Canadian Tire canadian tire stratford location

I had a diagnostic done on my car in Tillsonburg, they said everything was ok, but if I needed to get rid of the "check engine" light, to come back in. My mistake, I went to Stratford, they charged me for another diagnostic, and didn't fix anything, so I went back to Tillsonburg to get it fixed adn told Stratfrod I would never be back again...until today, I needed a quick opil change on my lunch. No problem, is what they said in Stratford. Made me an appointment, to which I was early. Spent an hour there, only to get my keys back, they were unable to fit me in.
The service is the worst I've ever experienced and will not be back to let them screw me over again.

Canadian Tire exchange policy on clothing

I received a hat and a pair of mitts (both too small) from a friend. They had the original Canadian Tire tags on them, but I had no receipt. I went to the store and they had the exact same mitts and hat in a large bin, all for $14.99. I wanted to exchange both for large sizes of the exact same items. However, I was told that since they were each on sale for $5 off at some time in the past I had to pay $5 each to exchange them for the exact same item in a larger size from the exact same bin. The store clerk said there was no way around this because they had different stock numbers, and that was the way the system worked. Well, I'm sorry to say that the system is broken when common sense and customer relations don't factor into the equation.

Canadian Tire customer service and customer relations

Dear sir / madame And CEO of Canadian Tire Stores;
I am writing to you because the last few times I have visited your Canadian Tire Stores I was not treated fairly or with respect. As a result I am debating on visiting your stores again in the future, and I also thinking about taking the incidents that happened to me public so others will be aware as well. I would like you review the following two issues that have occurred to me, and I would like to be compensated in some form.

1) In December of 2016 I visited your Canadian Tire store at McCowan and Sheppard. I wanted to get my summer tires off and put my winter tires on. The service advisor told me it was going to be $70 + tax and the wait time would be about 6 hours. I then glanced around the service area and I saw the sign with all the rates on it. The "Seasonal tire Changeover" rate was $44.99. I asked the service advisor how come I can't get the posted rate (which I took a picture of), and the service manager came over (Sri Lankan or Indian man). He said the rate to changeover tires is $70.00, "If you don't like it, get out of here!" I was shocked to hear this, and I called the store manager over and no one could actually assist me.

2) I went to your Canadian Tire store (At McCowan and Sheppard) today Thursday January 19 2017 at 9:00pm. I wanted to purchase and pay for futon bed which was on sale, but unfortunately I could not take home right away because it will not fit in my car, and I need to rent a truck to take it home. I kindly asked a girl (dressed in black and looked like she was Sri Lankan or Indian as well and I assumed that she was the manager). Her response was "we only hold for 24 hours or else too bad". I asked what do you mean, and she said the same thing again. I asked her again politely if she can do this favour for me to hold it till Sunday (Which is my first day off from work and I could arrange a truck), and she said no, and said "if ten people asked me to hold stuff we would have no space in the store". I was sick of her attitude and bad customer service and I just turned and left the store. I said to my self, that's it, never going to Canadian Tire again, and this time I would like to publish and article in the Toronto Star and go public with my problem. I wasn't buying a toy, this is a large item that can't go in my car, so there should be some store policy to hold an item for a couple days so the customer has time to arrange for pickup, instead she treated me like it was a military rule!

I would like you to review the above cases and PLEASE give your staff more intense customer service training. In this case it seems as though your Managers were the one's that were giving bad customer service, and this should actually be the opposite. I can gurantee that if this type of customer service and customer relations is given, this store will be closing soon. Again I would like to be compensated for the above treatment, and I would like someone to get back to me.

Thank you,
Ram Arul

Canadian Tire hunting goods

Just picked out a duck call and was on my way to the check out. I decided to give the call a try and the sporting goods manager came out and got angry for blowing a call I already decided to buy. Even the girl at the cash register thought he was strange. All the other canadian tire stores as well as bass pro and cabelas let you blow the calls without needing permission. He was obviously power tripping. I spend a lot of money at canadian tire every year. Another costumer came up to me and said the manager was insane. I will never go to a Canadian tire store again. I am well known in the community and will be writing an email to all my friends and family about this matter

