CareCredit deceptive credit card

I was never informed that my medical purchases were only temporary 0% interest. Paid my bill every month on time and now Im over the limit with tons of additional fees and technically past due cause I was unaware of the changes in my minimum payment due.

I was deceived by care credit. I was nor informed on the interest rate being introductory. When my monthly payment became too high I couldn't reach anyone to try and make pymt arrangements. I was not able to access my acct. Online. When my acct. Was sent to a collection agency I couldn't get them to send me the pymt arrangement in writing and next thing the acct was transferred to a different collection agency and now I am being sued. This company is the worst ever.

CareCredit fraud with late fee's

I signed up with Care Credit about a year ago for some dental services. My total amount of credit though them is 2, 500 in which 1, 800 was the total for my services. They are the worst credit agency I have EVER worked with. My bill is due on the 11th of every month by midnight. On my May statement of 2014 I was less than 24 hrs late on making my payment; which was of no fault of mine. I tried to make the payment by midnight Sunday the 11th but was unable to access my account through their online services due to a human error on the behalf of Care Credit, they had my birthday wrong. I did make the payment first thing Monday morning through a live operator. On my June payment I had a 35 dollar late fee added which brought my bill up to 98 dollars over the normal 53 dollar payment. I called and spoke to a representative and she stated that she would refund the fee and to go forth with making my regular payment of 53 dollars on the next due date, June 11th. I made sure to make that payment on time! My bill for June just came in and instead of being the norm, 53 dollars, it is in fact 138 dollars. I called and asked why I was being charged another late fee on the amount of the past late fee that was suppose to be taken off. They stated that a late fee is refunded through a credit on my balance has nothing to so with amount due on my bill? Why didn't the first rep tell me this then? They also stated that they credited me back the 35 dollars on my total balance, which never showed up on my new statement, it only showed up on my transaction summary. The account supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, and basically put their error on me. I see there are plenty of class action lawsuits against this company, and now I know why. They will tell you something is taken off, in my case the late fee of 35 dollars for May, just so they can charge your account another 35 dollar late fee by your next bill. No late fee was ever refunded nor does it show up on your account balance, just the transactions, nothing else. THEY ARE A FRAUD, and just as Bank of America was made held accountable for their action of overcharging customers with unjust late fee's, so should this fraud lender! DO NOT USE THEM!

CareCredit paid in full

I have used Care Credit two times because, I thought it would help me with the major dental work that I needed to have done. It only caused more problems and it would have been better to get a loan from the bank than to deal with these idiots! I had the perfect credit for single adult, only to have it ruined by this company. I paid my bills in full, paid on time and with each payment, I had to call them to ask why I had a late charge when the payments were always there on time and even cleared my bank. Now, I am receiving calls from "Lawyer" offices, making threats towards me. They have even called other family members trying to track me down. I am at lost for words and in all honesty have no clue as to what to do to get my credit cleared up. I just want something in writing that says it was paid in full and to get this cleared off my credit report!

I am with you Care Credit is a huge rip off. I had two checking accounts and told them to take a payment from my second checking account. They took the payment from the wrong account (admitted that it was their fault) however they refused to pay for the non sufficient fund fee's that I received. I had to pay all of the non sufficient fund fee's and then they had the nerve to take me to court for the money that I owe them. I agreed that I would pay for all that I owed, however I would not pay any late fee's . Of coarse they refused and told me if I did not set up an automatic payment arrangement they could not take a payment from me. The worse company ever. These companies make millions off of us and do not have the decency to honor their mistakes. I hope the company folds and can't file for bankruptcy.

CareCredit I will never ever use care credit again

(Sorry. I accidentally sent my complaint in without completing the details, so I'm going to try it again.)

