Canceled but was still charged for shipment that was not sent!

I was duped into purchasing this product on promise that I would receive another trial offer of an iMac Air Laptop which of course was completely false. I canceled the further shipments of colon smart within the time limit they specified but they still charged my account for a shipment that has not arrived and if it does it will be unopened, refused and sent back to them as was the original trial offer. So far the charges on my visa are $3.95 May 5, 2008 and $88.97 May 20, 2008. I entered a fraud complaint at my bank but so far the effort to get them off ability to charge my account has obviously not gone through. This has been a big time waster and will greatly curtail my purchasing anything online again. The number the company gives for canceling is never answered and they direct you to go to their website to cancel but it is very difficult to figure out the how to of canceling. They want to obligate you as though you agreed to their ridiculous terms for purchase. What a 'cheat the public' attitude this company has.! The owners of this scam ought to be locked up.
