On Jan. 10, 2006 I order a prescription online from this 'business' they deducted $104.90 from my account and said the order was on it's way. A month later I receive an email stating there was such a large demand for the medicine I would have to wait 2 more weeks. Finally I received notice of shipment and was sent an envelope on April 10, which I signed for and then opened after leaving the post office only to find it stuffed with useless paper and no medicine. I contacted their complaint email repeatedly, at first they said they would check into it, now they don't even bother to answer at all. BEWARE of CanadaRX or any similar name or website. It is a total fraud.

I feel really bad for all of you people who are losing money...First, Im from the states but I live in Canada. DONT EVER order anything unless you can speak to someone by phone. Check out their use of English, also, since they are in Canada, and since Canada has 2 legal languages English and French, pretend to be someone who needs French! Or ask them if they have a french web site. I suspect that if they really are in Canada, they will have either French person here or in Canada.

Also, Canada has very lax laws for white collar crimes, in fact, Montreal, where I live, has so many false advertisers and phony companies that the province has started doing something about it, but not much. Largely, it is an english based crime and so the anglos have not stepped up to solve the problem.

I saw a telemarketer who had robbed thousands of victims and made millions get out on bail and he had to pay about 10, 000. He laughed at the crowd and when questioned by reporters, he laughed again, saying that it was easy to steal money from Canadians. So send a letter to the Canadian Prime Minister and ask him to do something about money laundering and fake companies operating in Canada.

Make sure to give them the date of the purchase, and any and all information. Also don't use foul or bad language. What is that? It includes any language you wouldn't want your kids to use at the age of 5. :)

If and before you order something, do a test run, order a product that is cheap. Try it out before. Call someone at the company and register a complaint. See how that goes, even if you didn't order anything, say you did, just to see how they react, that will give you a chance.

Also, call the Canadian version of the Better Business Bureau, http://www.bbb.org/canada/ and check out the company.

Finally, if you were hijacked, call the FBI. Complain about it. That is the only way to get rid of these guys.

I have ordered a large number of prescription medicines from Canada Drug for over FIVE years for both of my parents and NEVER had a problem! I always received the correct medications and the orders arrived in the appropriate amount of time. The people I have talked to on the telephone had been very helpful and courteous. You all must have been dealing with a scam artist! I would highly reccomend Canada Drugs.com...the authentic site!

For years, and especially more so since about 2006, there has been a major surge in emailed spam for so-called 'Canadian Pharmacies'. According to reports, this has also caused significant harm to the legitimate pharmacies in Canada according to their industry associations.

Several gangs exist, primarily Yambo Financials, and a Russia-based gang that is headed by Leo Kuvayev and Alex Polyakov, and possibly other gangs. Leo Kuvayev was arrested in the United States and while awaiting trial on charges of selling prescription drugs online, made bail and upon release from jail, left the country and soon was sending large quantities of email spam for pharmaceuticals, largely prescription drugs.

One can tell these sites from legitimate pharmacies, due to domain naming techniques employed by the spammers. One gang uses domains with two words run together, such as prizechange, always followed by .com, and the other uses seemingly nonesense words, like qiyidevoh, always followed by .cn (domain extension for China). Most of the sites look very similar, although at times there are differences, or new versions of the pages appear.

Most of the offerings of the spam gang sites are for drugs like Viagra, Cialis, or opioid painkillers like Vicodin or Oxycontin. However for the most part the pills shipped are either very low strength, having been made from full-strength pills that were 'cut', or are nothing more than placebos with no actual drug content in them, thus adding to the damage, and the dangers, of purchasing from these sites.

I HAVE BOUGHT DRUGS SINCE 2006 WAITED 30 DAYS ON TWO RXs PHONED THEM THEY RESENT BOTH WITH REPLACEMENTS, I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENCES WITHIN A WEEK! SO YOU HAVE TO HAVE EXTRA PILLS FOR MORE THEN THE 21 DAYS THEY SAY THEY NEED.. CANADADRUGS.COM TOLD THAT NORTHWESTPHARMACY.COM HAS BETTER PRICES BUT I'VE ALWAYS RECEIVED MY PILLS SO DON'T WANT TO TRY THEM!

Over one month ago, I sent a prescription to the REAL canadadrugs.com - not any of the scam sites, but the verified, genuine licensed corporation. I sent it via Registered Mail with a Return Receipt (which I am holding, signed for by one of their employees, at this moment). After they received the mailed-in Rx - which cost me $20 and a long wait at the post office to send - they _called_ me to confirm receipt and that the drugs were ready to order - that was a week ago. Today, I received a telephone call asking me to call them back. When I did so, I was told (including by a so-called "supervisor" who gave her name as "Jenna Lee") that, "we will need to have an Original Prescription from you, sent by mail..." When I pointed out to her that they HAD ALREADY RECEIVED IT, at my expense and trouble, she mumbled something about, "we'll have to check this with the Pharmacy; I can't see that in our computer system [she's a "supervisor, " remember?]; we'll call you back..."

