Been doing business with this site in New Mexico for 2 years - no problems. Placed an order on 10/9/08, money paid on 10/11/08. Cigarettes used to arrive before or on the date of payment. E-mailed and called - no response until today, 11/1/08 when the shipment I ordered arrived. No New Mexico address, they came from Irving, New York. A state they are not even allowed to mail their product to. Something happened, maybe they were taken over. I cannot trust them because no information was ever provided notrwas their any response to my inquiries. They sat with my money for over three weeks and led me to believe I had been defrauded. I did file complaints with the New Mexico AG's office and BBB. Don't know what happened, just very relieved. Will not do business with them again.

They come from North Carolina and they do not have that horrible Fire safe paper.

They answer the phone or if they are on the other line and you leave a message they call back!! They also answer your emails and they email you once your order has shipped!!!

You can write all the letters of apologies you want - the problem you and your other sister companies are taking 2 to 2 and a half weeks to ship while using the customers money, I am still waiting for my order I placed on 11-17-08 from a sis ter company of your and it is still not DELIVERED. Not to worry I found another company that operates out west from a reservation and I'm spreading the word.
