Captain D's I'm complaining about several things that had been gone on since I been hired.

Jameisha crowe Donna Crowe daughter Kimberly Brandy and lexgtion has been picking with since I have start at Captain D's in Ruston La. I'm not from Ruston I don't know too many people. However today has really gotten out of hand. I had just clocked in at 11:30 a.m. When all of sudden things was been said about an to me. I was talking to myself when I said I was gone an go home because I was sick of what I go through everyday . Meanwhile lexis go back an repeat what I said to Jameisha. An quote Jameisha say" ### Bye". I then turned to lex I said " lex I don't you running to phoo every time I say something to myself". So I told Tonnie I was just gone leave. An Jameisha wanted to keep gone on so she bucked at me I immediately felt threaten for my life, but I didn't touch her. As I'm get ready to walk out the door Jameisha ran at me fist first. We had a big altercation to where her cousin her aunt an the manger Tonnie went to holding me down while Jameisha is steady hitting. Until it was that the customers said they where gone to call the police. Jameisha then hurried an got an her car an left. I will be pressing charges. Captain D's my five hours missing off my hours pay stub at the end of the week.

I work at captain d's and I was off monday nov. 7 2016 in pearl ms. worked the person hours the whole day. clocked in as I was supposed to and also clocked out. at the end of the work week. while I was clocking out and noticed I didn't have the correct hours. the days I worked scheduled were their but not the day that I had came in for the woman that called in. I suppose to have 28 hours and only seen 23:45 as on the printed schedule. need all my hours and pay for working

Captain D's hair in my food store #354869

Hi, I visited captain ds store #354869 today at 1:58
And as I was eating my food, I came across some hair in my fish cracklins, I immediately took the food back to the counter and told them, the manager on duty today was cooking, she replied to another employee"what do she want?
I replied I wanted my food cooked over,
She cooked it over but I received all except 1 piece of fish that she said I already had eaten. Then after that hair was on my hush puppy…
I only broke off a piece of the fish, when I seen the hair, then I immediately took it to the counter, I payed $12.00 for this meal and the manager never came up to the counter to apologize, ill never visit captain ds again! Manager was rude after I told her o was missing a piece of fish

Captain D's telephone service

While I frequent captain d's several times a wk (Various locations) , I called the wesley chapel rd (Decatur, ga) store. My inquiry was whether call-in orders were taken. There was a pause/hold, but I was advised no. (I have been in this community a long time, and several years ago this was an option. ) it does not matter, but employees should make sure the telephone line is no longer open before making unprofessional comments. Ironically, a family member was picking up a call-in order from j&j fish. A stop was going to be made at captain d's for me. Do not make formidable competition more appealing, especially in such close proximity.

Captain D's drive through and food

I sat in the bremen, ga captain ds drive through for over 13 mins.. Waiting on me and my girlfriends food, we sat there so long we didn't have time too go anywhere else, when we receive our food, the large drink was only half full, our fish was under cooked, the nashville fish was barely seasoned, they forgot too put our pickles that comes with the meal in the box.. My 4 piece fish was under cooked and my hush puppies were over cooked, we had too remind the cashier of sauces that he's forgotten and also too serve us our drinks which we found were not full at all.. I will visit the captain ds in another city before i come too work, i am a very disappointed customer

Captain D's keeping my food I paid for, not fresh

I went to the location on Sharon Amity in Charlotte, NC. on 10/20/16. I added the 5 shrimp for 1.59 and got home to find they were not in my bag. I tried to call and got no answer, so I went back to find no one there. My receipt said 9:57 so I guess they closed at 10:00. The next day I called and spoke with the manager (Ms. Brown) who did apologize but only said to come back for them after letting her know all I went through and how my other food was cold when I got ready to eat and the hushpuppies were undercooked and horrible. I felt the whole order should've been replaced.

Captain D's rude employees

I have visited the captain D's in Fitzgerald Georgia several times, well on Tuesday night I took this elderly lady with me. I had two separate orders and the elderly lady received her food which was wrong so after several minutes of trying to get the girl at the window to understand we finally got her order right. Well I decided to get my husband a plate and after 30 minutes this girl with an attitude came back to asked me to move up needless to say I had to go in spoke with the management that seemed as if he was scared of the employees. The cook which was at the front went back to the kitchen saying smart remarks DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS STARTED BACK PREPARING FOOD, SHE STILL SMARTING OFF AT THE MOUTH...I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THESE DISRESPECTFUL CHILDREN WORKING THERE.(SHANESE) AT YHE WINDOW MANAGER(MACUTHEN) HE IS NICE BUT CAN'T HANDLE YHOSE KIDS NEED A NEW CREW FIRED THEM AND START OVER. OH NEVER GOT ALL MY FOOD AND IT WAS DO COLD WHAT I DID GET. I VISITED THERE IN COFFEE COUNTY THEY ROCK...VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Captain D's employee working with an herpes outbreak sore on lower lip.