I was pressed into using Care Credit when I needed a root canal, and didn't have the cash to pay the entire amount up front. My neighbor warned me not to do it, but I seriously needed the procedure. Initially, I was having no problem paying on the bill. But I've had to deal with a lot of financial difficulties lately --I'm on two fixed incomes, and my money goes out to pay bills as soon as the check is in the bank) --that have left me about $500 short each month of what I actually need to pay all my accounts up to speed. Three of my accounts are GE Capital Retail Bank holdings. All of them are currently behind, and all, consequently, are problematic for the same reason. Care Credit is the most harassing of the three. I have tried to make my case with the customer service people who answer the phone, but they all seem to have heavy accents which I have a difficult time understanding. Some of the calls about the CC account end in a hang-up; I pick it up, say "hello, " there's the sound of someone's voice (about one syllable worth), then a few seconds of silence, and a complete hang-up with the loud noise followed by the automated voice that says, "Please hang up and dial again." So I know that I'm not being transferred to an agent. I've gotten up to three calls a day about this account. I would calI and report this as harassment, which I obviously haven't as yet. But since I don't recognize the phone number, I've neglected to make on-time payments or explain my current difficultiIes to the GE Capital representatives.
The calls on the other two accounts have been mounting lately, as have the late fees, which, with my limited income, are making it impossible to pay off any of these accounts. You, as a company, are single-handedly ruining my credit, and the decent score I've been working to improve over the last year to 18 months. My neighbor was correct; I should have had nothing to do with you people. (The other two accounts are an Amazon Storecard, for making cheaper necessary purchases, and a Lowes card for winterizing my 31-year-old mobile home which doesn't hold its heat anymore. As you know, West Virginia has been in the thick of the worst winter we've had since I moved here 25+ years ago. My late husband and I lived handily on his fixed income until his passing on New Year's Day 2006. He was a wonderful, multi-skilled handyman, and I leaned on his talents heavily since that's not my gift set. But since he died, most of what I've had to deal with is something that he could have fixed for next to nothing. I spent last winter in Florida taking care of my 85-year-old mother who lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in May 2012, and was diagnosed a few months later with breast cancer. I came back to WV in May last year to a "dead" refrigerator, and over the following months, have had to borrow money to pay for a new well pump, among numerous other things, including my winter firewood ($450 for three cords; I have to wonder if the wood is going to outlast the long, cold winter). If you wouldn't keep adding late fees and high interest, I would have paid all three of these accounts off by now. So the sooner I can pay my balances down to zero, the better for all of us. I need to have six months interest-free, late fee -free so that I can render my best efforts to pay in full; if your company will permit me the latitude to do so in the face of all of my recent financial woes. It's up to you, because making it difficult for me is only putting off my paid-in-full status indefinitely. Kindly respond. I do not wish to receive any more harassing phone calls -- read my lips: NONE. Emails work much better than trying to wade through someone with a thick accent. I'll be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.

Very truly yours,

Pat Mudgett

This bank has lied so many times & has had to settle tons of judgements against them for "Unfair Business Practices" fraud, cover ups, steal, lie, cheat why are they still in business with the new name Synchrony Bank. They have changed their name for the fourth time new name Synchrony Bank. GE Capital Retail Bank, GE Money Bank & GE Capital Retail Money Bank.

Yes, Nicole did you by chance mention to this lady Pat that GE Capital Retail Bank Care Credit was ordered to refund $34 million to card holders or did you just keep that secret? Does anyone over there know how to be honest?

CareCredit practices

I had a pet that suffered from seizures. In an emergency care at Oradell Animal Hospital, my friend was informed to apply for a Joint CareCredit account. Being that my credit and her credit was "bad, " they approved the card for $6, 500 with no interest. I paid as much as I could on this account, until the promotional period ran out and all of the back up interest accumalated. I believe the vet killed my pet and he passed anyway the next day and now I am stuck with a huge bill. Time has passed, tyring to improve my credit and not default on this account I placed it into a DMP progam, but a couple years later I still have not even made a dent on the initial approval amount of $6, 500. I feel that CareCredit's practices are to fraud individualls that should not be approved knowing that they would default. I put the card in a DMP program, and after missing one payment, they dropped it from the program and now am being charged late fees. I request that anyone that is in an emergency situation, not be coned into using CareCredit as the end result will not be to your favor.

