What a dreadful company have been chasing me for the past 8 months or so for a number I cancelled. I have told them it was cancelled and I don’t want the service yet every bill cycle they increase the amount I owe them and bombard me with text and email messages. Come on call ready get a life . You can’t be that hard up for money that you need to do this. As for services they are poor company seems to be run out of a bedroom with staff having no idea on how the system works or what the company offers. There are much better companies out there these guys don’t even have a system you can login too so as to divert your number you have to email them each time and wait, yet there prices are much the same as companies where you can do this most basic operation yourself from your account infancy they don’t even have an account you log into basic at best and disappointing service

Desired outcome: No more emails

CallReady / Dolphin Com information not provided correctly and ripping customers off

When you call customer service or any area of the business they donot tell you any information about cancellation or increse of payments, all they are advising you is the monthly membership of 0.99 pence with out any charges of cancellation.

But suddenly your direct debit jump to 15.53 plus charge for credit card plus alot charges for anything the figure out.

CallReady / Dolphin Com dolphin - unreasonable unethical charges

I took out a local telephone number service with them a year ago. I was told verbally over the phone by the sales team that I can cancel at any time. Well the monthly fee and verbal terms and conditions sound great to me. Just over a year on I find myself in a similar situation. I emailed Dan Mellor Commercial Manager to cancel my account and he emails me back stating I need to give 3 months notice. So I replied saying thats fine and then he whacked on first £50 then £60. He says I am on a rolling 12 month contract but they have never sent me any t & C or documentations stating this. I have just emailed him to ask what this money is for and awaiting a reply. Im very upset. What should I do? Did anyone ever pay back the excess fees he is charging? Has of com, Ombudsman or any authorities investigated this company. Did anyone get any response back to their official complaints? Has anyone gone through the court system, what happened? Please contact me with best course of action or any advise.

CallReady / Dolphin Com excess fees - unethical behaviour

### - received this from them as i refuse to be ripped off...

We refer to your outstanding account with Dolphin Com Ltd in respect of unpaid telecoms services. Your account (DC0*****) has now been referred to our Legal Department for recovery and enforcement.

We have posted a Claim Form to you which we will submit to the Northampton County Court in 7 days if payment is not received in FULL on or before the expiry of those 7 days. The amount required to be paid by you to avoid the County Court Claim being pursued detailed below. Should you pay within the next 7 days you will not be liable for the Court Fee of further interest.

Total amount outstanding: £239.58

We trust that you will wish to avoid incurring Court Fees and further interest charges and we look forward to receiving payment within the next 7 days.

Guess i will be seeing them in court.

This company Callready (dolphin com ltd) illegally took around £280 from my bank account, not only did they NOT provide me with the telephone number they promised they illegally debited my account, I cancelled the direct debit and have now officially taken legal steps to retrieve this money, not only have they not replied to my letters telling them they...

CallReady / Dolphin Com not recommended!

I bought a telephone number from CallReady.co.uk and they sold me a contract. This company tried to persuade me to pay them more than I used to. I am absolutely disappointed with their services. Not recommended!

On the initial sign up, looked good, £4.95pm plus calls. No mention of it being a promotional rate on their website. Also, this is the first time in my life I have had a company charge for the use of a Debit Card! £2.95 + vat pm. Anyway, my card was stolen, so slight delay on making payment, was waiting for new card. This below is the email they send as default. Note the high fees and threats:

We understand that this will probably be the first time you have been informed of this and that there can be a number of reasons why payments can fail.

You can make a payment by clicking here (Edited)

However due to the High Credit Risk associated with the provision of Inbound Marketing services, we will unfortunately have to disconnect your Number(s) if payment is not received within 7 working days (20/04/2016) and an administration fee of £30 (inc vat) per month outstanding will be added to your account.

Please note that your existing service charge represents a promotional rate which was offered to you at the commencement of your contract with us. Our standard service charge (an additional £20 per month on top of your existing monthly service charge) will be applied to your account for the remainder of your contract if the invoice detailed above is not paid in full within 7 working days.

My experience is similar to those above: when I cancelled my account they said I had a"disconnection"charge of £50.I refusedt o pay and they are now charging me each month with escalating fees whih I refuse to pay.I have said I am happy to see them in court or will have alternative Dispute Resolution and have offeredt o pay the the £50 into court or an independent solicitor pending adjudication but this had been ignored. Has anyone actually been taken to court by them?

I can totally agree with all the complaints here. Although the company do quiet a good job in publishing their own positive reviews about their services everywhere around the net and cover the fact that their service is dishonest I can definitely agree that service is a TOTAL SCAM! Never had a service experience with such a dishonest company that seems to break every trading standard there is! Will also take further actions against them now. Thanks for being such a scammers!

They are chasing me for payment, as I have cancelled contract but not payed £50 disconnection charge, have they actually taken anyone to court for nor payment ?

I suggested that they take us to court for their methods. I have stopped making payments but they appear to be unhappy with our approach. It feels good to know that there are other people who express their utterly disapproval with this company. I run a small mobile food business spoiling the Brits with German food. This guy, Dan Mellor, appears to be friendly but he seemed to be out of control of his own operation. I am afraid but this company is not trustworthy in terms of German efficiency.

Was going to leave a nasty review but I don't need to as these comments say it all for me. Please take everybody's advise as well as mine and STAY AWAY from this company there customer service is terrible and terrible at communication.

If your reading this and thinking of using them think again..before it's to late and your in a 12 month contract.
