cannot log on

After using the free service, two days later it said I need to upgrade to gold service which you pay for, i did that and ever since at least 2-10 times a week i cannot access my emails that people send...says cannot find that website. I tried different servers and different locations, still the same problem...I feel that this is not a legimate service as I have been on many others and never had this problem...I can't even get on to notify them.
