l'eau chair
We purchased 2 of these chairs in 2011 through Into-to smoked black glass, chrome legs. Suddenly they gave way and the sitter landed on the floor. After much time they were replaced thinking it was a design fluke. This year 2017 is has happened again. Calligaris offered to replace at my expense. This is not acceptable. Give me some chairs that might survive. The style Skin?
Not happy - poor faulty design - who buys a designer chair to last a couple of years? Not me.
Dining Table
Hi, I bought a dining table in Sept 2014 from Arredattuto, Italy. The manufacturer is Calligaris and the model is "Airport". I paid for full courier delivery and installation. The table arrived very many weeks late in December 2014 but was faulty and could not be assembled by the courier who was contracted by the retailer. I tried to get my money back by paypal but because the goods were faulty rather than undelivered there was no effective resolution. Eventually in february 2015 a replacement frame was provided and fitted however there was still an outstanding problem with opening the table fully. After complaining to Arredattuto they arranged a replacement from the manufacturer and this arrived in November 2015! When they tried to fit the replacement part they found that the new part was also faulty and that due to problems with the original part they were also unable to reconstuct the table. The courier then had to remove both the new and the old frame leaving us with no dining table for the second christmas in a row. In all my life i have never had such shockingly bad service. I very strongly advise you not to buy a table from Calligaris. They make beautiful things but do not expect them to be buildable or usable. It is very obvious to me that Calligaris just does not make it a priority to keep their customers happy. 14 months after paying a lot of money for a table I have nothing to show but more frustrating phone calls to make to try to persuade Arredattuto and Calligaris to sort the prioblem out. I simply do not understand how you can run a business like this.

Did you ever got assistance from Calligaris? We are experiencing something similar. Our Igloo chairs from Calligaris, we liked the soft leather, started bubbling and now peeling off like a chinese fake leather chair. We sent a complaint to calligaris, and after back and forth emails with them, they offered us a lousy 30% off discount on our next purchase. What a joke! We only wanted them to fix the chairs.
They sell cheap products, that are overly overpriced.