My account began in 2004 with a $1, 400 dental bill. Since 2004, and according to my bank statements, I have now paid $2, 233. I stopped paying in 2009, because the payments kept getting higher. I was taken to court and now the lawyers decided that I must pay $1, 800! I am livid from anger. How can I get out of this mess? They are thieves and crooks. I cannot let them just take my money (from my bank account or my job).

CareCredit/GEMB - Same story as the others: "interest-free" payments for oral surgery procedure if paid in full in one year or less. I sent documented payments religiously, always with extra...just in case. Standard operating procedure - they claimed they never received several payments, assessing "late charges" and other penalties. After an hour + wait (totally illegal in itself) to talk with rude telephone personnel, I faxed copies of the cancelled checks and drafts which they also "never received". Yeah, right. Sent them again via registered mail. They still denied receiving proof of payment. Nothing resolved. Hoping to collect with class-action suit.

because you didnt finish all your payments... which I know carecredit is a pain in the rear end cause they increase interest rates once they grant your loan, you probably got hit with the attorney and court cost as well since you were found at fault. sorry honey but nothing is fair when it comes to borrowing money these days.

CareCredit rip-off loan repayment plans

After applying for Care Credit I realized that I made a big big mistake!. I used the card to pay a portion of my dental work. Not understanding that each time I use the card I had to choose a repayment plan for the same dental work. I reached out to a Representative from Care Credit and explained the situation. He informed me to speak to the dentist office. I spoke to my dentist office Billing Representative and requested that she make the adjustments for all future bills to reflect payment option chosen. The next month I received my bill and the payments were doubled the amount agreed to, in addition to a late fee of $31.50. The repayment plans is astronically and it is designed to accrue as much interest from one time use to a multiple purchases. Care Credit is a total scam! Unfortunately, I still have an out-of-pocket payment in addition to the interest and fees from last month. WARNING! If you have another option to paying your medical, dental or comestics needs--do yourself a favor do not use Care Credit, you'll be sorry!

CareCredit bad processing

I have the payment sent out at the same time every month as $25 is due the 13th of every month. They said even though they received it, they may have processed it late. I keep getting calls saying a payment was late and its their fault. I don't know how they can hold it against me that they don't process it before the due date.

I borrowed money from Carecredit, what a huge mistake that was, if you pay it off in 60 days then they don't have a chance to charge you a unbelievable amount of interest, so far yr to date I have paid them 263.51 in interest to borrow 800.00 which I borrowed a yr and 2 months ago. I would recommend rethinking any situation that may offer you a carecredit loan. THEY WILL SOAK YOU IF GIVEN A CHANCE.

CareCredit I would never ever resort to care credit again

using care credit to pay off dental bills was the worst mistake I have ever made. I had a 5k dental bill after need extensive repair following a car accident and the interest they charge is RIDICULOUS! I always make a double payment every single month and in over a year my balance has only gone down $1200 after making monthly payments of $300 if not more. if I could warn every single person on earth to never use care credit I would. I have now gotten a new credit card and will immediately transfer my care credit balance, and I don't care how desperate a person is for treatment I would never ever resort to care credit again!

CareCredit fraudulent charges

My son needed dentures. The dentist offered Care Credit as a payment plan. My son applied and was denied due to bad credit. They told him that I(his mom) could apply for Care Credit to pay for it. He used his Visa for part of the payment and the rest on my Care Credit account. They have been after him, saying that he owes $1000 plus interest and they are suing him. The dentist office would never give me an itemized statement, so they are no help. What kind of scams are they running? This is not the first I've heard of this happening.

If you had read the entire thing, you'd see that, yes, I did get a Care Credit acct. I've paid over $3000 and am only a few payments away from paying it off. He also used a Visa debit card(having borrowed money from a friend) to pay the remaining balance. He never received anything from Care Credit verifying an account(an actual card from them, nor account info). He was denied a Care Credit acct, which is the reason for me getting one to help him out. He received a bill from Care Credit out of the blue and called to TRY to straighten it out. What a joke! Can you say FRAUD! Of course the dentist office was no help, they are in on the whole thing. They get paid before anyone else and before work is even done. My mother is going through a similar situation. I always pay my bills, but I'm sick of Care Credit taking advantage of people.

