Canadian Tire damage to car

December 27, 2014 my father took my car into Canadian Tire (2510 50 Ave Red Deer) in order to install my new winter tires on the front wheels. They told him it would take forty-five minutes to install. An hour and a half later he was told that they were having troubles removing the tires because they were low profile tires. He then waited another half an hour before the car was ready to go. Due to the fact that there had been such a delay, he took special notice of the rims prior to leaving. Upon inspection, he noticed that the rims had been significantly damaged. He immediately asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told that none were available. He took pictures prior to leaving the store in order to show the damage to the manager. He followed up with the manager (Jean Marc Pare) in the following weeks, but Jean Marc didn't want to see the photos, he wanted to see the car. However, I had been visiting the city and was not able to drive back to Red Deer to meet with the manager at that point. I was put in contact with the Canadian Tire manager (Kevin) of the South location in Calgary and met with him to deal with the issue further. Kevin saw the damage and said they would be able to get the rims fixed. Later he recanted his offer and decided that the rims were damaged in some other way, despite damage only being done to the front two rims. Upon my next trip to Red Deer on March 16, 2015 my father and I went to speak with the Jean Marc. Jean Marc took a look at the rims and argued that the rims must have been damaged at another time, despite us having photographic proof. He did not want to see the pictures and told us there was nothing he could do. The pictures clearly showcase that the damage is freshly made.

Canadian Tire incompetent staff and accused of stealing.

Don't normally vent or complain but after the horrible service received felt I needed to. I went to put a payment on my canadian tire Mastercard Which I have done hundreds of times. I usually save up my cash and put a large amount on it all at once. Just makes me feel like I'm making a bigger difference. Amy way I was putting a $3300 payment on card and they had to have the staff count it 4 times. No one obviously ever counts that much cash. I don't mind I understand it's alot of cash so fine by all means I have counted it myself twice so I know it's right. Well after no one can get a correct count of $3300 they take it to he office and run it through machine. Manager or someone supposedly in charge comes back and says no there is only $3140. And starts listing of what's there in bills. So I said where r the $100's? Oh didn't see those. Well the stupid tests had been counting the 100's as 20's. Which I still had to be the one to find them. No apology nothing. OK fine so he take its back to office again to count. Didn't even bother to come back in person to tell me that was right he sent the other cashier. In the mean time of all this I had a few thing I wanted to look for so I went and found them all and purchased them at the counter while I was waiting. So after all this the "manager" and I use that term lose lyrics comes out and accuses me of stealing the $16 knee.pads. maybe ask one of the 10 useless cashiers standing around doing nothing if I paid for them. I understand they r trying to do their job and prevent theft but do u really thing if I have $3300 to put on credit card I'm going to steal a $16 pair of knee pads. Get a grip or look at Ur dam cameras u have everywhere twits. And still no apology after I show him the receipt. Had it with these ###s they deserve to go out of business! Will be cancelling my card. Good riddance!

Canadian Tire treated like a criminal

As I was trying to use my business swipe Visa card for a purchase, I was asked to show government-issued photo ID. I said no, that the ID (which contains sensitive personal information) was not required for the transaction. The manager was called over, and explained that it was store policy to ask for and require ID. I explained that it was my policy to not show ID unless required by law, and that his agreement with Visa was to accept the card without ID. He refused me service and proceeded to call the police. I told both the manager and police officer what a dumb policy it is, but I agreed to leave peacefully.

But I am still quite angry at being treated like some sort of a criminal. I've shopped at other Canadian Tire stores using the same card without a problem. I do not welcome misguided and unnecessary "fraud prevention" measures which disrespect my right to privacy and make normal benefit-of-the-doubt or innocent-until-proven-guilty type of interactions impossible. If the card is lost I have the number to call to cancel it, and insurance to cover any fraudulent purchases.

"If the card is lost I have the number to call to cancel it, and insurance to cover any fraudulent purchases."
This might be OK for you but the business would be out the money. If the card is good and it is yours then WHY would you give someone such a hard time over a simple request.
People are outrageous about these types of things.

Canadian Tire trying to use visa card, escorted out by police

I was escorted out of the store by a police officer while trying to use my business visa swipe card. The sales clerk wanted to see government photo ID and I said no. Then the manager came by and explained to me that it was store policy to require ID for this sort of transaction. I explained to him that it is my policy to not show the ID unless required to do so by law, and also that his agreement with Visa is to accept the card as payment, without ID. He then refused me service, called the police, and I eventually decided to leave peacefully. Overall I am still fairly angry at how things happened. I do not welcome unnecessary and misguided "fraud-protection" measures that treat me as a criminal or disrespect my right to privacy.