My co workers and I visit captain d's in Fitzgerald 's daily for lunch. On numerous occasions we've asked that this employee (Latonya Scott) not handle our food.. She has an herpes outbreak bump that appears on her lower lip that has white substances exiting the wound. She has unacceptable white flakes that pays in her hair. We have spoken with her superiors and haven't seen change yet. Once again we feel she shouldn't handle food with such a thing on her mouth. We will boycott the store and publicly complain if changed aren't made please. We enjoy the resturant but people with such illness shouldn't be allowed to have food we consume.

Captain D's unethical behaviour

Came here to eat with my family. The lady taking my order was disgusting. Her name was Tieshia. While taking our order, she was curling her hair and was getting irritated (sighing, rolling eyes, smacking lips, etc.) of us asking questions about the meals and was impatient as we chose our sides. We wanted the 4.99 meal, she told us there is no 4.99 meal so we went with the deluxe meal. Looking mad for no reason and taking her anger out on us. Kept looking at me as I was eating like she was talking about me with her coworker made me feel very uncomfortable.

Captain D's my food

I went to captain d's and placed my order, took a seat and i sat an sat and no food. After about 30 min. I asked about it and no response so i sat down again, several minute's later i asked for my money back, i got my money and left.I will never go back to that Captain D's . In my world FAST FOOD means the food will not take more than 5 min.

Captain D's the customer service

The customer service was so rude. First she rushed me to order, no welcome to captain Ds. or nothing. Then once to the window, she took the money and slammed the window. After she slung the food out the window my husband needed some sauce he asked for the sauced and she had a nasty attitude then when she handed it to him. He asked her "is something wrong, do everyone in there have an attitude" because the young lady behind her was upset about something also. He reply was " its Monday and we don't have time." First off, it was Tuesday and on top of that ITS YOUR JOB. THEYRE PAYING YOU SO YOU DONT HAVE NOTHING BUT TIME WHEN YOURE ON THEIR CLOCK GETTING THE MONEY. I JUST THOUGHT SHE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT WILL MAKE A LOYAL CUSTOMER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Captain D's customer service

ok my Mother out to dinner Sunday nite, after placing our order, cashier gave uS our drink cups, I asked for our side salads, She said someone will get them in a minute, my Mom who is in her mid 70 waited while I got the drinks aNd a table the place was busy with pEople waiting For their orders, one of the Employees gave out the wrong order which screwed everthing up, after a couple minutes my mom asked again, again wait a minute, after she had asked Three time the AssistanT Manager who she had been asking, Yelled at telling her She had other people waiting, and she needed to go sit dowN and wait her turn, my Mom didn't share this iNformation till after we got homE AfTer calling the Manager the next day basically I was told it didn't happen, there employees don't talk to custoMeRs like that So I called district manager which was a Total waste of time I guess they don't need my business or Yours don't go there

I went to Captain D's tonight & ordered a 2pc. fish meal with mac/cheese, fries & breadstick. When I opened my box, I was very disappointed with the results. The mac/cheese was mixed over into my fries. The mac & cheese usually be in a container by itself when ordered, but this time it wasn't. I talked to the manager concerning my food and they didn't want to fix it over again.

Captain D's oover charged

I noticed that I was over charged by checking my bank statement. On top of that I do not think I received a legitimate receipt because the receipt that I was give $15.00 on did not have a form of payment on it. I only showed a total. Likewise It did not have a telephone number, the address or ID number on it. I immediately Googled the telephone number to the Captain D's location. I called several times but no one answered the phone. I then decided to go down there to speak with the Manager about obtaining a refund. When I arrived I spoke with the manager. I explained the situation about being over charged. In return, he was very rude and stated that he was not able to give me a refund because he did not know how to work the cash register. I told him that does not make sense to me. He told me again that there was nothing he could do about me being over charged. Also, he stated that because it had been 30 minutes since my order then he was not going to do anything about it. Furthermore I explained to him that I did not notice until I arrived at home. I asked him could he at least count down the cash register to see that I was over charged. He told me no and proceeded to go to the back of the store. I informed him that I was going to contact Regional & Corporate. I then asked for his name-he was very rude about giving me his name-he tore my receipt with his pen when he wrote his name down. He only provided his first name. I had to ask him again for his entire name. His reply was that-Regional & Corporate knew his name. I had to ask him several times before he gave me his entire name. Likewise he showed a lack of concern and had TERRIBLE customer service. My husband "being in Management" called the store and demanded that he count down the register. I then was issued a refund hours later. I do not appreciate being over charged and I will never eat at that Captain Ds location again. Likewise, when I finally had a chance to eat- the food had gotten cold. I think that it was ridiculous that I am had to go through extreme measures about this situation which included calling the store & Regional Manager, going to the location several times, and having to contact the Corporate Office.

