BBB,
I bought carpet through Academy Carpet. They went through Wells Fargo for financing. I did ask (Dave the salesman for the carpet) did I have to go through Wells Fargo. He replied thats who they get their financing from. At that time I had a 760 credit score. The contract stated o% down for 1 year.At the time it was a good interest rate. I'd never had problems til now.
Randy Rankins said he did not agree with the contract. He took everydime which I'd put towards the principal, he put it on finance fee. He's helping ruin my credit, like its not bad enough already. I looked at my credit report he has it as a write off, its not a write off.
BBB, the reason I keep filing is because their isn't a lawyer that wants to represent me. I have others to file and I know the truth is on my side.(several) I won't go down without even trying. I have to try to help myself because no one else will. Usually they will take you to court, so I was already for that, still ready. I've never heard just write it off and I was almost through paying for it. They call everyday, all day and they never mention the carpet or the 2 money drafts which I was paying off.