He should complain about it constantly because the staff. They just changed an o2 sensor on my car that didn't need changing..why? They didn't do any diagnostics. It was a 20$ connector and they are trying to tell me it's my fault because I didn't ask for the diagnostics. Sounds too stupid to be true. but unfortunately it is. Every time I go there they give me an excuse to never go back. They'll hold your car hostage and not admit their mistakes. USELESS., I'm learning how to do most of this myself and save thousands with no headaches.

Canadian Tire non cooperation

Think 100 times before you purchase- Magellen 5255T

If you want to make yourself Panic, Trouble, Miserable, or want to Kill yourself buy this product. If you buy this its make your life miserable. As this product starts very slowly taking the time to start minimum 10-15 minutes, not give you proper direction, maybe you will discover yourself another place 30 km from your destination, because of wrong direction. Not entirely that some major road it will not show like “EGLINTON AVENUE WEST”. I purchased this from Canadian tire within one month they replace this. Now it is not working. Today I went to Canadian Tire customer service they told me that they have nothing to do. For this stupid GPS. I bear an urgent meeting today and suppose to buy another GPS which is really expensive for me.

Canadian Tire - filthy public washroom

My wife came home last Tuesday after shopping at the Canadian Tire store in Grand falls - Windsor and was completely appalled at the mess the public washroom was in. She said it was so bad that it was impossible to use. I thought that maybe it was an 'off' day for the employees for it to be as bad as she said. I went to the same store that same Friday and...

Canadian Tire timing belt

A month ago, my 2001 Honda Odyssey stopped running in the middle of the street. Unable to get it running myself, I had it towed to the nearest service center I knew of, which turned out to be at 2681 Danfrth Ave. in Toronto. After doing their $90 'diagonstic', they determined that the timing belt was broken. Not being familiar with the type of engine that was in my van, I didn't know at the time that it was an 'INTERFERENCE' type engine, and that losing a timing meant a high likelihood of serious engine damage. So I asked them what can be done to get it working. They told me that they would have to 'first replace the timing belt to get it started' and determine what kind of shape the engine was in. This would cost me $1400. You would think that if the service people had ANY sense of integrity (or adequate knowledge) they would KNOW that a broken timing belt in an interference engine meant a GUARANTEED screwed engine and that changing the belt would be a waste of time and money. If they had been told this I would have stopped everything right there, taken it to more capable people and saved myself $1400. Then again, Canadian Tire is in the business of making MONEY, and not in the business of looking out for their customers' well being.
Watch your backs and your money with these guys, people!