Captain D's bad quality

I ordered a fish & chicken dinner, Shrimp Scampi Dinner, and Deluxe Seafood Platter. The cashier gave me only 1 sour creme knowing i had 3 bake potatoes. The my Deluxe Seafood Platter shrimp & crab cakes wad burned. The customer service sucks. All the Baked Potatoes didn't taste right. smh ! $24.98 gone to waste!

Captain D's gross food

Went to the Captain D's in Salisbury, NC. I drove through the drive thru and ordered 2 piece fish meal. When I opened my box, I noticed that one of the hush puppies looked like it had been bitten and re-fried.Gross. Now haven read the post from the former Captain D's worker about how their manager "recycled" the shrimp from the garbage, I believe that the hush-puppy had been re-purposed.
I feel that this is a systemic issue. I have noticed getting fish I did not order. The batter was more of a corn bread. Fish was not bad so I did not complain. I have seen smaller fish pieces and old food. I have been to at least 8 different stores in NC, SC AL, and TN. I hate to stop going there, but they leave me no choice. I will definitely avoid the ones who apparently have gross managers.

Captain D's this store really needs an overhaul

I went to purchase food from the captain d’s store #3702 on 11/10/2012 and my order was taken at 18:30 (6:20 pm) only to receive my food 15 min. later only after several customers that purchased food after me had gotten their food and left. My order was for 2- 2 piece fish dinners and one childs fish dinner with a side of mac & cheese. Not a large order.There is no reason we should have had to wait 15 min. The store was not crowded either.

I feel the manager should go undercover and just see what is happening in this store. It is continuously getting run down. I have not seen anyone except africa-americans working there and they all have an attitude of not caring if they take your order and get your order right and in a timely manner. The employees are too busy playing around instead of taking care of customers. The store is nasty and dirty. The restrooms were filthy and when told of the restroom issue the employees just turned around and ignored me as if I had said nothing.The issue was not taken care of. I did not even get a “thank-you for telling us”. These employees don’t care about anything but playing.

A customer in front of me ordered 2 cups of tarter sauce and didn’t get them in his order. He had to ask for it again and was only given one cup of sauce. He then proceeded to ask for the second one he ordered and te employee grabbed up a cup and stomped around and got the tarter sauce and gave it to him. After he left the employee, whose name is Alia, stated very loudly to the other employees “he didn’t need 2 cups of tarter sauce”, and then proceeded to say that, “why do we have to get this stuff for him” then laughed at the situation in a cutdown sort of way. She was out of line and needed to keep her mouth shut and give the customer what he ordered. You son’t cut down customers in front of other customers.

This store is getting filthier and filthier every time I go in there. The employees are dressed sloppy and handle food improperly and there is food all over the floor behind the counter and in the dining room.

This store really needs an overhaul!

Why don’t you hire some white people in the store that care about the customers?
I hope someone in high up management takes this complaint to heart and checks into the way the store is managed before it looses to much in customers.

Captain D's cold food and worse customer service

My family and I went into this establishment to enjoy dinner when our food came out first I noticed that the baked potato was a very dark brown as if it had been sitting too long in the warmer so my husband took it up to the front and showed them the potato and asked for a new one. The lady in the drive thru called back they needed another potato. She stated they would bring it to the table when it was done. My husband come back to the table and we started to eat noticing that the mac and cheese was cold on all our plates and the chicken hard were hard. after about 10 minutes my husband went back to the front and asked about the potato we still had not recieved and she said it was almost done and at that time he had told her about the chicken and the mac and cheese. She then turned to the 3 employees in the back and yelled we had a bad potato our food is cold and apparently bad oh is there anything else sir? He stood there for a moment and she said the potato and he said yea and all three employees were standing over the potato laghing as they stirred it up! he said did yall do something to my potato and she said no we wouldnt do something like that and smiled. My husband brought it back to the table and told me dont eat ur potato we allowed the kids to continue to eat. That same lady came in the diningroom to clean the tables and walked up and said how was ur potato and we told her we werent eating it it had been handled before we got it and the first one was brown and she said they didnt know it was brown they dont see them and he told her it was cut open u can see that and the second one was stirred up. She threw her hands up and laghed at us. We were leaving a few minutes later planning to speak to a manager but we seen no one and got in our car pulled around the building to leave and there sat the manager, the lady that was so rude and the three that were in the kitchen sitting on a curb smoking. I have no idea whats any of there names cause I seen only one name tag and that was on the nice ypoung lady running the register up front(Danielle).

