Camella Homes Home repair

1st Complain hands-in on: January 2017
Address: Pinecrest 2, Block 13, Lot6, Camella Bacolod

Needed to be repaired:
1. Roof Gutter
2. Water leak passing through Light Bulb at small room.
3. Unfinished paints located back portion of the unit
4. Unfinished roof drainage

It was very frustrating since Camella Homes was one of the biggest Home developer but my request was just very simple yet they never give immediate action on that. I always contact the person in-charge in this account but the number was unreachable. I visit their office and still Miss Krista(In-charge) kept on asking me the list of thing to be repaired in my unit.

Camella Homes Useless engr and bad contractor

Contractor is so slow and keep on ruining the things that needs to be fixed.Instead of doing it properly they broke it.the sink was poorly installed.Its now leaking & smelly. For the cracks on the wall, they sent a newbie worker who doesnt know how to do it, he damaged the stairs and just leave after bringing 1 plactic of cement

I strongly agreed all the posted reviewed for Camella Homes Contractor and Engineer are bad. Never check or supervise their work. Yes, mostly their worker no experience, workmanship the worst, Engineer lousy,

Huh my toilet forget to put waterproofing so much water drifting, flooring uneven when you step on so much air coming underneath. My basin also water drifting underneath, other toilet never seal the pipe properly bad odour/ smell coming out, kitchen cabinet accessories anyhow fix can't open the doors when you full the tray.

Engineers in-charge on site not helpful at all when you ask when to be fixed like the spoilt rooftop point the ground and sky no specific answer and don't answer call. It really sucks.

Almost everybody needs a faster internet connection,
that is the reason why we require the known landline phone provider (PLDT) to of our service, unfortunately Camella homes restricts them to install without any reason,
therefore we would like the management of camella homes to review this case and provide us solutions or other providers thats suits our lifestyle as well as our business.

Camella Homes Dishonest staff

Ref. Davao Camella, Block 55 Lot 34

In 2015 I paid in full for a house, I was led to believe it would be ready By October 2016.
It was not.

In November 2016, with my partner Miss Butalid I attended a meeting with two members of your staff at your Davao office.
They apologised that the house was not built.

They assured me it was now a priority for construction.
They assured me it would be ready for occupancy by June 2017.
They promised to email me monthly, with progress reports.
They promised to email me if there were any problems or delays.

As of today the house is still not anywhere near ready.
It was clearly not a priority for construction.
They have not once emailed me a monthly progress report
They have not bothered to inform me once of any problems.

In short. Your two members of staff lied to me.

I have repeatedly emailed staff at your office to lodge a formal complaint.
They have not registered the complaint.

I find this totally unprofessional and dishonest.

What I want.
1.The manager at your Davao office, to contact me, acknowledge and investigate my complaint.
To personally take charge of the completion of my house by 1st October 2017.

2. As compensation for the delays, lies and total lack of customer service, you can tile all the floors of the house (liase with Miss Butalid on the choice of tile) You have had my full payment on deposit for nearly two years now.

3.Im sure your company does not want to continue staff who will lie to clients and who do not believe in customer service.
I require the staff who lied to us in 2016 to be dismissed from your employment.

You may wish to look at the comments to my posts on the “Davao Expat Forum”
I am not the only person who has been treated this way.

SOME OF YOUR STAFF ARE GIVING YOU A BAD REPUTATION AND COSTING YOU SALES

Camella Homes Camella montego antipolo rizal

Hi i'm cherry santos & would like to again ff up my complaint re our delayed move in for 1 1/2 yrs now. I already sent a letter at wcc ofc last may 4, prior to this to ur mille luce ofc a hundred times. Were promised to move in a lot of dates w/ c until now didnt happen. B10 L1, lara martinez resigned but didnt even bother to update us on this. We packed our things already as we were told we can move in april 30, then was moved to may 25, then 28 and w/c until now has not happened. it is sch opening now and it gives me more worries as i dont know if i need to unpack our things again for us to be able to live a normal life. We dont have our beddings anymore our clothes are mostly packed our gas tank already detached from range our aircon was uninstalled etc etc. I hope you can look into my complaint as it is already affecting our lives. I have filed vacation leaves ending up useless bec cancelled move in, booked delivery of our new furnitures and also hauling of our things a lot of times w/c caused me.a lot of money. I also lost a lot of opportunities to have my current house in woodrow hills also a crown asia property ( have 2 actually b 8 l 18 and 20) rented out which is our plan to help us with the mo ammort of this unit coz i cant move in yet, spent a pretty big sch service fee of my son bec part of the considerationto get the property is to save the sch service bec it is near la salle qntipolo where my son is studying . today i called kathy the girl who said took over my concern but has not replied from my text since yesterday, the same with dins capellan engr who is handling my unit. I also called kathy a lot of times today but did not bother to take my calls w/c. happening all the time. My cp is [protected] u can call me and i hope to hear from you. Pls see our current status with before photos as we already packed our stuff. My complaint is already at production team as per last update 2 wks a ago. We are also getting sick already as the dust that were accumulated because cant organize our house anymore

Camella Homes Wrong location

We bought Marga RFO last November 2016 sa Lessandra Bucandala. Before kami nagreserved, sa Phase 3 Expansion kami dinala ng agent ko and basically nagustuhan namin dahil bago lang siya kahit sa mga kapitbahay wala pang tao. Pero last 05/20, nagrequest kami ng house viewing, dun namin nalaman na ang binili pala raw namin ay nasa PHASE 2 which is so old. Can you please resolve this misunderstanding?