Canadian Tire poor service / incompetent staff

On saturday oct. 18th I was traveling from sault ste. marie, ont. to guelph ont. when I ran into car trouble and required a tow to a garage. as it was a weekend I was advised by caa to go to canadian tire. I got a tow to the canadian tire in sudbury on regent street. initially, I was told they were too busy to see me, however after a bit of pleading, one of the associates took a look under my hood and determined it was just the alternator belt that needed tightening, so he told the tow truck driver to lower my vehicle and I would be on my way in less than an hour... so far so good. after further inspection it was determined that it was actually the alternator tensioner bolt that had sheered off and would require a part and more time. I was stuck in sudbury - they were hoping that they could get the part on monday and that my car was on the top of the list of cars to work on that day. unfortunately, monday rolled around and the part had to be ordered and would be recieved on tuesday. I could not wait and book more time off of work, so I rented a car and drove back to guelph. on tuesday I called in the morning and was told the part was not there yet and was told that the mechanic there needed to try to get part of the bolt out of my alternator and I may require a new alternator as well as a mounting bracket. we spoke later in the afternoon when chris had told me that the mechanic got the bolt out of the alternator and that the part was in and I didn't need a new bracket. I asked at this point if they were certain that they could do this job as I was 5 hours away and needed to get my car back by the weekend - I would tow the car somewhere else and have them do the job. "oh no no... we are golden... we are working on this as we speak no worries"... so, I don't call the next day thinking it would have been done by now. on thursday afternoon I get a call saying I do need to buy a mounting bracket and that they snapped the new bolt that I purchased trying to thread it into the existing bracket... and well... now we need to order these parts again and they won't get there till friday. at this point I lodge a complaint with canadian tire head office (I have yet to hear anything from them). I also now ask my husband to deal with these people as I am livid. if they were doing the work they said they were doing on tuesday - then that should have been known on tuesday and dealt with by now! so, now how can I possibly trust the amount of labour they charged me when they clearly weren't doing the work on tuesday... or wednesday... my husband calls friday morning to re-iterate that we will be there saturday to drop off the rental car and we need this work done. they say they are only then sourcing the part and may need to order. except on thursday I was told they were ordering the part then. once again - another lie. anyhow... my husband phoned back in the afternoon and was told the part was there and they were working on it at that point. friday at 4:22 I got a message saying my car was "good to go". trusting this was true I drove once again to sudbury (5hours) to pick up my car. when I arrive - I pay my 500$ repair bill and leave. my husband gets in the car and starts it - it is very rough and the following was happening: tachometer does not work; engine light on; key light flashing; temperature gauge does not work; the car sputters and belches through all gears. we head into the garage and tell the weekend guy our situation. dave was as helpful as he could possibly be with the incompetent staff that surrounds him. I actually felt bad for this guy - left holding the bag of all this incompetent work... I asked "did no one take that car for a drive around the block before calling me and telling me to drive 5 hours to pick up a car I cannot drive!?". I am certain he had no idea how poorly this was all handled. at this point dave comes out to the parking lot with a diagnostic machine which isn't picking anything up, so he goes to get a second one and the same thing happens. he opens the hood and looks around for a bit. one of the counterpersons comes out to the parking lot to speak with dave and he her to tell one of the staff to take the car into the shop, that he isn't even going to make a work order for it because he is so pissed off. he states he is tired of fixing everyone's mistakes - and I am sure he is. he takes the car back into the shop and tries to figure out what the problem is, but in the end his best guess was the catalytic converter and - oh guess what? they will have to order it in and maybe fix it tomorrow. obviously at this point I don't want them touching my car so I ask if canadian tire will do anything to help me out of this mess they have put me in - like a tow or anything and I am told it is not likely. my husband and I get in this car and chug all the way back to guelph in a very dangerous ride home. I have no words for how terribly this was dealt with from beginning to end. that is all.

Canadian Tire product

Hi their,
when I had my visit today at this gas station I went in to use the bathroom and noticed that what I believe to be the manger was bringing in product from the dollar store from his car. He had bags of pepsi and coke products (along with other products) that were taken to the back room as well as being put onto the shelf's for resale. Do they not have to order products from a whole seller that is approved by Canadian tire ?

If I run out of a product and can NOT get the wholesale delivery for several days then what should I do? Should I tell people I am out so they complain or should I go get the stuff myself?
Based on you complaint it is apparent that people complain either way...

Canadian Tire damaged bbq

I purchased a Cuisinart Tabletop BBQ from Canadian Tire. After unpacking and assembling the BBQ I noticed that the 'lid' did not fit correctly. You needed to 'force' the lid over to the right to close the BBQ. Fine when cold but a tad dangerous when hot.
A large red notice in the BBQ box advised me not to return the BBQ to the store but contact Cuisinart's customer care line. This I immediately did and engaged in emails with their President - R. MacLean (Charbuster Inc)
He asked for photos which immediately sent. After some time I emailed Mr MacLean and this is the answer which I received;
"I have looked at this and not sure how to solve this issue?
If it could be the bottom base or the lid that is misaligned?. I have not seen this problem very often"?
No offer to repair the BBQ. No offer to replace the BBQ. Just trying to ignore the issue. Overall very poor service. I would not recommend this company nor product.

Canadian Tire wheel alignment

I took my 2002 gmc 2500 had with a diesel in for a wheel alignment on June 16th because I installed a upper ball joint on the drivers side and the truck was pulling a little to the left, I get the truck back finish my running around in town and hit the hwy home realizing the truck was the same as it was when I took it in.. Exact same. They didn't do a damn thing to it but probably just look at it and seen it had a cracked cv boot cause that's all they pointed out. And had written a 4 wheel alignment... There is no such thing on these trucks.. So today I take it to ok tire as I did previously and they will do it. Then when it is corrected I plan on going to that Canadian tire and letting them have 140.00 worth of verbal vomit cause I'm sure they won't refund me my money.. What a hoax.. The worst of it was it was in my wife's name... So is this what they do to women.. Considering I am driving half way across canada this weekend I would like to just punch that wanna be mechanic out and take the assault charge.. First thing he says to me was " how big of a lift kit is in it". It's bone stock.. I don't like to be ripped off just as the next person, and these ###s won't get away with it.. Idiots and ps they are not listed with the bbb which leaves me to believe they don't give a rats abs anyways..

