Apparently, one or another of my wife's accounts (my wife died last year) must have been turned over to I.C. Systems; I don't know which ones because she had kept all that information to herself. I.C. Systems started calling about one week ago. Ever since, they've been calling several times a day, sometimes three, four times within one hour or less. We have caller I.D. on our phones: whom we don't know, we don't pick up (but we keep record). The annoying is that I.C. Systems calls occasionally outside of the approved time frame, i.e., they call somewhat before 9 A.M., and somewhat after 9 P.M. All that, plus the comments I read on your webpage, tells me that I.C. Systems is not a reputable company.

I got a phone call from these slumbags today. I had been ignoring the calls all day but I decided to have some fun with them. When I answered, a woman came on the phone asked for me. All I would say is Yea... She kept asking, is that you? Yea. Until She received a YES WHAT DO YOU WANT?... She transfers me to someone else. The guy came over the phone speaking like his i.q. barely passed him into the 2nd grade. Telling me that I was 3 months past due. I told him, really... 3 months... I know I'm 2 months past due. He tells me, you are 61 days past due. I said well Hmmm... that means 60 divided by 30 is what? I told him 2 right? Which means that's 2 months past due. He tells me, well I'm only reading what's on my computer. I tell him, well your computer is wrong. I immediately ask him for a fax number to send them a cease & desist letter. He obviously knew that's what it was for. He gave me the number 817-276-7433. I said, ok and where are you guys located, he said Minnesota. I said... funny thing is you in Minnesota and FORT WORTH TEXAS have the SAME area code. I told him, you want me to be truthful with you about when I'm going to make a payment but you lie to me about a fax number. I'll pay the bill on the 30th of never-ary! He started to laugh sarcastically in my face and says yea I gave you the number to Consumer Credit Counseling. Then he says he has to transfer me to his supervisor named Ramon. The Einstein called Ramon said that they no longer have a fax number AT ALL in the company. Are you guys smelling it? Because I smelled it from the time I answered the call. So to end the call, he's arguing with me and tells me that I keep cutting him off. So since I was raised with manners, I let him talk... while I pressed the mute button. When he said, " Are you still there"? I told him sorry... but I don't speak idiot and hung up. I will be faxing them a letter to their corporate office tomorrow morning. Any more calls... gets me a grand in my pocket!

If you owe the money than pay the bill. Its not like u didnt know about it? Debtors always will have a reason to not pay, some good some bad. At the end of the day settle ur accounts. They know ur history anyway.

To Chaz,

Everyone goes through hard times. Harassing phone calls as many as 5 times a day is not necessary. If you're paying something they shouldn't be calling you continuously, especially not your work number. I also get the calls. They won't give you addresses nor phone numbers. It's ridiculous. Especially if your trying to pay something.

They are collectors for banks that put this whole economy into this mess.

Let them spend their dime
then hang up every time
Banks that traded contracts on gas
shouldn't be given yet another pass
when the money comes back in your 401k
maybe that would be the day that I'll pay
To all the banks on Wall Street
shove it and kiss my feet

have your supervisor call them and tell them to stop calling you at work. I'm not sure if it's a federal law, but here in Oregon, if your super calls them and tells them to stop calling you at work, and they persist, then legal action CAN be taken.