CareCredit disability insurance

I was in desparate need of dental work. I have always taken care of my teeth, but due to suspected medicines I was having to take for a illness that was making me disabled, I did not have any dental coverage, nor the money to purchase any. I had been denied actual Disability from Social Security twice, but I had filed for an Appeal Hearing...the date yet to be determined. I had been referred to an endodontist that offered the CareCredit Card applications. I called, and as it turned out, I already had a account that had been used years earlier for my ex-husband, but was just in my name. I talked to the customer service rep. about using the card, and that is when he asked if I would like the Disability Insurance offered on the card. I asked specific questions about the Full-Disability rules. They were explained to me that anytime after I was enrolled in the Disability Insurance, if I became officially disabled by Soc. Sec., , the balance of the primary account holder would be paid off. Even though I had already been denied Disability twice, and didn't have a requested hearing date yet, I decided to pay the hiked up extra each month to have this insurance. I finally did have my day in court, and did receive the right to collect Disability. When I submitted my claim to CareCredit, I was told that even though the date I won Disability was after my enrollment, because Soc. Sec. will back-pay up to 2 years, if proven illness, their Disability Program did not apply to my case...directly contradicting the specific questions I had previously as their customer service rep. on the phone before I even began the dental work. That day on the phone, I was told that the call would be recorded for training purposes...blah, blah, blah..so, they have exactly what questions I had asked, and exactly what answers I had been given. I am still forced to pay the hiked up price each month for the insurance, where this issue is not yet resolved...dispite the fact it is not worth the paper it is written on. What good is the Disability Insurance, when Soc. Sec. most always goes back the 2 years...because it generally takes that long just to have your case settled with them. THIS IS A PRACTICE OF LOOP-HOLE FRAUD !

CareCredit participating visions overcharge carecredit users

On top of being unemployed and without medical insurance, the only way I could use my carecredit was if I purchased glasses at their participating vision centers. I compared the same glasses at that vision center and at LensCrafters and vision center was $849 and lenscrafters was $423. seriously, half price but Lenscrafters doesn't accept carecredit. Carecredit needs to screen their participating vision centers alot more! Now im doubting if I got ripped off at the dental center because they cross sold and maxed out my line to $5, 500!

CareCredit everything about their bill pay

I had paid my next months payment too soon so they told me that I would have double the interest rate if I didn't make a double payment the next month and that if I ever did it again to where I made the payment too early a higher interest rate would be applied to the remaining balance. Well they have a way of making it difficult for you to make your payments so you end up having to call consistantly to get things fixed with their website. You can only pay with a checking account I have had my Care Credit card for over two years and all of a sudden the information that was on the site last month has disapeared and they are having a problem with their system accepting the banks routing numbers. So I called to see when it will be fixed and she simply told me I had to make the payment by phone. Well all they needed was the last 4 digits of my checking account number to run it...so they have it in their system. Then she told me that she would send a paper confirmation for the payment in the mail. I told her that was unacceptable and to give me a confirmation number...she complied and gave it to me. I was to take a survey after the phone call, but she stayed on the line and told me that I would have to disconnect the call by hanging up! This company gives me a gut ache they are hard to work with and most of the customer services first language is not english so they are not helpful but to answer the same way everytime and sometimes VERY hard to understand which frustrates me more! I would suggest to anyone to go through your trusted bank and get a credit card issued rather than go through care credit...they are very shady!

CareCredit misrepresentation

I had some dental work done and opted to use CARE CREDIT for the first time ever. My dental work was $5, 500 on a 24 month interest free plan and I paid my bills online. I feel they misrepresented my information because on the statement it said "minimum payment due" starting at $160.00 and because I would pay more than the minimum I would see the payments eventually drop down to $120.00 per month. I was very excited to see my balance drop and I always paid on time. TO MY SURPRISE my balance had increased from $2, 600 to $4, 900! They said it was because I didn't pay off the full balance in 24 months. This is outright misrepresentation and borderline FRAUD because they should have put the REAL amount I needed to pay (minimum payment), not just a small one liner in a vague position on the e-statement. The company won't work with me on it because I'm past the deadline. I'll pay this off with a loan I can get for less than 14.99% and NEVER use this CREDIT company again. I know if this happened to me it surely has happened to others. WHAT A SCAM!

