'd handed them to her lined up in my hand and that she'd dropped one of the quarters. She raised her voice, saying, "no, you gave me 2 quarters and a nickel!" not sure how she was so certain of that since she dropped the bottom coin. I then told her that my quarter may have rolled under my car or the car behind me. I also, was in a loud voice by this time. She went on arguing with me louder and louder until she went and got the manager. The manager told me that I should not have argued with carla. I told the manager that I was the customer and have never been treated that rudely and ignorantly over $.15 by a clerk before and since I was the customer, carla should have not gotten out of control with the saying "crap", coming out by my car, and arguing with me over the small change. It has been 2 days since this occurance and I am still peeved about it. I told carla that I have been a public school teacher for 46 years and do not tolerate an attitude like hers in my classroom, that prepares students for the real world. She snapped back that she did not have an attitude — believe me, it was an attitude that your company would not want representing the carl's jr. Name — very disrespectful. I have the right to ask for my correct change as a customer. If I let $.15 go, as I probably would have had she simply apologized, or the manager had apologized instead of telling me that I should not have argued with carla. Who is carla? I believe she needs counseling before beginning to clerk on how to treat customers, what to do when she accepts change, as it was dangerous for her to come out right by my car as I did not have my car in park. It is my opinion that this girl could be a more effective carl's jr. Employee if she thought before responding, or got her manager to handle the situation if she needed assistance. Wow. Carl's Jr. inappropriate commercial put out

First things first, I am am very attractive female, so this hasnothingbto do with self esteem, jealousy or any other label men use to justify making fun of women who speak their minds about their in comfortability with explicit content on t.v infront of their family's. I understand that, of course, men feel totally comfortable with seeing half naked girls on t.v., its a natural male reaction, but women also have all right to feel outraged. As a mother of 2 young daughters, I do notnfeel comfortable with those images being portrayed for advertising of food, especially out in the open on an infomercial on regular cable. In find it quite disrespectful myself. Carlsjr. Should remembethat they are advertising food with probably has a majority of customers that are families, not selling secual related products for men. On that note. I hope my comment is viewed along with others, and taken into consideration. Band as for thenast comments towards women, men? Have a little respect, women should have the right to speak their minds without being belittled by men. Thank you.

I am not is n favor of your distasteful commercials...Your food at one time, was enough for myself to return, not any longer...How low can a fast food chain go? When your commercials are on i decide to do some surfing, leaves a bad taste in my mouth...Better hire a reputable commercial company to try to boost your image before it's too late...So sad your fill this is all your company has going for it...

Carl's Jr. my hand got burn

My wife and I went to the Carl's junior on 9400 slauson ave in Pico Rivera CA. We were there around 11 am. We gave our order through the rice through. The girl at the window did not close the lid completely for my coffee. And the coffee spilled all over my left hand, and on my pants. She got a bad attitude. She did not apologize. Another person took over. And instead of not charging us for this horrible mistake, we got charged $ 14.16. Very rude and not professional staff in that place. I will never go back. And I will tell people not to go there. My hand was hurting and when I got home I had to put it in cold water. Any I will go legal way ...my name/ amir Rezk. Ph [protected]

Is that Lady Manager For Real she is so rude gets every order wrong I always see her assigning the same order number to 3 different people so it's always wrong she yells she looks drunk Harass you if your in her way shell push you out of the way I mean Seriously that is way out of line all her employees just stand around food orders take 30 minutes or longer if really crowded long lines Slow cashiers cashiers never give you drink cup extra charges on credit Card the lady manager has brown shoulder length hair if you see her tell her Please Quit it apparently takes her 15 minutes to make an Oreo shake when it's like 20 seconds at McDonald's the Shakes don't even taste like Oreo it's like Hospital Food taste like somebody left there medicine in it

