Fraud and cheating!

I still have an acct. open with you guys and i had field for Chpt. 7 bankruptcy in Feb. of 07 and its still showing on my credit report that i am late with my payments when the acct. Should be closed and showing included in Bankruptcy!!!

I am in a battle with them now concerning their card which was not used for dental work and their billing me for services I never received from Royal Dental on Hwy 6/Beechnut, Houston, TX. I have shown them Xrays from a second dentist that clearly show I have had no dental work . I recieved a letter from dental care yesterday wanting $1416 that they say I owe them. I cannot pay for services I never received. Help!