Canadian Tire fraudulent front end alignment, lost $140 + costs

Canadian tire auto sevice
Dishonest and bad service,
Report - invoice#[protected]
i am hereby reporting on the dishonest and bad practice of canadian tire canada corporation auto services. - invoice #[protected] failure to service front end alignment!
while in n/w alberta, i attended walmart canada auto dept. and had 4 brand new l 245 75r 16 e tires installed and balanced - goodyear brand named and walmart autoguard, perreli patented design and manufactured.
this was needed after noticing the old left front tire was wearing improperly due to bad camber position. the consequences were that i lost 25% wear on this tire and sacrificed the other 3 tires for safety reasons. also, the steering was becoming unstable and causing the truck to weave on highways! this became even worse while pulling a 28' rv - with equalizer bars.
immediately after this installation, as trained by certified mechanic (father), i measuring camber castor and toe-in.
castor on the left front was 3/8" negative (setback), camber was 5/8" negative (outset), and toe-in was 1/4-+" negative (outset). this was all confirmed later as out of adjustment in castor, camber, and toe-in of factory specifications.
since walmart did not do wheel alignments, i took it to canadaian tire whitecourt alberta, only to find out that they only had 1 tech available - with a 6 bay shop sitting empty! they were "unable to find people to work there"!
the next day was to be the appointment, with an employee who was sacked out at the manager rental suit! that also was a red flag that was overlooked!
after 1 hour on the hoist, the phillipino invited me in to ask me the second time for the measurements i took. he claimed then that the reading he was getting, were all within factory settings. i knew then that i was on the receiving end of the obvious intent to charge for work not done!
it was of no use to talk to this level of incompetence, and left with intentions of remearsuring and road testing - on the way to the next, to be, several canadian tire auto centres.
the canadian tire auto centres in edmonton north and n/w, where no different in having the same ignorance, admitted lack of qualified staff, booking excuses for not being able to address this serious problem!
because canadian tire auto centres had all the same bad attitude, corporate trained avoidance issues in alberta, generally, i decided to wait till i got back home and attempt to check in at penticton bc canadian tire auto centre. what a shocking increase in the pernicious natured of back yard mechanics attitude - even worse than alberta!
upon attempting to explain my situation to a middle age hard core corporate trained desk man, i got cut off with statements that were attempts to dismiss my claims about $140.00 lack of work done to correct a serious problem.
in this barage of pure ignorant excuses, from tire not mounted properly, to bad quality tires sold by walmart, a younger loud male jumps into the conversation and says "camber does not wear tires unevenly". "everyone knows that, so i should not be concerned". i answered him with the statement that that is not true! well, that turned into an out of control youth when i added that all three aspects of adjustment are important to wear - especially camber!
once the bad mouthed youth disappeared, quickly, the desk man offered to look at it, but it was definitely going to cost me to put it on the hoist, and then maybe get whitecourt to bear some of the costs. so to emphasize that this should be totally covered by service warranty, i suggested that he come out and see the obvious bad camber aligment - it was that obvious - if they were going to take this serious.
once out in the parking lot, the excuses persisted and not once did three personnel look at the alignment - including the dept. manager who came out moments after i left with an apointment. all three personnels aproach, sealed my decision on whether to show up to a further barage of excuses for more charges and no adjustments! i knew then that it meant going to a competitor with more exacting, trained, qualified capable staff, with better equipment.
upon further, later online investigation, i found many similiar reports detailing my exact experience - too many to count from many posting sites!

Invoice #8652
on nov. 1, 2016, 08:30, i had an appointment at bcaa penticton b. c., and provided them with the phony printout provided by canadian tire whitecourt alberta, and had them do the job fully and properly at their price of $99.00 - invoice #8652.
the senior bcaa mechanic specialists in vehical alignment, penticton b. c., identified the errors, as i originally declared to canadian tire auto centre whitecourt alberta. along with his expertise, i was greeted with respect, acknowledgement, and professional courtesy - without a barrage of unqualified excuses!
Summary
thanks to the bad corporate conduct of canadian tire canada, a front end alignment cost me an unnecessary $140.00 loss and hours of running into the results of canadian tire employee coverup training!
I hereby submit this report, affirming all details as true to the best of my knowledge and documentation in support of this report!

I also found out that the better business bureau also protects this corruption, because c t (One of their corporate members) dictates how to they proceed with complaints through the dysfunctional individual stores rather than the hq complaints reporting - which in even online!
The bbb does not represent the consumer/victim of this corporate fraudulent pratice!

