MY HUSBAND HAS TRIED TO CANCEL HIS ACCOUNT WITH NETZERO SINCE JANUARY OF 2009 WE HAVE NOT LIVED AT THE ADDRESS THEY SHOW SERVICE SINCE JANUARY OF 2009 AND NETZERO IS STILL CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH. I CALL EVERY MONTH AND SPOKE WITH TWO PEOPLE AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY SHOW WHERE WE HAVE CALLED AN CANCELLED BUT IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CANCELD AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME. THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD AND I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH...