Canadian Tire car breakdown

I took my Audi into Canadian Tire in April and had a stabilizer bar on the rear replaced at a cost of $600. Last week, the bar broke again stranding my wife on the road. We towed the car to the nearest garage and were told the part that Canadian Tire had installed earlier broke again. I was told I needed to have the car towed to Canadian Tire so they could confirm it was indeed the same part. It was and they replaced and repaired the part no charge. However, the $160 tow job is at my expense - Canadian Tire said I'd need to fight the issue with Audi and not them. Go figure! I dealt with Canadian Tire and not Audi. It doesn't make sense does it?

Canadian Tire rude staff

Lethbridge Canadian Tire North (worst) and South locations have now housing non-talented b****y staff.

North you got a middle aged b**** at the customer service that would not go out of her way to show where a certain product that was being held for us was located. She 'told' us where to go check, I guess she did not work there! F M

Then just not too long ago a bunch of lazy ### kids 4 to be exact were hovering over the paint department did not give a crap that we needed to find a sale item for gardening, one punk said that we have to go to customer service, so we did, they ended up calling up one of the four punks, I said, "didn't I just ask you guys for help" and the dumb ### just said 'yeah' but the other staff just looked away. So, while waiting for the help, the two girls that work behind the customer service counter were talking out loud for attention on how they were going to party and get drunk and started talking unprofessionally in a public place that made them sound dirty. I had to go outside and help the little brat that did not know where the 'dirt' was either, by the time I got to him I showed him that it was under this cover, so instead of helping us carry the product (oh no this generation does not want or know good job etiquette) we did, the f'er did not say have a nice day or thank you nothing...another BS punk out for a cheque to do as little as possible...nice staff training Canadian Tire, thank God there is a Home Depot and soon to be Lowe's, Rona is okay but Home Depot has everyone beat for kindness and help! Yes, I am a true shopper, but being treated with respect and as a customer is and should be important, not to kiss ### but the way business should be, but sometimes there are arrogant people too at Home Depot but mostly the experience is 8/10.

Canadian Tire botched auto repair

We had some muffler work done elsewhere, but were told by them to take our 2000 gmc sierra 4x4 to a mechanic to have the codes read that they had found. So we took it to Canadian Tire, thinking read the codes, in and out quick. The mechanic @ Canadian Tire noticed that the U-joints in the rear drive shaft were worn and needed to be replaced. My husband told the mechanic to do whatever they needed to correct the problem. 3 hours and well over $300 later they finished and brought the truck out to us. We left Canadian Tire to head back home, which is a little more than 45 minutes from Saskatoon. We headed on the highway, got maybe all of 20-25 minutes up the road, when all of a sudden we heard this loud BANG and smoke coming out from under the truck. We came juttering to a dead stop. We got out and looked under the truck and there was a huge hole in what appeared to be the transfer case, and tranny fluid leaking out all over the road like crazy! My husband glanced at the drive shaft where they replaced the U-joints and noticed the cap going into the yolk off the transfer case was missing along with one of the clips. After further observation, we noticed one of the clips on the rear U-joints connecting to the rear end was missing the snap ring as well! Thank god there was no semis or big vehicles coming close behind us, otherwise I might not be here today to write this out. Their negligent, inexperienced, sloppy mechanics screwed my truck's transmission up, and now they're saying it wasn't their fault and they refuse to repair ALL the damage they caused. They told us our transmission was going when we brought it in, and then we were told our tranny had NO fluid, then we were told our tranny had a leak. If the damn thing was supposedly leaking genius, then why didn't the mechanic notice it, point it out to us and fix it? Not hand it over and let a family travel in an unsafe vehicle that they let leave their shop. Any decent, honest mechanic wouldn't have let the truck leave with the problems (lies) the service manager, Josh came up with to us over the phone! Story after story and lie after lie. I think it's time to introduce the CROOKENESS, CORRUPT, NEGLIGENT, SLOPPY, LYING, [censored] that make up Canadian Tire's automotive dept. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on Confederation Drive to the world! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE. THEIR MECHANICS ARE BASICALLY JUST A BUNCH OF YOUNG KIDS, WITH SOME OLD MAN THAT LOOKS LIKE HE NEEDED TO RETIRE YEARS AGO, OKAYING THINGS BEING DONE TO OUR VEHICLES! We will be in touch with our lawyer. I WILL NOT ALLOW THERE NEGLIGENCE TO POSSIBLY PUT ANOTHER FAMILY ON THE ROAD TO BE ALMOST KILLED BECAUSE THEIR MECHANIC HAS NO IDEA HOW TO REPAIR A VEHICLE PROPERLY! This happened on Wednesday April 30, 2014. My husband got a call from their service manager Josh, while he was at work that the transmission was gone and needed to be replaced. My husband was told by Josh that he didn't know what he was talking about because the transfer case was in FRONT of the tranny not behind it. My husband told him to leave it until Saturday May 3, and NOT DO ANY WORK to it until we could come down and deal with it in person and point out their mistakes. When we arrived, the drive shaft was removed from the truck, the yolk was sitting on the front seat and the bolts and parts to hold the drive shaft were sitting on a desk across the shop and only turned up after we questioned a mechanic where they were. So nice that they took upon themselves to take things apart to try and hide their [censored] ups! The service mgr. refused to come down and speak to us in person because he claims he told us to meet him in the morning, which he never did. He told my husband it was his day off, but he was only 5 mins away and could come down whenever we got there. He told this to my husband on the Thursday after this incident.