Canadian Tire vehicle battery

Purchased a battery in 2015 had this crv since new(2007). Less than 2 years later, this Canadian tire brand battery completely froze over the weekend. I removed the battery went to another Canadian tire store and was told it's not warranty because it's frozen, that I left a light on the car and this is the result. I never had a problem with the original battery for eight years and replaced it because of age not because of discharge. I also called the complaint center and their response was the same, that basically It's not their problem . I promise you all if I ever walk into another Canadian tire again may God strike me with a lightning bolt. I do NOT want to walk in a Walmart due to the fact of loosing Canadian loyalty but for this type of service, change is what will happen. To add to this story I am a auto technician at a reputable dealer and if I went to the service writer and told him that the customer has to wait until the battery thaws to test, my manager will write me up on the spot for not replacing the battery for the customer. This lack of customer service is appalling and I will not remain loyal to a company that treats their customers in this manner. I lost a day of work cause of this and it would have been two days if I had to wait for this battery to thaw for them to test and tell me it's defective. I'm sorry Canadian Tire but my service with you is over and done with. In the world we live in today it's all about customer service and do what ever it takes to keep your customers loyalty. It's a shame how Canadian tire can NOT uphold this value...

Canadian Tire automotive

I came in today (#653 ) to get my battery replaced, as I was at the cash about to pay I see the gentleman backing my car out with the garage door not fully open. He continued to back out and my intena ripped right off! I came in for a simple battery change and they damaged my car!
Maybe instead of being impatient things like this wouldn't happen!
They were apologetic and told me they will be replacing the intena but that still doesn't excuse the fact that they were irresponsible. Thankfully it was just the intena and there were no damage to the roof.
You would think they would discount the services for the battery change, but I still had to pay the full amount. This locations lacks customer service and professionalism. I will NOT be coming back.

Canadian Tire tumble train

My brother got my son a tumble train which he loved for the 10 mins it worked. Took it back to the store to exchange and they would not exchange it for me as we didn't have receipt (my brother lost it). I understand you need a receipt to return all I wanted was another one. They said I needed proof I bought it from their store.. we live in a small town there is two places to buy toys and walmart doesn't carry this toy. Wasted 40 bucks that is now going into the garbage. Thanks Canadian tire for having such great customer service. I will now never buy any toys from your store.

Canadian Tire noma indoor tree

Hello, I purchased the Noma 6 1/2 foot tree two years ago. The number on the box is [protected]. On December 23 we unplugged the tree after being plugged in for the evening and when it came from the wall sparks shot out of the outlet. The next morning we went to investigate what was wrong and the end of the lights from the tree had burnt off! Almost burnt the house down! What can be done about this?!

Canadian Tire christmas return policy

I purchased a Christmas LED light for outside my home. Within a few days it stopped working. Every time I would go in to return it the line was incredibly long so since my receipt says I have 90 days for a refund I figured I would just wait until after the holidays. When I went it today, January 3, after waiting a ridiculous amount of time I was told they do not return Christmas items and that I have to wait until next year?!?! This seems totally unacceptable to me. the item you sold me is broken and I cannot return it until next year? No where on my receipt does it say this or on your website. The product number is Product #[protected]. The store I purchased it from and the store I tried to return to is Dartmouth Crossing Nova Scotia.

Canadian Tire return policy on ceramic heater

On December 28 we purchased a Honeywell ceramic space heater. When we got it home, we plugged it in for about 30 seconds and realized that it was too loud. We packed it up immediately and the next day, we took it back to return it. The person at the returns desk told us we could not return the heater because we had turned it on and therefore they couldn't put it back on the shelf and resell it as new. Nowhere in the store was this policy posted. The cashier said nothing to us when we purchased it and there is no mention of any heater return policies on the receipt. We are now out $99.43 because of Canadian Tire's terrible business practices. Had we lied and said it didn't work, we would have been refunded our money. So much for being honest. Canadian Tire owes us $99.43.

Canadian Tire selling product with wrong tags and then not honouring gift receipt

