cacel account i have tracking #

i cacelled my emusic account several months ago, even though i was give a trackig number #489709 i am still being billed, i would appreicate any help.and of cource my money returned, i have tried to go directly to the source to state my case but the ohone number give is no longer in service.does anyone have the new number?please reply to email addres robert_kennedy61@yahoo.ca .thank you
