CabinetParts.com Sloppy website & customer no-service

I’d love it if Customer Service would honor my order. Website was coded for Polished Chrome, I clearly ordered Polished Nickel. No exchange, per customer service. I’m spent almost $2,000 and ordered 80+ pieces of cabinet hardware. I just want them to make these 6 pieces right. I’ve had to revert to the BBB to try and resolve. #cabinetpartscom

Desired outcome: Exchange product received with actual product ordered.

CabinetParts.com Return policy

Survived hurricane Ida, but not Cabinetparts.com. My house was gutted, no walls, no kitchen, no bathrooms, a real mess. Ordered cabinets, took 4 months to arrive. Ordered dozens of knobs from Cabinetparts.com, then discovered they wouldn't work for us. Tried to return; no, no, no, it's been over 30 days, no can do. That's their policy, no exceptions. Real nice. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Desired outcome: Change the policy to some thing that works.

CabinetParts.com Shelving components

Purchase $70 of parts on Aug 22 for ship on Aug 26 po P2401974. On Aug 26 received email shipment delayed to Sep 26. I went online immediately on Aug 26 chat and requested cancelling. I have copy of chat summary. Told I would hear on cancellation. Heard nothing. On Sept 18th saw they had already billed me on paypal despite Invoice claim billing with shipment. Filed claim with PayPal for refund. Send another email to Cabinet Parts with copy of Aug 26 chat request for cancellation. No response. On Sep 28 received another notice from CabinetParts that shipment delayed until Oct 19th. Again contacted. No response. On Oct1, received parts. Of course, I had finished my project month earlier. PayPal denied claims as delivery occurred. I filed return and sent back paying $40 UPS shipment. So I am out $110 so far. No communication from CabinetParts. I am writing off the $110.

CabinetParts.com Cabinet parts joke

I ordered parts on May 31, 2020. I was sent an email in mid-June telling me two of four items were going to be shipped July 10th. When I IM'ed customer service I was told there was a problem with my other two items. That the tracking number was wrong and someone from the company will send me an email with shipping information. It's been a full week and nothing. Thankfully I purchased the items with my American Express card and submitted a dispute. BTW- They charged my American Express card for the full order on May 31. A respectable company would hold off charging a customer until items are shipped, especially if they have long shipping in shipping.

CabinetParts.com Awful company

What a mess. So tired of dealing with them. I wish it finished as soon as possible.
Too slow delivery. I had to wait for almost 3 months before I got a wrong part :( 3 months were spent for nothing. Now I have to return the item and ask for a refund. They said it will take several weeks. Oh god, I can't wait.
Iа you are not able to provide a normal customer service to people, then just step aside and let other companies do their job properly.

CabinetParts.com Cabinetparts store

I bought five parts from this store called Cabinetparts and two items arrived incorrect. At the beginning customer service seemed nice, they were friendly and immediately gave me a promise that they'll fix everything. But as a result nothing was done and I did not get a replacement. I am very disappointed with that kind of attitude and in my opinion that is not a good way to do business. I called several times and left several messages reminding about my problem but they simply stopped replying. I still have hope but I don't expect much. I would not recommend this store.

CabinetParts.com Disappointed

Ordered something from CabinetParts website and my order arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and the person I spoke to seemed nice and I really thought they were ready for help. Over a month I tried to resolve the issue but they gave me nothing but empty promises. They said they need more time to resolve the situation, but time passed and nothing was done.
One day they just sopped answering. My issue still remains unresolved. I would not recommend CabinetParts to anyone.

CabinetParts.com Don't believe to this seller

I purchased 3 kitchen organizers from the website www.cabinetparts.com. I was really pissed off by this company. The rep only promised to provide info, send the order and provide money back. Each time he promised and stopped to communicate, but after 4 days he appeared from nowhere. So don’t trust to this seller and be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I ordered some countertop laminate from cabinetparts.com. I opted for the standard shipping for $78. I needed it sooner but expedited shipping was over $200. They said it would take 3 weeks, came in just over 2 weeks. Opened it up and there were 3 interior cracks on the laminate making this piece unusable for my project. I contacted them, explained I was already overdue on my project and had to get a replacement locally to get it done quick. Instead of having me ship an unsellable item back to them they decided to make a damage claim with UPS and give me a full refund. Then they tell me they can only refund the cost of the item, not the $78 for shipping. I know from personal experience that when you have a damage claim approved by UPS they refund the cost of shipping minus the declared value fee. Cabinetparts.com ripped me off and I expect they will find a way to rip you off too if they get the chance. Join me in boycotting cabinetparts.com to send them a clear message that this type of behavior will not go unpunished.

Please, do yourself a favor, and find your cabinet hardware somewhere else. Web site tells a "good old boy story" but these guys really rip you off. I ordered 4 simple, small parts totaling a little over $19.00. Order was divided into 2 shipments - both shipments billed @ $6.95 each plus one had a "small order fee" of $2.50 added. Total bill came to over $36.50 for $19.00 worth of parts. Go somewhere else!