Hello.
My sister bought me a pair of slippers at Canadian tire for Christmas gift and she said they were not in a box and the tag was stuffed in the toe.
She had bee searching for what she thought was my size.
They were not my size and I did not need slippers anymore so she gave me the gift receipt. She only bought one pair of slippers
When I tried to return them the lady said the gift receipt did not match the product number on the slippers (turns out slippers are quite a bit lower than what your store charged her)
The lady at the Westshore store said they would not return them or do anything for me.
I believe what must have happened is the tag stuffed in the slipper was not for slippers my sister bought. Although she was allowed to pay the higher price and the store did not even check this at checkout they just rang in the loose price tag.
The lady would not do anything for me and turns out she is a manager?!
I believe this to be poor customer service on both ends..by not pricing items and ensuring the item matches the product and also by not honouring your gift receipt.
I am very upset my sister has been taken advantage of. I know she will try to return slippers herself with her actual receipt and will be treated the same way as I was today.
I would like canadian tire to be accountable and honour the gift receipt at the price my sister paid not the price due to poor product labelling.
I believe I have often had issues when trying to return items at Canadian tire which is why I don't often shop there and if this isn't resolved I will continue to stay away as will my sister and family as well.
Thank you

Canadian Tire extremely rude service

On Friday December 23 I went in to purchase a light bulb for my vehicle, I was a little confused about what the screen was saying so I went to the desk to get the man to help me. When I went to change my light bulb I realized he had given me the wrong bulb, it wasn't for my car. I called December 27 to make sure I could return it since it was not my fault. The man on the phone said to come in & they would take it back. I went in today December 28 & the lady said yes just go to the desk & the girl would do the return for me. There was a young girl at the desk & she was rude from the beginning because apparently there is a no return policy for lights. She called the manager & they gave me the money back. I was just trying to ask about the no return policy so that I know for next time to not purchase my lights there unless I know for sure what I need. She was very rude, wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to ask & treated me like I was ####. It was not my fault that I was given the wrong bulb, that's what ur staff is there for to help the customer. I did not deserve to be treated that way & if ur employees don't like there job then get a new one. I go to your company for all the car needs & have purchased two sets of tires for you this year alone. But if this is how I will be treated then I will not spend my hard earned money at your company. This is the address of the location. 1660 Carling Ave, Ottawa, Ontario, k2a 1c5. This was the info at the top of my receipt, . Reg # 63, trans # 218, operator # 2828, float:001. It was at 2:48pm on December 28.

Canadian Tire horrible customer service

The email below was drafted for Canadian Tire and details the entire events. I would hope they could provide me with some sort of refund or discount on my items as resolution the this whole ordeal.

Good Day;

I am writing to address some serious concerns regarding the service I received from Canadian Tire this week. I was very dissatisfied with the response I received from the staff at the location I dealt with, so I am hoping to escalate this matter further.

I ordered 4 tires online on Dec/13th for pickup at the Lawrence and Allen Rd. location in Toronto as your website confirmed that they were available in stock. By the next morning, I had still not received email confirmation that they were ready, so I followed up with a phone call. The service desk informed me that they should be ready for me between 11am - 2pm. By 3:30pm, I still had not received the confirmation email and followed up again. I spoke with a woman who told me they could not find the tires. I asked if she could find them at another Toronto location, have them set aside for me, and I could travel there to pick them up. She said yes and told me that someone at the Sheppard and Leslie location confirmed that they were in stock and I could go and get them there.

Just to be sure, I phoned the Sheppard and Leslie location. Firstly, I was put on a 15 minute hold before anyone even spoke to me. When I did get someone in Auto Parts, I explained the situation and asked for confirmation that the tires were there at the store, and put aside for me. The rep confirmed they were at the store but said that he would not put them on hold for me as I had not paid for them. I was surprised because I had ordered them online, and saw the temporary charge go through on my Mastercard. I told him that I did pay for them and I needed them urgently. I told him that I was simply following up on the call they received from the other store, and that person had told me that everything was taken care of and ok for me to just go there and get the tires, so why is there an issue now?

I was asked to hold and the rep put the phone down, but did not place me on hold, so I heard the conversation that followed. The rep who was speaking to me was instructed by someone else, I believe it to be the manager in that area but I am not sure, to "Just be an a###### to her. Be an a###### to her, and then she'll listen..." After hearing that, I requested to speak to the manager. The manager who came on the phone denied being part of the conversation I had overheard, and did not offer ANY APOLOGY for his employees whatsoever. He told me that I would have to cancel the order I made online, and go purchase the tires from them in person. I asked that he place the tires on hold for me, and he said he could not because they were not paid for! I was EXTREMELY upset at this point, after what I had heard, still no one was willing to help me!

I am shocked and disgusted by the service I received. I was already let down by the first location I had placed the order from, and then had to deal with these so-called "service" reps at the next location. I find it completely unacceptable and offensive that employees are encouraging each other to "be an a######" to a PAYING CUSTOMER! All I was requesting was for the order I had placed to be fulfilled, and that is what I got...