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Even though they are legitimate, they are incompetent and will lose your prescriptions, costing you time and money and a further trip to the doctor's office to get them refilled.

My Canadian Pharmacy (or one of the many other names he uses) is a scam. You might want to check this out:

http://spamtrackers.eu/wiki/index.php?title=My_Canadian_Pharmacy

If you have made an order with them quickly cancel your credit card as they are known for identity theft and credit card fraud. DO NOT TAKE ANY MEDICATIONS YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM. They are not legitimate medications.

Once they have your email address they will spam you quite a bit every day and there isn't really a way to get them to stop. Unfortunately, I used my work email for the order.

Oh well, live and learn.

FYI: The operator of these sites is wanted by the FBI and Interpol. He is also involved in child porn.

Hello i ordered 20 pills from mycanadianpharmacy, it cost 144.95 plus 15.00 for shipping. I ordered the pills on December 26 . I emailed them several times because 3 weeks passed and i still didn't receive them. They email me back saying there was a long delay at customs and the pills are on their way. I finally got the pills in an envelope. Right away i knew i was frauded because they claim to be a pharmacy from Canada and on the envelope it said India.

I tried 1 pill of cialis and 1 pill of viagra, both pills tasted really really bad and they did absolutely nothing to me, no reaction at all. They sold me fake pills, on top of the they charged me $270.00 instead of 159.95. I emailed them back saying i was very upset that they lied to me claiming to be a pharmacy from Canada, that they sold me fake pills, and that they charged me more than the actual cost. They replied saying they are so sorry for any inconveniences and that i can choose which ever pills i want in their store of equal value ($270.00) at no charge. What's the point of saying yes to them if they are a scam. I want this guy to be shut down. In the envelope i have some documents to where they came from, maybe this can help to investigate on this. Please email me to let me know what you think i can do about this guy.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. If I may offer an explanation (which should have been given to you promptly), I believe I can shed some light on your experience.

There is a company (or individual) who is running hundreds of websites and sending SPAM emails out to people regarding purchasing pharmaceutical products online. When you visit the website, the website shows a "logo" that says "My Canadian Pharmacy" (or something to that effect depending on which website you are directed to). At the bottom of the website it claims to be a member of CIPA, BBB and numerous other accrediting organizations...none of which is true. The website will gladly take your credit card, charge it for the products you want and then never send anything to you. CanadaDrugs.com (a company based in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, licensed by the Manitoba Phamaceutical Association and accredited by not only national Canadian Pharmacy organizations, but recognized and recommended by 5 different US state government as a trusted source of mail order medications form Canada) owns the domain name "mycanadapharmacy.com" and "mycanadianpharmacy.com", which when you access it takes you to our one and only website www.canadadrugs.com. We occassionaly have people contact us who are victims of this organization/person running illegal, fraudulent and dangerous websites under the name "My Canadian Pharmacy". There is no association between this criminal stealing people's money and CanadaDrugs.com.

If you look at who is registered as owning these fraudulent websites the information is as follows:

Registrant:
FilmBox
Nad Ondrejovem
12 Praha 4,Praha 4,CZECH REPUBLIC CZ-140 00
email: citybestonline@mail15.com
phone: 4.[protected]

AND

The website server itself appears to be physically located in the Guangdong
Province of China.

In fact, when I dig a little deeper I can see that whoever actually owns and operates this webserver is not only running bpmrwzz.toysjab.com and typecano.com, but approximately 80 other websites just like them (all of them most likely sending out unsolicited emails like the ones you have received)...if you visit almost any of these websites you will see that nearly all of them are identical and have that fake company name, “My Canadian Pharmacy” in the top left corner. They run hundreds of websites like this so that if 1 of them ever does get shut down some how, they have hundreds more to take it’s place and continue to harass people with emails.

It is quite common that these websites are run from people in Eastern Europe and Asia...the Czech Republic in this case. Unfortunately the Czech Republic is not a country with whom we would receive much cooperation in trying to shut down this company from sending you unsolicited emails.

CanadaDrugs.com prides itself on operating with the highest standards of practice and routinely is inspected and audited by both provincial and federal agencies to ensure our standards of practice are kept up to a T. I sincerely hope that you are able to recover your money, or have your credit card company reverse the charges. As with all complaints of this nature, if you contact me directly I am more than willing to offer what services we can to assist in putting a stop to the criminal who is as far as I am concerned is a blight on the Internet and humanity.

Sincerely,