Camella Homes Neighborhood drinking alcohol at wee [protected]@lessandra homes

I would like to logged a complaint for our neighbor. A group of guys started to drink from 24 march till next day and its really disturbing since we cannot sleep due to loud noise, loud voice and loud talks. Now its already 4:30am and still they're drinking outside their house.

I believe that you have security that roam inside the compound but unfortunately No one even care to come and check.

Please I hope this won't happen again and please take an immediate action regarding on this matter since its really unappropriate and disturbing for my family especially for my kids.

Camella Homes Horrible customer service

I bought one unit in Pinecrest 2. I already completed the downpayment amount last January. I applied for bank loan prior to that and Ms Farah in Camella-aftersales advice me that she will let me know or update me as soon as she receive the feedback from the bank. After a month, my agent informed me that my bank loan was denied. I was waiting for advice from Ms Farah regarding my account but she was not replying in any of my emails.
This is so disappointing. I am investing a big amount of money to your company but it seems that your staff don't care about the welfare of your clients. All they care is to collect money.
I hope this will call the attention of the management team of Camella Homes. I would have a second thought recommending your company with this kind of unethical behavior.

Camella Homes Lot and house purchase

Like many before us, are we badly let down by Camella organisation! We paid cash for 3 Lots for the Bacolod Phase two project. Houses were promised to be delivered in OCT 2015. Now we do not even see any foundation. Camella explanation is, that there was no money left to buy materials. Contractors working on the plot complain they are not paid. We were always worried to be forced to pay cash in advance and Lots were only sold wityh mandatory purchase to build a house. It appears to be a pyramide scheme. Last Lots sold are used to construct houses sold long before. There was about 30% deducted from our cash payment for commissons, admin payments. Why is the Governemnt not interferring? Once all Lot's are sold and many promised houses not build, the "Camella constellation" will collapse.

Camella Homes Damaged of the house

Good Morning Camella. This is Mrs. Jintle Kate A. Adeniran of Camella Iloilo City. I am so thankful that you have this page where home owner like me can raise cetain concerns.

I am so very disappointed about your staff here in Iloilo named Rosewyn and Kelvine assigned in CCD.

I actually filed my complain last August regarding the damage of the house like firewall is leaking and some cracks in the walls.

During rainy days it really makes our house miserable since wet is all over our stair case and I was hospitalized because I stepped on it and finally fall down.

It was a very bad experience really. What annoyes me is how I was treated by your staff... Until now, no contractor inspect my house and attend my concerns.

I keep communicating them through calls and text but no one ever seriously attend my concern until this time.

It was a very very bas customer service from your staff. They acted like not professional people to think that Villar pay them to work for us.

They shoud be considerate enough.

Please dessiminate my complain and hoping to hear from you. Thank you very much and GOD BLESS.

My name is Alex Martinez. I am helping my sister (financially) purchase a house with Camellia Capiz. We originally planned to get a town house but decided to upgrade to one of your detached model called "Carmela" which was originally priced at 2, 339, 047. But as the we get closer to the deal and decided to pay additional reservation for the unit and give at least 75, 000 Down payment, they presented us with another price scheme. One is what they called a flexi which in translation means the house will turned over to you without a ceiling, no room division(No rooms at all -- that makes no sense because they even have floor plans as advertised) for that original price. The "complete" is priced at P2, 825, 883.00. To push us further in to more financial responsibility to create more profit because we needed a shelter is very insensitive and inhuman. I have great respect for Mr. Villar( I grew up in Subic), and I am very sure that he does not agree with this marketing practice. I am not familiar with the law in the Philippines, but a bait and switch marketing ploy is illegal in some states in the US. We are still going ahead with the purchase because we already gave a down payment.

Camella Homes Slow house construction

We paid 10k last april for reservation fee because we decided to invest house and lot. And then camella told us to pay check payment for 14mons for downpayment. Then on september 2014 we decided to pay full downpayment in order to start the house construction immediately but up to now june 2015 still 30% as our account officer rizza balili told us. We know that you have problem to your contructors but buyer should not cannot the burden, if only it is well monitored and concerns make actions this would not be the case... Our developer is Apex developer.. Hope to chose devoted engineer to their projects.