At this point, I am in a rage. I requested to speak with the person in charge of the store at that very moment. Eventually I get Ben. I spoke with him about the situation, including what I overheard the Auto Parts reps talking about. He told me they would get a "good talking to" which to me doesn't really mean anything- for all I know, those reps might never even hear anything more about it! Ben did end up placing the tires on hold for me and I drove out to Sheppard and Leslie to pick them up and pay for them. I was told there was no way around it- I would have to cancel the online order and do it this way. So I did.

Lastly, when I arrived at the Canadian Tire location and got the tires, I asked if there was someone who could help me get them to my car, as I'm a pretty small woman, and was alone. The rep at the counter told me that I could put them into a shopping cart and bring them up and out myself! Honestly, I can't even believe how horrible the whole experience from start to finish was. I loaded up all the tires MYSELF into a shopping cart, steered it to the upstairs level, and then loaded them all into the car without any assistance in the dark parking lot.

If this is the standard of service provided by Canadian Tire, I'm appalled. I feel like my complaint regarding what I heard the employees saying about being "an a######" to me were completely swept under the rug, and no attempts at all were made to make this up to me in any way. I still traveled the distance to get these tires, I still paid for them- again, after putting through the order online- and after all that, had no help even getting them to my car. I want to escalate this matter as far as I can and I hope to receive a response regarding the situation and what is going to be done- or I will have to explore other channels to have this dealt with, including publicizing this whole ordeal with the media.

I look forward to a reply.

Thank you,

Trish Medeiros

Canadian Tire tire department

I had a tire change apppintment today. When I arrived at the tires centre, I checked in and I was told that it would be an "hour and half" before I get my car back so I decided to wait in the waiting area. When it was coming to 2 hours of me waiting in the waiting area, I decided to approach one of the salesman at the desk. He looked flustered when he was trying to find out the status of my car. After a few minutes of looking here and there (Making facial expressions at his manager) , he came with the answer that they didn't have the tires so someone just left to get them from another canadian tire and that it would be another hour and half. I was so frustrated that noone had taken responsibility in approaching me to let me know what was happening. I literally wasted 2 hours sitting in the waiting area when my car was not being worked on. The salesman said that he will try to get everyone to work on my car and have the car ready within an hour (Cannot trust his words). Then, I decided to speak with the manager. The manager presented as ignorant to when I was expressing my frustrations. She kept reiterating that someone had gone to get the tires and asking me "what do you want?". I found the manager to be rude and had poor listening skills. I ended up not getting the tires changed because of the way I was treated. Also, I had taken a day off from work just for this appointment (Didn't get the tires changed nor did I get paid from work - what a waste). This tire center has very poor customer service.

Canadian Tire unethical behavior

Dear sir or madam:

I bought item [protected] mc400pc socket on november 03, 2016 at 2625b weston road, canadian tire. Today december 09, I returned it.
After checking, the manager told me he couldn't since 4 pieces missing in one of the 5 small boxes. I explained I bought it and return as is from the store. He said he could do it within one day. I had asked customer services, they said I can return within 3 months with the receipt and the way it is without using. I returned since I found the other better suit.
The owner john goodlad came without introducing himself and in front of everybody he said, " I already met you. You are better pack and go". The manager asked me what I am doing for a living just as talked to criminal person. I was shocked.

Regards,

Hung ngo

Canadian Tire unethical behavior

I bring my van in to exchange the tires for winter. I get a call that I need all new brakes front and back and that they had some pricing for me. No thanks I will do myself. They show me the most expensive parts. $127 per rotor and $90 each for the pads. Come on! After stating the obvious he shows me the $50 rotors and $60 pads. I tell him that this doesnt make sense because I did the brakes last year and checked them in the spring (actually I was mistaken I had checked them in August before a long road trip). he suggests we speak to the mechanic Paul. He tells me they all needed replace. That the rears were worse than the fronts. I told him i checked them myself in the spring (actually August) and he had to stop himself from rolling his eyes. So I buy just for the rears to do myself. While I am waiting the mechanic Paul calls another customer on the phone doing a tire change and tells him they suggest "all new brakes front and back and alignment". I tell the gentleman helping me that I believe your mechanic(s) are arbitrarily telling everyone they need all new brakes and if I take off my wheels and my brakes are fine I'm coming back and I'm gonna have words. Sure enough! My brakes are not only fine but they still look new! 1/4" on the pads barely 1/32nd wear on the rotors.Shiny and smooth with no grooves! I have 2 vehicles and my wife doesnt drive. No kids, its just me driving. I also work at home so no driving to work everyday. These brakes have less than 15000kms on them. I freaked! Clearly they did not expect a minivan owner to actually inspect their own brakes. Likely assumed I was a soccer mom that would just take their word and pay for the premium mega overpriced brakes!
Needless to say they didn't let me speak with Paul. I returned the parts I bought earlier as my brakes are good for likely another 2 years. Shameful. Just shameful. Disgusting.