Yes i was waiting on my food lastnight when a crew member walked in talking about another employee working their im sorry but how the girl was talking sounded like a threat.she was telling the manager how she was going to fight the girl if she showed up at work since she had to come in.and she hopes her cousin kills the girl for having thier kids out in the cold im sorry but that is so disrespectful to come to work talking about someone like that i will never come back ever again that is just so sad that bullys like that are working at aplace like that

Captain D's customer service sucks

Don't bother contacting Captain D's customer service. They will completely ignore your email or send you short, rude email. I received a short email from Linda Mabry from the customer service link on their website and it took three weeks to receive a response and the it was one line basically calling me a liar. I responded to the email and never received a response. Your customer service is horrible. That is just bad business. I spent $75 on one meal and didn't receive 1/3 of it and they refused to do anything to resolve the issue. I will never spend another penny at your restaurant. Long john silvers thanks you. (and at least they can get an order right) Shame on you Captain D's.

Today, March 10, 2013 was the worst Customer Service at Captain D on Pio Nono Avenue in Macon, GA. The drive through staff attitude was horrible. She was told that her Customer Service was terrible - which she quickly responded that we were rude and just came from church. I got out the car and went inside and asked for the Manager. She went on to tell someone else about the incident. The other person told me that the Manager was coming. I told him what has happened and she kept on talking. I told him that we would not be coming back anymore. On top of the rude services the order was wrong. Please consider hiring staff that has a pleasing attitude. The young lady was pregnant and perhaps she was having a bad day, but there is no excuse for rudeness.

Captain D's food not received and bad customer service

I ordered 3 seafood feast for a family get together and was quoted a price 3 times on the phone when I picked it up I was overcharged. When I questioned the price the girl simply said "that was without tax" and shut the window in my face. I took the food to the get together and it was missing 6 orders of fries. I called the local store and they offered no resolution other than you can come and pick up the six orders of fries now (what am I going to do with them?). I have emaiedl captain d's numerous times (all ignored) and only received one response which was one line that stated "you have already received a refund" (which I have not)not a sorry for the inconvenience or at least offer a refund of the fries I did not receive. I will never eat at one of their restaurants again. Their workers and managers are incompetent and the customer service is non existent.

If I was you i would never eat from another captain D's again I've worked there and none of them wash there hands and one of my managers took shrimp from the trash to keep her inventory from being short those ### are nasty!

Captain D's bad food, bad service, bad advertisment

Last Sat. 7/17, my mom & I went to lunch at Oneonta Captain D's. When we first got there, I waited to place our orders & the girl behind the counter was talking on the phone. She never looked up nor said anything so I stood there & waited for a full 5 minutes. When she got off of the phone she never greeted me or said one word except frowned & said "is it for here or to go"? I said "for here" & then she ask me what "I wanted". That's it nothing more nothing less. We had seen the new shrimp basket ad on tv & decided to try it. I guess this was our mistake because what is seen on tv is NEVER as it seems in person. The tiny pieces of "shrimp" (about 10) was served to us on a big black plate & rattled when they rolled around on the plate. It was advertised that it was a quarter of a pound of shrimp served in a basket. there was no where near 1/4 of a pound of shrimp & certainly NO basket. Oh well, we couldn't have eaten the basket anyway but we could have eaten more shrimp. We didn't get the gravy that was advertised with the "basket" so I went up & told the girl at the counter & she looked at me like I was a joke. Never said anything to me but turned around & hollered to the back she needed two gravies, then she said to me, I'll bring them out to you. So, I said ok & went back to the table. My mom & I waited & waited for the gravey & when we got it it was cold & a white wattery substance that had NO taste. Nothing as it appeared on tv. We also ordered some fried green tomatoes & they were overcooked & hard. We only got cole slaw with our meal & it was ok but I have to admit the hush puppies were delicious. Also, we were charge 4.99 each when on tv it was advertised as 3.99. I wrote Capt. D"s a complaint & all I got was a message saying that they had received my message & would respond back to me. It has been 4 days now & I have heard nothing. Needless to say, with bad service, bad food & bad advertising, I don't think mom & I will be visiting Captain D's anytime soon.

I went to CaptD today, about 3:10 pm, ordered deluxe seafood platter.As soon as I sat down, it was put up on the counter.It habeen sitting, wasn't cooked fresh, and the fish was very greasy, and the fries were barely warm, and were tough from cooling aI called to tell them about it and the manager was rude, to put it mildly.
I won't be going to that location again!

Beware of Horrible customer Service at The Captain D's at Both locations: On Wrightsboro Rd & Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA! The Managers allow or encourage waitresses to be rude to customers; talk back to them, and spit in peoples' food!