Canadian Tire auto service

I went to Canadian Tire, mavis rd Mississauga on December 28th, 2013 to get rust proofing done on my car. I have Nissan Altima 2005. I chose a complete corrosion package that had an 18 month warranty. I had them do this. In March I saw corrosion dots on my car. I went back to them and the store staff was very rude and said the service manager is not in and they cant make decision. When I called the service manager whose name is Tony he told me that it was the corrosion company's responsibilty. Then he called me again and said that the corrosion company's warranty did not cover me since they only cover cars from 2011 forward. No one had told me that when I was getting the treatment done. Tony also kept on telling me that since I am not the original owner of the car (as if it was a crime) how do I know if the car wasn't already rusted. They should have told me before doing the rust proofing if it was or not. They always seem to cheat you out your money by telling you that there is so much more wrong with your car when you go to get something as simple as an oil change done.
I have called and left three messages for the store manager Andre Graham and he has not bothered to return a single call.
I believe to Canadian Tire to be the biggest cheats and would advice people never to go there.

Never ever go to Canadian Tire for repair work like this. Why? Just by what you went through and many others. Their staff is like under qualified or inexperience employees who lack the service and knowledge and respect for patrons' vehicles.

Cheap these days means, headache, pay the extra in all what you do 'within reason' and avoid the idiots, same with Wal-Mart mechanics, my god, no!

Dealers a pricey but some places in all towns do have that under-dog that wants your lifetime business. We no longer go to the dealer in our town due to 'extra' work they claim we need. A little research yourself will protect you, otherwise you will pay the outcome sooner or later, shoppers need to be 'streetwise' and test the market.

Canadian Tire vehicle service

I dropped my truck off at the Beacon Hill Canadian tire to simply have my brakes replace, which is a simple task. I later found out from my mother that my aunts friend had got his brakes replace by Canadian Tire and they had failed, causing him to lose a leg and arm. I unfortunately had already had the work done, but Canadian tire then informed me I need to have an extra THOUSAND dollars of work done, which they later admitted was just a suggestion and not a requirement. So they do my brake and the second I get it back my check engine light is on. This truck is a 2008 and it has not had a single problem, the check engine light has never been on, and the second they are done it is on. They of course claim "It was on when we got it" because why would they take responsibility for their mistakes. I have allegedly had more problems with my truck in 1 week of dealing with my tires, than I have had in the previous 6 years. They have provided me with horrible customer service, and no apologies. I will never be dealing with this company again and I hope others have had better experiences than I.

Canadian Tire broke my vehicle!!!