Exact same thing just happened to us except they already did the work by the time we checked our old break pads. They clearly didn't think we would look at the old ones. We complained to the automotive managers and he couldn't even defend himself. All he said was "maybe you shouldn't drive a car you can't afford. Have a good day. Goodbye". We are now reaching out to corporate office.

Canadian Tire auto service incompetence

I took my car in on Saturday Nov 26 to change over to winter tires. I purchased 4 Good Year Nordic winter tires + rims. This is what was on the work order [protected]).

After keeping my car for 2 days, they called me on Monday to tell me that they were short two tires. Either the person who processed my original order hadn't checked inventory, or they sold my tires in the two days they had my car. They wanted me to pay for more expensive tires, or accept a lesser brand. I told them that they should get the missing tires from another store (which they ended up doing). Paul got them from the Newmarket store on Monday Nov 28.

By Monday night they hadn't called to let me know that the car was ready. I called repeatedly, but nobody in service would answer.

On Monday night I drove to the store to check in person. I found my car in the parking lot and it still had the summer rims on. I assumed that no work was done. But as I got closer, I saw that they peeled the summer tires off, and put the winter tires on the summer rims.

It seemed like a real sloppy job too. Lots of grease all over the tires and they didn't even put on valve caps (see picture).

On Monday night, there weren't any supervisors or managers in the Service department. I got a lot of apologies, but there wasn't anything they could do. Even updating the invoice to remove the charges for the non-existent rims was an ordeal. After close to an hour, this is what we ended up doing so that I could get my car back.

The next day (Tues November 29) I spoke with Lou (Service Manager Supervisor). We agreed that I could bring my car back on Saturday Dec 3 at 10am. I wouldn't have to wait in line and they would take me right away to make things right i.e. Summer tires on original factory rims, and winter tires on the winter rims. I showed up at 10, but Lou was busy with customers and I had to wait 15 minutes to see him. Then he told me it would take 2 hours to switch the tires over. By now I had invested close to 3 hours in what should have been a simple tire purchase/changeover.

I told Lou that I thought he should get two guys to work on it. That is when the store manager Brad became involved. Brad was willing to have two guys work on it, but Lou said it would still be over an hour.

I told Brad that I wanted a $70 credit (cost of the original labour). Since that original labour was so incompetent and wasted so much of my time, I felt this was reasonable.

Brad said he couldn't do that. So I ended up taking my car and leaving - having spent close to 4 hours of my time on this.

Canadian Tire poor customer service

My mother and I went to Canadian tire on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. She was helping me buy a toaster and a garbage bin for my new apartment.
The toaster I picked out was on sale, but when I checked it out on the self-service checkout, it registered as the normal price ($50). We then both had to wait for at least 25 minutes while someone would help us with a price check, simply because the store was so understaffed.

I understand that companies have an interest in using self-service checkout machines, but when you replace humans by machines you are not only taking away thousands of jobs from people, but you are also providing a much lesser quality of service for customers. Especially around this time of the year when stores are very busy during the holidays, I found it strange that there was only one Canadian Tire employee dealing with all of the customers at the tills.

I am not seeking any resolution to this issue, but I wanted to express my frustration that customers are being penalized on multiple levels for stores like Canadian Tire choosing to invest in machines rather than people.

Canadian Tire the public women's washroom

On Tuesday November 29th I visited Canadian tire with my husband. I went to use the ladies room only to find absoule filth!
The door to enter the ladies room was black filthy. The walls inside has splatter marks of who knows what ! The smell was atrocious. The child's tabe was left open and I could see it was repulsive. I don't know what mother would use that for her child !
And lastly there was no where to hang my purse and jacket ..
It was an awful experience. Worst washroom I have ever seen.
Management definitely needs to speak with the cleaning crew and ask them really what they do when they go clean the washrooms. Like really?

Very disappointed customer
