Send email to Jason Gallow (jgallow@acceller.com) and demand the Gift Card or file complaint on BBB. He email me the Gift Card within 1 week. Hope it helps
Also was promised 2 airline tickets which I never received. They were supposed to email me, which never happened. And you can't talk to a real person when you call.
I too never received my airline vouchers from aceller.com after ordering my broadband through amazon.com. To the average person it appears that you are dealing with the ISP's themselves, which I have come to find out isn't the case.
I have spoken with my broadband provider and Amazon on numerous occasions, left voicemail for acceller customer service to return calls which they never have. Time Warner now want me to contact their corporate offices and I have forwarded the receipt and some of the interim correspondence to both acceller customer service, time warner customer service and now to this person listed as Jason Gallow. I will be contacting TW corporate on Monday to have them investigate further if I get no response.
I've been waiting since March 07 for my vouchers, which was the estimated fulfillment date. Hope everyone gets resolution soon :)
UPDATE: Well I contacted the guy listed above, Jason Gallow and almost immediately got a response and my voucher code... that part was great. What I didn't expect was to have them tied to hotel accommodation that you have to purchase to use them. There was never any mention of regulations/requirements or having to book accommodation... in fact there really wasn't any obvious mention of anything at the time I ordered my broadband... more fool me huh.
For me it's turned out to be pretty useless since we are heading into our busy season at work and the minimum stay EVEN if I could afford a hotel is 4 nights I think... there is no way I can take the time off... not to mention the $99 deposit required within the first 60 days. The hotels are expensive and way above what I'd pay if I was booking my own trip... albeit nice hotels. I'd hoped to use the tickets to see my stepdaughter before she returned to the UK since I wont be able to visit her for a long time... but the time delay in getting the tickets and now the hotel requirement have totally blown that idea. I thought I was going to be able to visit friends/family and stay with them... I have no use for a hotel in some place I don't know anyone.
I think I'd rather have had a visa gift card *rolleyes at least I could have used that. These vouchers are useless to me.
Kudos to Mr Gallow for promptly fixing the problem when we finally did find out who to contact... but other than that. The whole thing was a waste of time and I'll just go direct to the company involved next time I need a service.
BuyTelco scammed me with their $150 Amazon gift card offer, too. I had the service installed in early January; it's now August and I have never received a gift card. I've left a message on their voicemail and sent them an email - no response. I'll try contacting this Gallow guy.
I wish I'd bought my cable Internet service directly from the provider. Live and learn.
Following up on my post from yesterday: I contacted Jason Gallow (jgallow@acceller.com) and requested the Amazon gift certificate claim codes. Today I received them via email. I have redeemed them for future use on Amazon, so I know they're valid.
Problem solved - but it shouldn't be necessary to go to all this trouble. BuyTelco needs to get their act together.
Thanks to Toby Lam (second post above) for the contact info.
I read a few complaints about Buytelco. I also complained about this company regarding my Comcast rebate in March 2007. Surprisingly I was told that they did not receive my rebate form. They are going to give me the gift card as they promised. Mistakes do happen. I am sorry for my complaints. Please refrain from complaining before any investigation.
I ordered comcast throught digital landing/acceller and received a confirmation email with a link that didn't work for the rebate for my $200 gift card. I called both Digital Landing and Acceller (formerly Buytelco) and file a ticket wiht Acceller. The supervisor there told me that was all she could do, I asked who sees the ticket she said she didn't know, I asked who responds to the ticket she said she didn't know, I asked who she worked directly for and if she had a problem she said she couldn't answer that. Not to self and everyone else out there stay away from these guys and order your service directly from the provider and avoid the scam. I'll try email Jason Gallow as it looks like others have had success but buyer beware.
I have not received my $150 Amazon.com reward card either. I ordered Comcast Internet service through BuyTelco and was very careful to fully and accurately and complete all of the required steps before sending my form in.
I have contacted Jason Gallow about this but have yet to hear back from him. I am going to stay on this until I get it resolved- I will come back leave a comment about my experiences when that happens.
I also sent Jason Gallow 2 e-mails during the past 2 weeks and haven't heard back from him. This is for Comcast order made in August of last year. Before finding his contact info here and sending him the 2 e-mails, I've also already contacted their rebate center twice last year with no results (only a useless generic reply that's unrelated to what I submitted to them, i.e. didn't answer my questions).
I still have copies to send to BBB, obviously, should that be needed.
I had the same problem you all are having, so I emailed Jason Gallow and the Acceller company (info@acceller.com) and about 4 days later Jason Gallow emailed me back with my Amazon giftcard and I used it last night, so I know it works. In the email I included the package I ordered, my name, my address, my conformation number, and my email address. Try including all of those in your email, maybe that will work. Hope this helps, good luck all!
An update: I e-mailed Jason Gallow several times and also ended up calling the company's support line. It took a bit of persistence but I finally received my Amazon.com gift certificate. If you are stuck in this situation I also recommend you contact Mr. Gallow- just don't give up if you don't hear back right away.
Can you tell me how long you waited for Mr. Gallow to reply. I have e-mailed twice and filed with the answering service for digital landing. Absolutely no response. Is two weeks too short of a time?
Hello,
I got the comcast package through digital landing or Acceller in middle of January 2008. there was a promotion of $250.00 amazon gift card. Just to make sure that this company won't forget me, I was in constant touch with them. I always got a live person on the phone who will give me the ticket # and assured me that someone will call me. NO one did.
well, then I call comcast and I got this person's email. His Name is Jason Gallow. I contacted him, but it was a pleasant surprise. within a week, I had my gift card. Real Deal. Very polite guy.
have patience and keep in touch with the company that's the trick. Contact Jason Gallow directly. YOu won't disappointed.
Good luck guys and gals.
thanks,

I had the same issue. I ordered this in May of 2007 and now one year later I've finally managed to get my gift card. This company is incredibly shifty. Heres some more contact info for Jason Gallow. He's definitely the person to get in touch with. He made this right although I feel that this company probably counts on people not to go through the hassle.
Good luck!
