I had to attend an important meeting on 19th April in Doha and due to the delay caused in taking off Flight EK520 from Thiruvanandapuram to Dubai, I missed my connection flight to Doha [EK841]. Although 'Emirates' reconfirmed my travel in the evening flight to Doha [EK843] and provided accomodation at Millenium hotel, I reached Doha but my luggage did not reach in the same flight. My luggage reached Doha only on the next morning 20th April [Ref. EK845 0098724011]. This has caused a lot of trouble for me and my work.