I took my 2007 chevy uplander in for a basic oil change and had told the front desk there was a bit of a leak and that my mechanic told me to put lucas stop oil in to help the problem until i was able to get it fixed. 15 minutes after my vehicle had been in we get told that the issue is the gasket by the oil filter and that they can have a part sent there within 10 minutes to fix the issue and the cost of the price was $24.99. We said go ahead with it because it was cheaper than what we had been told. We sat with our three boys age three and under for two hours waiting for our vehicle to be done. After two hours i was starting to get angry and went to ask what was going on. The front desk worker than told me the piece they had ordered did not fit so they took it out, took apart the housing to clean it and it would be about another 15 minutes before the vehicle was done. 20 minutes later they tell us it is done and we are able to pay. We took our boys out to our van got loaded in and drove not even a full 150 yards when our engine light came on, the van was over heating, the heat was full blast but was blowing freezing cold air and the dash said engine powering down. We got stranded in Lindsay for three hours in the freezing cold with our children because of this. My mechanic came to see what was wrong and told us they messed up on the fluids and we could potentially need a new motor. My mechanic than asked if our recipt showed that the mechanic had taken apart the housing to clean it and that they had ordered a part to try to fix the leak, which the recipt shows neither of those on there. All it shows is that they noticed a leak and thats it!
We can not afford to be paying for their mistakes and these mistakes should not of happened. Our vehicle went in with 0 problems and came out and is undriveable!
We have children to provide for, we do not have the funds to be buying a new vehicle or fixing what Canadian Tire screwed up!
I will NEVER EVER go to Canadian Tire again for any of my vehicle issues and i am telling everyone exactly what happened so NO one will go also!
I think something should be serioulsy done about this and i should also get my money back!

Canadian Tire harrassment

It's unbelievable that they have two managers here who would harrass people. cheyenne dean and britney dean from the langley, burnaby stores of canadian tire, came into work to bully and verbally abuse a former worker there. obviously you can't call someone a b***h, c**t and a з***y and think that you are 'right' in any way.

they still haven't fired these managers. there is a huge issue with them because they tend to write letters and bully workers, making them feel discriminated against. when will they get fired and isn't there a way to criminally put them in jail for yelling slurs and threats at past associates?

Canadian Tire oil change gone wrong

Hi,
I had an Oil Change done on my 2007 Mazda 3 at CT on Friday 31st January, 2014. Today Sunday 2nd February, 2014, i drove to Port Hope and back home. There was a burning smell in the car so i popped the hood and pulled out the dipstick, there was no oil on the dipstick. I called the CT Store and they told me to come in to talk to them tomorrow morning.
I hope there is no engine damage to my car.
Is there anything i can do?.
Thx
LS

Confused Reader, why don't you go back to elementary school to learn some basic reading comprehension instead of TROLLing this site looking for complaints about "Simon Hildyard" and a certain Canadian Tire Auto Centre. He did contact the store FIRST before coming here for advise, not to fix his problem. He got some excellent advice too from essara. Is that why you are so arrogant, bitter and angry?

Makes sense to ask the Internet for help before contacting the store... I'm sure the Internet can fix your problem!

Don't even start your car or add oil to it.

Just have it towed to the Canadian tire so they don't have any chance to deny and wrong doing.

Chances are that you need the engine replaced. It CT says no damage was done, Bring it to a mechanic for another opinion. you are lucky the engine did not seize

Canadian Tire scam

My husband contacted canadian tire before going to their auto service @ horton/wellington.. re: thermostat changed on our truck... lady on the phone at service counter said they have the parts in-stock ready to go.. and made appt. for 1:30pm and supposed to be $90+ tax etc... well... they started out saying the parts weren't there and had to come from dorchester... then they came out with part after part from our truck saying this that and the other re: heating was kappoey.. so my husband said ok do what needs to be fixed for the heating controls and blower.. after all that, it came to around $500! omg! then my husband went to leave and as he was driving, the truck was not driving properly at all and we just had our truck serviced 3 weeks ago and e-tested it passed with flying colours.. now that they messed around the truck wasn't the same.. so he turned around and went back to the can. tire auto dept. and it seems they have no idea what they are doing and this is just ridiculous and what are we supposed to do.. what can we do about these crooked mechanics! unbelievable... like electricians have to have their work inspected.. plumbers.. etc.. they really should (government.. whomever) try and make laws or regulations so the consumers don't have to take it up the rear and nothing we can do about it! any suggestions on what/how to deal with this matter would be greatly appreciated!
