During the Indiana Jones game I peeled off a $25 gift card winner. The manager, Miguel Agapito, gave me a postcard to attach to game piece and mail in for my winnings . What I received was a coupon for a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. This is not what I won. Mr. Agapito told me his district manager said I could not prove I ever had the game piece and there was nothing I could do about it. Tough luck. Mr Agapito, however, had seen the winning game piece. This is store #5308.

As part of my job as a letter carrier with the Post Office in Newton, NC I deliver the mail to this store #5308 everyday. I also over the past 14 years that I've carried this route have eaten in this Burger King many, many times. Probably spending $100's . Is this the way a regular customer is treated?
Is this the way Burger King does business?

I have also called the consumer complaint line at 305-378-3535 on July 7, 2008 and spoke with Jane. She said she would pass along my complaint to game promotion to find a solution. I have not heard back from anybody! I have tried to call this number again today but I don't have the time or money to sit on hold as this is a long distance call.

I feel at the very least Burger King should give me my winnings of $25 and reimburse me for my phone calls.