Camella Homes Bulok na sistema

to all the people out there kung nagbabalak kayo bumiling house 20 times nyong isipin bago kayo kumuha sa camella..sa camella sa una lang magaling pag nakapagbigay kana ng reservation fee simula na ng kalbaryo nyo..to MR VILLAR kung gusto nyong manalo sa eleksyon ayusin nyo muna ang palakad sa camella dahil sa camella pa lang hindi nyo na maayos paano pa kaya pag buong pilipinas.bakit hind kayo magpasurvey sa lahat ng nakakuha ng bahay o lupa sa camella kung may matatanggap kayo na feedback na maganda.lahat daing at galit sa na experience nila sa camella.yung lahat ng namumuno sa camella bulok..

Camella Homes Wrong property build from my lot

Kumuha po aq ng unit sa camella, tierra nivada, gentrias, cavite.. ang unit ko po ay drina. higit kumulang 2.3m po ang contract price namin s kanila. ngunit nagkaproblema po s work ng asawa ko kya naisipan po naming magpalit ng pinakamaliit na unit na merun sila. ipinalit po namin ay rina model. higit kumulang 1.2m. ang penalty ko po s pag tatransfer ng unit ko ay 40, 030.00 pesos na taliwas sa briefing ng marketing nila samin na 10thousand lang dw ang fee s ganung mga transaction. but since sabi nila pra hnd mapending ang request naming pag lipat ng unit.. pinirmahan ko po ang nasabing kaltas para mapadali ang constract ng bahay. ang requst naming pag lipat ay inapprove po nila ng april 15, 2013. after 1month dw po ay sisimulan na ang bahay. e di mga june po ang simula ng bahay kung hnd ako nagkakamali. naka sign na po ako ng contract sa rcbc bank nung nakaraang june 21, 2013 at si rcbc po ang nag approve ng loan ko sa camella. at s date na june 21, 2013 din po nai-release ang loan ko sa kanila which is binayaran sila ni rcbc bank para s contract ko at ako ang magbabayad sa rcbc bank para s loan ko at mag sisimula po ako ng hulog monthly for 5yrs sa rcbc ngayong darating na july 25, 2013... eto po ang anging problema ko, nung pinacheck ko po s account officer ko ung status ng bahay q e 40%constructed na dw ang status. pinuntahan ko po ng hindi alam ng agent ko ung site ng bahay ko para makita ang gawa nila ngunit ang nadatnan ko ibang bahay ang nakatayo.. sa halip na rina model.. marvela model po ang nakatayo na nagkakahalaga po un ng higit kumulang na 1.6m... nagtxt po ang ahente ko at sinabi saken n ganun nga po nagkamali ang marketing nila pero hindi nila alm na nakita ko na ang mali nila bago pa nila ito sabihin saken. nacheck ko na po ang bahay at nakita ko po na nakapersonalize ang pag kakabitan nila ng pinto. s halip na kahot ay aluminum or stainless po ang nakakabit. ang dahilan po nila sakin kung bat sila nagkamali ay dahil daw po hindi nila na check na ang lotte dw po na nakuha ko e ready home. pro sa nakita ko po s bahay na un, hnd po sya ready home at s malamang po ay may nagmamay ari po nung bahay na un na gaya ko din po ay nagbabayad s kanila pra magawa ang bahay na kinukuha namin sa kanila... aayusin daw po nila ang mali nila s pamamagitan daw po ng pag tatransfer samen sa ibang lot # na katabi ng kinuha namin na tinayuan nilang ng maling bahay. ngunit s point ko, hnd po ako basta basta papayag ng ganun ganun lang, matapos kong gawin ang obligasyon ko s kanila.. hnd nila nagawa ng ayos ang obligasyon nila samen. alam ko po na may rights akong tanggihan sila s dahilang nagbayad nga po ako ng danios perwisio sa kanila para po s lotte at bahay na ipinalit o pagkatapos sila nagkamali sila sa side nila e ang gagawin lang nila e ililipat kami ng lot# at sila na dw bahala sa bangko at sa ibang bagay na babaguhin. pero paano naman po ang karaatan ko bilang tao sa mali nilang ginawa saken na nagkapatong paton na. nagbayad pa nga po ako ng mothly amortization s kanila pra ngayong month of june 2013 na hnd napo nila sinama s account ko sa banko, tapos ng tanungin ko kung pano na ung hunulog ko na maortization, ang sabi po nila e tubo na dw nila un, e nung nabasa ko ung kopya ng contract ko s kanila, a month after ng turn over samin sa bank saka pa kami mag sisimula sa huhulog para sa amortization namin. please help me for this, hindi kona alam kung anung tama kong gawin. alam kong may rights ako na nilabag nila. at un ang gusto kong makuha s kanila.

we are living here for 1 year pa sa camella tierra nevada, pero grabe ang amoy ng piggery pag naulan at ang bangaw ung malalaking langaw grabe ang dami talaga...tapos naulan lang nag penetrate na lahat ang tubig a fire wall, tumutulo na pati atip namin...tapos ang daming daga na sa atip we dont know saan galing yon..