Carl's Jr. night manager

I went last night to Carl’s Jr. as I do every Monday night I am usually greeted by a friendly staff only this time I had to wait for at least 5 min before anyone noticed I was there. The young man finally took our order he thought he was being funny but he was very rude and disrespectful. He smelled of marijuana and His eyes were blood shot you could tell he was intoxicated. What is this world coming to when you cannot even go to the local Carl’s Jr for a hamburger without having to put up with people like that. Well I guess from now on my Monday night will be changing to another restaurant until they change management. Beware Carl’s Jr is not what it used to be.

they chopped the onions with a rusted knife it was the most disgustinggthing it is a very new restaurant to start out like this is irrepairable so my next step is getting in contact with health department

Great job carl's Jr charging 39 cents for ranch dressing now. Hope it was worth it I will never go to your 1/2 cooked stale buns, cheap ### restaurant again.

I no longer purchase food from Carl's Jr. The food is constantly bad. It is cold, and/ or dry, and the fries always taste, and look, like they were fried in month old oil.

Steer clear of this store. Biscuits always crusty and border line burnt. Service is slow and workers are generally rude. Uploading picture of the quality of food delivered from this shop. Get better workers and cooks that care. I live in the area and travel 15 minutes if I want one of the breakfast biscuits...Carl is slowly losing a loyal customer base...

Not overreacting. I just refused to pay twice for what I bought. She called the police on me because she told me to leave the store when I refused to pay again. The police agreed that I was in the right. No matter what, customers should not be treated this way.

The assistant manager "Channing" cussed me, the customer, out in front of my children and other customers, then called the police on me. It was the most humiliating thing that ever happened to me. This was the first Carl Jr's I've ever been to, and it will be the last.

Carl's Jr. service and negligence

I have been to this establishment many times. I always order my three children the chicken star meal, and each time I ask for barbecue sauce and do not receive it. For the past 3-6 months this particular store is huge in packaging their own sauce and literally only a pump of sauce is in the Costco bought dipping container. Today I finally had it. The two girls at the drive thru were rude, unprofessional, and argued that the sauce package was full. The packaging of the sauce does not follow food and safety guidelines and I should not have to beg for sauce and at that a proper packaged sauce. His establishment is ripping people off and treating customers poorly. I will pursue a complaint with OSHA as I has spoken to the store manager before.

Ok Ruth and Kevin. Go on and agree with old timer. I actually have a great corporate job helping people in managed care. Like I said before, I will not pay for something I don't receive. I will continue calling those females girls as I don't believe they acted in a womanly manner. Playing with a cell phone while taking orders, and conversing about ones drunken nights in my opinion is the behavior of a child/teenager/girl.Sheesh, the first time I complain about anything and peoples panties get in a wrinkle! Go to sleep seniors! It's past your bed time!

redhatterb71 the GIRLS were very rude the way they acted toward me. But I'm not going to argue with you, because your probably one of the sorry employees that also work there and reviews online store complaints received . I've already filed my complaint with the BBB. And by the way... They always charge me extra for the sauce I never receive! I have reciepts.

That just proves what a big liar the OP is she must be a child trolling if she comes to the conclusion that because you dared tell her she is wrong that you work for Carl's, Then she has the nerve to lie and say that she never made that post about abusing her own children. It is very difficult to believe anything she says when she lied and said that you worked for Carl's, and that she lied when she said I am a senior. I think she is lying and she did make that child abuse post.

Anyways since you don't like this site that much and you think that everyone should agree with you and since when they don't you want to harm your children, why don't you go away, I know because you want attention that is why you made up those lies about beating children whom don't exist, well since you are a good mother why not tuck them in, you can't because they are in a made up foster home. No one is posing as you. Stop fooling around. If you not lied when you called me a senior citizen I would have believed you. If you had not lied when you said that red worked at Carl's Junior I would have believed you. So based on those two previous lies why should I believe you? Give me one good reason to believe you when you lied about Red working at Carl's and when you lied about me being a senior. I don't think you have children, I just think you are trolling and made that comment for attention, and I am feeding the troll. I mean had you not lied about me being a senior, had you not lied about red working at Carl's I would have believed you, but you made two lies so I don't believe you at all.

I like you you call them rude when you go around begging for free sauce, get a job so you can afford to pay for the sauce.
