I never thought it would ever happen to me, but I have to admit that I encountered this too. Haven't read all of the reviews before buying and regret it. I waited for my order to arrive for 6 months. It's simply unbelievable. I think that if someone decided to bring my parcel from China to the US be feet he would get me much faster. So if you have nothing to do with your time and money, then this site is probably for you. "
False product description, no refund, no exchange
Ordered Oinom LM802 from buyincoins.com. The phone was necessary for a person speaking in Russian. When the product arrived it had only two languages: Chinese and English, although the product had to have the following languages: English, French, German, Czech, Russian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, as described on the buyincoins.com website.
Returned the phone to the buyincoins.com. But they refused to exchange and refused to refund as pointed out in the Return Policy of the buyincoins.com.
Do not be fooled by the buyincoins.com low price policy. False product description, fraudulent customer service.
DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM BuyINCoins. They sell fake. Order B20140508279462324 - it's android phone at mtk 6592 2gb ram (as mentioned in listing)act m302 - i received it after 50days of paypal pay. It's not real phone characteristics- real mtk6572 and 512mb ram. Support did not want to return money nor receive their fake phone.
Faulty equipment
I bought a tablet with a 4000mAh battery. I received a faulty tablet with screen problem and a faulty 1500mAh battery that only charges to 71% and takes more then 15 hours to do so. I reported then on paypal, but because of the slow shipping time, the parcel arrived after the 45 days paypal date limit to ask for refund. I contacted buyincoins for over a month and they refuse to pay for the return costs of this piece of ###. Don´t buy anything here. If you have a problem, they just don´t care.

First buy KNC MD802 charging slot broke off from the motherboard after 1 month, too costly to micro solder, kept for spares.
Second buy AINOL NOVO 7 FIRE dies at 45% battery, slow response touchscreen, unpleasant clicking noise, but at least works.
3rd and 4th buy Yuandao (VIdo) N70 S, not as described - lower resolution than and no flap over the OTG, USB and TF card slots. I suspect that they ship N70SQ with N70S logo on the back. Ordered twice because in fact the N70 S shipped by buyincoins, though different from description, is very good quality for the price, very fast responsive touchscreen and very decent OS. Works like dream! Better than Novo 7 Fire. The funny thing is that on ordering my 2nd N70s I asked the seller to double check and make sure I get the flip cover model and I was told not to worry. I got the same like the previous one.
5th buy Torx screwdriver set 38in1. I received poor quality copy of what is advertised on the website made by a different company (not Jackly). The bolt bits fall out from the handle Because the magnet in the handle is not big enough.
On all occasions I complained and received quick response and eventually partial refunds 5-15 USD.
I believe they just generate orders for someone else who has a ware house and does the shipping.
Must say they sell cheap a lot of good stuff too. Got a 32gb and 16gb TF cards that were not fake and worked fine.
I find it really stressful that there is no control over the items' description even after My complaints. Like they don't care.

It took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was all cracked on the screen. Tried to contact them about it but DUN DUN DUNNNN THE SITE WAS DOWN DUE TO *DDoS attacks from competitors who are jealous of their "low prices"*. Well that went on for a month or two, site was horribly glitchy and unable to navigate. Tried to contact paypal who did nothing even though I opened several disputes. It's been a year now about, been arguing with them for several months about getting a refund. They keep saying I need to pay for shipping to ship it back, or to get 8 dollars "in coins", Which of course they never gave me. So I was more "expressive (cursing exponentially)" and they offered me 12 dollars "...in coins (their own horrible currency that you can't use ANYWHERE but the site, instead of just refunding the money through paypal), Of course they lied about that too!
So I reported them to IC3 http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Now they're offering me 15 dollars in coins, after I was told to put a request for the 12 dollars through paypal two months ago and got no response.
DO. NOT. RISK. YOUR. MONEY. The ePad was horribly made, and most likely counterfeit. It stopped working after a month.
buy in coins wont change your email address. they tell you to open a new account. The trouble with this that you lose your points. Scam company that dosnt live up to their promises. My last order hasn't arrived and they wont do anything about it. Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.

I'm still waiting to get my money back
I bought a camera from this site (buyincoins.com) which had a bargain price but was utterly disgusted by the quality. The camera was being rated as 12MP but is far far less. I tried contacting them but was being sent from one post to another. I finally opened a paypal dispute and I after sending back camera I’m still waiting to get my money back! I recommend all do not buy from this site the product sent to me is a fake one only usable for small children to play with!
Nightmare...just a nightmare. I wanted was generic alcohol swabs. I ordered 200 boxes, but I only got 5. If you value your money, and if you value your time, do not deal with this company. They are a nightmare. Instead of simply refunding me or sending me the boxes, I deal with ridiculous loop emails, and endless ###ic questions. This site sucks.