CareCredit debt settlement

I acquired a Care Credit Card through GE Money back in 2010. Over the past 3 months I have received several settlement offers to pay and close the account. In Feb 2012 I was contacted by a collection company that GE had sold the account to for collection. I made an agreement for an amount around half of the original balance. The amount was agreed to and the money was taken from my bank account. Approximately 3 weeks later I received a bill for the remainder of the original balance from GE Money (the company that had sold the account to someone else!) It is a terrible thing that such a large (despicable) company can do this to thousands I am sure. I made the agreement with them and they are not making good on their end of their part of the agreement. And to top it all off, they said the card was paid to the agreement and cancelled as of the date of the agreement. Don't use their services, you will be sorry later.

CareCredit finance charges scam

Skin Speaks Spa MD & Advancements in Dermatology in Burnsville, MN offered the CareCredit financing for their special event. I chose to have my dermatology work done there ($2500 worth) due to the interest free financing for 18 months. My first shock came when I received my first bill and was charged a finance fee of $35 before I had even had any work done. They told me they'd remove it, but then a total of a $17.50 finance fee appeared and that my free financing was only for 12 months. I was then told that they could only remove 1/2 of the original finance charge! The biggest shock came when my last bill also showed I now owed the back finance charges for $610.54 due to missing the final due date which had changed. The rude customer service rep told me that the due date which I'd paid on time every month was different for the final payment and was set up for the expiration date instead. This was about 3 weeks earlier than the regular due date I'd been paying online every month. CareCredit financing is a SCAM set up to count on people not reading all the fine print so they can collect all the finance fees at a 26.99% APR!

CareCredit fraudulent charges

12/31/2011
Office of Thrift Supervision

rRe: Case #[protected]

My previous complaint filing detailed GEMB's deliberate misleading statements and actions as of that date. The response of 10/25/2011 from Fonda Lewis, contains additional untruthful statements and describes unrealized actions. GEMB has dekiberately mislead both myself and OTS, as follows:

1. Allegedly stopping payment and reissuing a check for $283.00. As of 12/31 1/we have not received a payment, nor the interest associated with this deliberate/malfeasant delay in GEMB’s overcharging/collecting a payment after failing to close an account, nor has there been any telephone call, email, or actual delivery of a message from GEMB to us.
2. There has been no telephone call message, or other communication, except for the 10/25/11 letter claiming to have reissued a check after more than one year previously claiming to have refunded their overbilling. GEMB is a large financial institution certainly capable of delivering telephone calls and/or overpayment refunds, yet they’ve failed to do either. [The only time we’ve been away was 10/23/11 until 11/6/11, but nothing received from GEMB.]
3. “Each month an accurate billing statement was sent advising…status on the promotional balance.” Again, deliberate mis-statement, as GEMB provided us an “electronic only monthly account summary, which displays an account balance, available credit, credit limit, payment due amount and date, last statement balance and date, last payment amount and date posted [Copies of multiple months’ statements are available any time you’d like to see them – I can attach to an email and send them immediately.] BUT NOWHERE ON THE ELECTRONOC FORM DOES IT CONTAIN ANYTHING RELATED TO “…status on the promotional balance, ” NOR “a promotional summary section.’ Furthermore, it indicates delivery method as “electronic only".
4. “Our records contain no indication of any incorrect information being provided...Customer Service is very important…, and
5. ‘GEMB claims that “When a billing statement is sent and not returned, we presume it has been received by the customer.” Note that this includes the non-delivery of alleged refund checks, and ignores GEMB’s receipt of written, telephone and electronic communications from me to them requesting clarification of the incorrect and misleading statements by GEMB Customer Representatives about the “promotional fee dates for payments due” and for overcharges and/or not received re-payments due me on this account. GEMB states that C/S conversations are recorded, yet they’ve failed to provide transcripts of any conversations, based on dates and names I provided. Again, more deliberately misleading responses, and failure to act when I provided written communications to GEMB.

