I register with Capital Visas for PBS Tier 1 visa for UK. But I got cheated by this company.
Now they have taken all the fees and cancel my contract mentioning I want to cancel it.

As after registration their caseworkers were not reponding so, I wrote complains and when I was
not satify with the response and re-complain then they cancel my contract mentioning I want to cancel it and
took all their fees from the card( without sending me any receipts of amount taken, got shocked when received my credit card statment).

Now what to do? I am outside from UK any suggestion will be helpful.

I wish I had seen these reviews before paying them money...exactly the same thing happened with me they took money and after 30 days took money again without my permission after this no calls from Anna Maria the caseworker. Raheel Sarwar is athe scam artist who took my money...they are full of lies...eventually I had to pay some one else to handle my case.

Please note that these people have the oisc registration at level 1 and are not allowed to take a case if it has been refused before. Oisc team told me that they are unable to take their registration unless they have regular complaints against the company... It will be highly requested to everyone to lodge a complain to oisc even if your case has been mishandled or wrong advise has been given in past 6 years as they are need to keep all files for 6 years.

I hope I will get my money back the complaint is under investigation with OISC

so it seems these guys are total scam artists. Obviously the same thing has happened to me. I'm willing to pay lawyers fees to ensure they don't cause this upset to anyone else. I just need other people and their incidents to ensure. Lets get together and make this happen. Companies like this deserve to be taken down along with the lying manipulators who work there.
These guys aren't lawyers as they portray themselves to be, they a crooks.

Capital visa are a bunch of low-time swindlers! There business practice and procedures are extremely poor and their " dedicated immigration and support workers' are poorly trained, they have little knowledge of the required visa laws for specific country's and once they have taken the money ( like the above complaint- they assure you they will not take the money and then charge you without prior consent, wether they have done any work or not) they have little or no interest in your case! It definitely seems that they have absolutely NO complaints procedure in place with in their company, and they are reluctant to give you a personal name or private email address in whitch to send your complaints. When I assured them that I am aware of my legal rights and that at least a response was called for after I sent our initial complaint ( with absolutely No response from them, they accused me of being threatening. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY! There are plenty of other far more reputable visa companies out there, that will not rip you off or completely ignore you. This company should be shut down!

6 stunted and poorly devised emails from CAPITAL VISA cost us £650
We didn't get our visa, not for lack of evidence but because of there total incompetence, now they ignore my complaint emails, we never even got to submit our visa to the UKBA. How this company are accredited I will never know! let's put this company where it belongs! In the garbage!

RIP OFF COMPANY

ONE THING THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS YOUR MONEY. I WAS PROMISED MY VISA IS IN SAFE HANDS BUT ONCE THEY GOT THE MONEY THEIR SO CALLED CASEWORKER GAVE ME A CALL SPOKE TO ME FOR 10 MINS AND SENT ME SOME STUPID CHECKLIST WHICH DIDNT FIX TO MY CIRCUMSTANCES, I THINK I CAN GET THIS FOR FREE FROM HOME OFFICE THEY JUST FILLED MY FORM WITH MISTAKES AND NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT PROCESS JUST TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I FOUND LATER ON OISC website that the person working on case was not kist of advisers any where THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS AFTER YOUR MONEY

DO NOT PAY THEM - I COMPLAINED AND WAS SHOUTED AT FROM SOME SORT OF YANK SHOUTING ON THE PHONE

MADE COMPLAINT TO OISC AND STILL WAITING TO GET MY MONEY

My wife contacted capital visa for her tier2 premium day service application. she was told £1410 including home office fee. other people charge £500 as a processing fee and you have to pay home office. My unfortunate wife agreed with capital visa to go ahead and paid the money.

Thats all capital visa had intrest in. MONEY. first of all they mislead her about her appointment and she traveled all the way from cardiff to london to come to know appointment wasn't booked for the time she was told.

secondly when she reached the home office window, capital visa asked her to pay home office fee on top of the £1410 she had already paid else appointment will be cancelled. DAY ROBBERY

We filled the application form our self and all they done was booked a premium service appointment for my wife and robbed her.

I just can not figure out how these scammers are still in business. There must be some thing which we could do? any advice?

I was also given a good service from them with my dependency visas for my kids. Ana Maria dealt with the applications and she did a very good job.

Thanks

Im a little bit surprised some of these comments. I can only think they must be talking about some other company by mistake. I was given a really good service by capitalvisas.com. All be it it took 1 week more to get my visa stamped but I though they provided a good service with a reasonably good price.

Im thinking of doing my indefinite leave to remain visa with them as well as i think i qualify now. Anyways i would say 4 starts out of 5 overall

Capital Visas were fantastic to me. I received my visa via a fast track appointment . I had Ana Maria as my case worker and got my Tier 1 stamped by the home office

Capital visas should not be allowed to provide the function that they are in business taking money to provide. My application was a relatively simple citizenship application that i should have lodged myself.
I would welcome a class action against them as they have provided such a poor service, I had to pay with another immigration consultant. Here is the worst of it
They have lost my mothers birth certificate. This is a 1948 original. This is devistating.
John called part way through the application and stated that he "was sending back my passports as the application has been withdrawn." They had just been sent from the home office and John was mistaken.
At no time did anyone at capital visas understand the process or have any clue what the procedures are to get citizenship.

I have faced similar issues with this company, these guys literally forced me to pay the initial fees stating I was fully eligible and I can immediately apply after 3 months of fund maintenance. They charged close to 400 GBP from my credit card. No response or follow up whatsoever from their side for queries. After a month I get my credit card statement and notice that they charged again without my prior consent which is a crime. I am going to drag them to the consumer court. Please join me in putting these guys behind the bars. Please write to me to the below email so that we can jointly sue these guys.
