I DIDNT KNO I WAS SIGNING UP FOR THIS.....I DIDNT EVEN KNO I WAS SIGNING UP FOR IT ACTUALLY....IT TOOK $23.96 OUT MY CELL PHONE ACCOUNT...WOULD LIKE IT RE-FUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!! AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YALL CAN!!
I just got the phone today and pressed the wrong buttons..I don't want any service from you...I just wanted to see if I could find a site that had free ring tones...please don't bill me for a thing!! thanks
I don't want this service. There was no talk of money. It said free complimentary ringtone. I didn't think I was obligated to pay. Please cancel this and charge me nothing. Thank you.
i wasnt tring to sign up for anything i had to pay for my cricket phone doesnt have flex bucket and i just want you people to stop texting me every 5 minuts that i need to put money in my account idont want this stupid service STOP TEXTING ME!!!
I received the same unwanted charges on my cellphone bill i think they are full of shit i also called to cancel services which i never agreed to and the 9.99 charges still showed up on my bill and i refuse to pay it. Remove it from my phone as soon as possible. This site is very misleading i was only trying to buy a single ringtone and they subscribed me to monthly services which i never agreed to. It was suppose to be a free complimentary ringtone i was fooled i want the charges moved immediately.don't charge me anything.
I do not want this service. I got into the site and put my number in and then it said I am going to be charged 9.99 a month. I do not want this service and it needs to stop.
I'm getting all these complaints about me sending different promotions and ringtones to people, and I have not sent anyting to anyone. As a matter of fact I also was charched for ringtones that I did not request. I need to know how to address this situation. I do not deal in fraud.
I am very upset. I am being billed for a service I did not subscribe to nor do I want and I will be very happy when the charges are removed from my bill. There is an agency out there to get rid of businesses that operate like this.