At a minimum GE should be required to provide a certified copy of the cancelled check, or proof of an electronic payment. Their inability to provide either proof of refund should be noted as demonstratable proof of their lack of honesty in handling their fraudulent transactions. They should be held civillay liable for this fraud, and criminally liable for lying to OTS, a government agenvy.

Re Account: CareCredit [protected] overcharge and reufsal to refund outstanding overpayments
July18, 2011 forth letter
We received your letter of June 12, 2011 on July 6. In it you state that you’ve sent ” …a refund check for the credit balance…’on June 11, 2011. NOTE that there was an additional unauthorized incorrect access to my checking account for $ 283.00 on 6/6/2011. The total refund due is $3, 122.00. Also NOTE that its more than 30 days since you claim to have sent my refund check, but no check has arrived nor an electronic refund been received by us. Finally, it is more than 55 days since your agent agreed to send a confirmation that the account was closed with no outstanding balance, which has still not been received by us. It appears that you are unable or unwilling to process information/responses or refunds in a timely manner.
July 4, 2011 third letter
On 06-06-2011, following a telephone conversation with your agent, indicating that the account balance was $ 0.00, you submitted an ACH withdrawl of $ 283.00 (GE MONEY (PAYMENT) / Withdrawal-ACH-A-RSF GE MONEY (PAYMENT) (eff. date 06/06/2011 283.00) in error. This represents an additional failure of your notification system processes. CURRENT OVERPAY – REFUND DUE $3, 122.00.

NOTE: 0n 5/23/2011 your agent agreed to send a confirmation that the account was closed with no outstanding balance. As of 7/4/2011, no communication has been received for this, nor for my 5/25/2011 dispute letter.. This represents additional failures of your notification system processes.

May 25, 2011 second letter
GE failed to send correct statements so the bill could be paid completely within the promotional period. Then, they applied all payments to interest, nothing to principal, thus the account balance grows larger, despite on-time monthly payments.

On 5/27/2010 I called for the payoff date and amount for the promotional period. They claimed I was not listed on the account, so my wife called and corrected their records. I called on 5/31/2010 and again requested payoff information. The date provided by GE customer service for the expiration of the promotional was 04/10/2010.
I again requested copies of the transaction history for this account – the response was that it would take 30 days. It never arrived.

In response to several letters to their dispute department, I never received a response.

On 4/7/2011 I called and was twice disconnected by your CSRs. I requested the payoff amount and date for the new promotional period. The CSR could not provide the correct amount due, minus finance charges, nor provide confirmation of the total amount paid. I again requested a complete register of charges and payments The CSR indicated that it would be sent to me by 4/30/2011. As of 5/3 nothing arrived. I called again - Chanda in S.DAKOTA was unable to check that info is sent, and will not provide a name and telephone number for me to call.

GE continues to add on finance charges during this period. On 5/3 I called again. This time the supervisor offered to resend the account billing information, but could not follow up to ensure it will be received by me, nor do they have a contact name or address/telephone number for me follow up with.

0n 5/23/2011 I was twice disconnected by Phillippines CSR’s, and finally spoke with TEMPE, AZ Janine, who was to transfer me to an account manager. Finally, after of more than 60 minutes on the telephone, I spoke with S. DAKOTA Marie [protected].69. She agreed to waive the 2011 finance charges but only showed total payments of $3, 175.00 (when actual total payments equal $6, 014.00).
Therefore she showed a balance due of $ 6825 which I agreed to pay on 5/23/2011 to close this account. Since actual payments equal $ 6014, the actual balance due was $3986.00. Your company should have charged me $3986.00; however your company has overcharged me $2839.00, due to your incorrect information.

