Hello.
I must express my frustration. I feel like king Games have stolen from me on multiple occasions due to their intentional placement of purchase buttons.
I'll be happily playing Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda or Bubblewitch. When I lose the level and click retry, on many occasions, it applies 5 extra goes. There is no "undo" button, I have to lose that game money even though I did not want to play on.
I buy game money with real money so that I can unlock a new stage of levels without connecting to Facebook and for no other reason. To trick me into spending more in this way is dishonest and blatantly a way to trick their customers into spending more.
Level 475 blacked out plus others... Can't progress even if I clear level 474
I have been charged on my credit card twice for gold on candy crush and did not receive the gold I want somebody to check on my account and refund my money...

Bought candy crush valentine package on February 12 2015. Got charged twice only wanted once .the package did not give me 50 bars and that is what I bought it for . It was a ripe off
I have lost my 42 golden bricks when I login with facebook today nd I have to again unlock level 184 nd 185 which I had completed earlier to enter level 4
The main thing is I want my 42 golden bricks back so hw can I get dat back
Level 425 U.S. ridiculous you line it up and it's taken crap. After 9 weeks at this level.. Goodbye candy crush
I was on level 622 and use a .99 and a 4.99 to get more move and items, they did not appear and i would like a refund for them.
Using facebook billed my american express.

I have been purchasing gold bars on Candy Crush. I see the credit under bars but they are allowing me to redeem them. But they have no problem charging my credit card.
Changed name and updated details with iTunes. . The game didn't let me update my details and set me back to start after spending a lot of money and time playing the game. Search for help within the company and minimal help was given. Lodged 2nd complaint and had no response..
I paid for 2 x .69p's for extra moves, then my screen froze. As u can see from the picture, two orange candies have gone weird top left. Please refund my account.

Sounds to me like you are trying to get your games for free. Come only a child would make the same mistake over and over again. I can understand you making this "mistake" once, perhaps twice, but every time? Sounds to me like you are trying to get free games. You did want to play on it, you just did not want to pay for it. Then you made the excuse that you pressed it by accident. It this is the case do not play without parental supervision or give them your phone until you are mature enough to admit this is your fault and or until you learn from your mistake. It is you that is being dishonest. You were not tricked, you were just careless.
