Whilst playing Level 161 onCandy Crush the game has crushed on me three times then stating IO=Error=[IOErrorEventtype=ioError" etc...
Now not only am I not able to access the game. I have not been able to have my success recorded so I can move to the next level and I've used up all the bonuses that I paid.
How will I be compensated?

WHY IS MY SCREEN FREEZING WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF GAME THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES TODAY WHICH MEANS I AM LOSING A LIFE ALL THE TIME, IF NOT FOE THIS I WOULD HAVE BEEN OFF THIS LEVEL SO ANNOYING

Every time I try to sign onto FB with my friend list to ask them to send my lives it won't connect my info. This been going on for over a week. Why can't I sign in

I payed for lives, I didn't get. It charged my card then restarted the game and I got nothing. Then I get charged, what a shame! Shame on you candy crush, you think you would make enough money by not ripping people off

I am missing about 30 gold bars. Since I did not use them where did they do. I paid good money for the gold bars. I want them back.