Correct information In-Correct information
Total Due 10000.00 10000.00
Total Paid $6, 014.00 3175
6825.00 6825.00
Grand Total $12, 839.00 $10, 000.00
Amount Overpaid $2, 839.00

Again, I called today and was disconnected when speaking with Jessica in INDIA, but was finally able to get through to Alicia in INDIA, Stephanie in OHIO, and Amanda in S.DAKOTA . None could resolve this overcharge, nor provide a name for me to address my complaint to.
Please send my refund immediately by return electronic transaction or certified check and confirm that this account is paid in full, and now has a zero balance.

CareCredit unfair business practices/discrimination

I have only one thing to say about Care Credit. They have very unfair practices. As a former cardholder, my account was up to date and paid off. I had a Joint Account with my mother. I had to have oral surgery to which I charged a little over $1700.00 on my Carecredit. I made payments then decided to pay the balance off in full. A month after I paid it off, just because I had not used the credit line ($5, 000) in over a month, they all of a sudden decided to close my account, for no good reason. And then they gave me some lame excuse saying all of a sudden that I no longer qualified for credit from them and that was AFTER I paid the balance off in full. Excuse my french but that is BS, and very unfair, like my money isnt good enough for their damn company. They then gave me another lame excuse saying they had to close my account because we both had to re-qualify? WTF? why? My account had been open for a year and a half and now they were saying we did not qualify and my mom was making $5, 000 a month and I am Self employed and making about 1000.00 a month. The people who run this company are nuts. If 5, 000 a month all of a sudden doesnt qualify me for a credit card then there is definitely something wrong with their thinking. Either that or my money just isnt green enough for them.

And Now that I am making even better money, I cant find anyone to give me any credit to have my teeth fixed and I need oral surgery bad and I have to have IV Sedation to have my teeth worked on. I need all of my teeth taken out and I need dentures, the kind that snap in. I have a very bad credit score because of bills I havent ;paid from years ago. If there is anyone reading this that knows of a company that would be willing to work out some payment arrangements with me as far as financing for oral surgery or dentures goes, would you please contact me at : [protected]@yahoo.com. I am in the Tacoma, WA area. I am a female.

CareCredit changing rules

Care Credit is a company that relies on "changing rules" as it is convenience for them. They changed the services agreement without asking me so I ended up paying interest over my balance. This is what they do: once you have signed for the specific period of time to pay you balance 6, 12 or 18 months and set up you automatic payments...they change the period without consulting you. When you call to find out why there are interest to pay (when the interest should not be there in the first place) in your account... they put the blame on you saying you should read the fine print on your statement every month in case are changes! If you keep arguing they hang the phone on you. Be careful with two customer representative that are trained to be RUDE Alisha and Amanda ( very low skills but big mouth)

I closed my account. Please, be very careful if you want to use this company services.

CareCredit harassment

I have been recieving phone calls everyday some time 5-6 times a day, for just paying a partial bill, and now they have turn me into collections for non-payment. I have not missed a payment yet, sometimes only a partial gets paid but they still get PAID. Just another great tax free company having foreginers answer the phone. India and the phippeans are the only ones I get to talk to. horrible phone connections and the center in india does not even tell you that they are recording the call just a bunch of dead spots and beeps.

CareCredit stay away

Their Promotion states interest free as long as pay on time. To be used for Dental Care. How ever not so. Reality is they charge 29.99% interest from time you use it. They have the Doctors sale this to their patient. The Doctors are being used with out knowing of it. So great harm is done to the patients that are trying to get dental care. This company needs to be shut down by the Federal Goverment . This type of act is causing many people to file bankgrupts for the patient cann't ever get out of debt from this company. This is a crimial company and operating policy of theirs. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS! CREDIT CARE ISN'T THERE TO HELP THE PATIENTS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED! THIS COMPANY General Electric Money Bank that runs this credit line. Is only interested in getting as much money out of the patients as it can get away with. They only care about their stock holders only not the people of the United States. Bottom line they are stilling from those who need help. I hope congress gos after G E now for their wrong doings and CNN investigates these guys and shows the public what they are and have been doing and still are doing to so many people in America.
