I went to burger king on wednesday october 30th at 10 am. And I wanted to order breakfast. An the employee said " were not serving breakfast" an I said " what do u mean its only 10am. An I said well I have gotta breakfast here before with no problem, an its only 10 am. An then she said " well our grill isn't even turned on!" she was very rude when she said it. An I asked to speak to the manager. She left the window an then came back and with an attitude. An very rude like " our manager is not available. An I just gave her a mean nasty look. An said "i am goin to file a complaint against you. An I drove off.
I am very upset about this. Because it was un called for. I dont know if I will be able to eat there again. Which is a shame because I really like the burgers and tacos. My email addresss is j. Carrillo69. @gmail.com and my name is joe carrillo. I hope you can fix this major problem.

I went to Burger King in Doswell, Va. tonight after being at Kings Dominion all day. I had five kids with me that were hungry. I waited in the drive thru with two vehicles in front of me I honked the horn. When I FINALLY got up to the order box. The guy asked me did I blow my horn earlier. I said yes it's called fast food for a reason. He said there's a subway across the street if you'd like to go there. I said if I wanted to go there I would have gone there instead of coming here. He said you need to get of the drive thru. I said uh no I'm not I want to speak to a manager. He said my manager told me to tell you that and we are not serving you. I said well I guess I'll sit here then. Then about five minutes later five Burger King employees came out of the back door saying ### you need to get out the ###ing drive thru. ### you need to move and get up out the ###ing drive thru. So I was getting more and more pissed with the rudeness and I said ### I'm not going anywhere then one of the said then just sit your ### there then. They went back in and I pulled around and went inside. I told the manager that I wanted the name address and phone number of the owner. They refused to give it to me and said that I was being rude by honking the horn. I said well did you ask every one in front of me did they honk their horn. The drive thru guy said yes and I said what about the people behind me that honked their horn are you going to deny them service as well and they said they were honking at you and we can deny anyone we want service. Told me that I need to leave that I was causing a scene. So not only did get refused service for honking but also got refused owners info. What a wonderful world we live in to get called a ###ing ### at BURGER KING!

My complaint is with Burger King here on I street and Broadway in Chula Vista,CA. My family and I go to this fast food restaurant at least 5 to 6 times a week with large orders of at least $40.00 to $60.00 on the times we to here. The food is cold the fries are stale the chicken sandwich is cold and hard, soda machines are always down the shake machine doesn't work. So why would you offer any of these items if your out of them or the machines don't work. I just feel that Burger King is going down hill, a lot of the employees are young kids and don't have respect for the customer ,some are rude they grab the money out of your hand and almost throw the drinks and food at you at the drive thru window, when you place your order they don't let you finish the order because they say " Is that it ", they make you feel like you are bothering them.

One of our employees stopped at the Burger King on Front Street in Richlands, Virginia. While in the bathroom someone came out of the stall and it was an employee. He DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS... Our employee left the restroom and walked to the counter to order food and guess who waited on him... you guessed it the nasty employee who had not washed his hands. When he asked for our employee's order, of course my employee was upset and said "No you may not help me you, you just came out of the bathroom without washing your hands". Now this is the best part... the response from the employee was "I don't handle the food." Appalled my employee said "NO YOU may not help me." At this point the young man (Mr. Nasty) walked over to another employee and whispered something and she came over to the counter. She asked if she could help. Our employee, very upset at this point, said "NO that young man just came out of the bathroom without washing his hands." Her response was, "he doesn't handle the food". That is so sick... No wonder people end up with intestinal problems. I will spread this information to anyone who will listen. If I am not mistaken the signs in the restroom say "ALL EMPLOYEES WASH YOUR HANDS" not only the ones handling the food. I was sickened by this. This makes me want to avoid all restaurant food.

I went to Store #5862's drive through in Lake Charles Louisiana at 11:15 pm on 10/5/07. At first I thought they were closed because no one greeted me, when I asked repeatedly if they were open, the person finally answered giggling and said to wait she had to get her money. After several minutes, she finally asked me for my order. I told her... I had to repeat it three times because she kept saying she didn't get it. I kept repeating it louder thinking maybe she couldn't hear. She finally said she was new and could I hold on... again... then the manager comes on and proceeds to tell me not to yell at the girl and not have an attitude because the employee was new. I tried to tell him I didn't have an attitude but that I was raising my voice because I thought she couldn't hear. He then proceeded to lecture me about how I should turn my car off if I thought it was too loud. I told him I didn't need a lecture, just to give my order and go. He then refused to take my order, telling me that he was sure Wendy's or McDonalds would be happy to serve me but he wasn't. I told him I just wanted my Whopper at which point he said he would call the police to make me leave. Okay, I am a 46 year old female who was just coming home from the movie with my husband. I just wanted a late burger. This is the same store that I have had the person in the drive through ask if I had a Tylenol cause she had a headache. No, I didn't know her... she was new too according to the manager. Love the Whoppers, but guess Wendy's and McDonalds will be serving me from now on. No wonder Burger King is on a downhill slide. You can bet I won't have anything complimentary to say about them. BTW, so far Burger King is the ONLY fast food chain I have encountered that has NO customer service 800 line for problems and will not accept email complaints. They don't care if you have a bad time, just show them the money.

Today i went to the waterloo outlet mall, ny and i went and spent about 12.65 on food, when i got my food in was cold, so i went back up to the counter to talk to a mangers and there was no managers in the store the mangers were out shopping. the cashier who told me about the mangers out shopping was a girl named jackie. She was very rude about me coming back and asking for the manger. So i walk away and throw out my food and when to Arby. I don't understand why mangers get to go shopping when they are getting pay to be a managers.

I went to burger king (497 sandalwood dr calimesa, ca) with my family that came all the way from new york city. When we got there, the manager, monica, was playing (chasing)with the other employees. No one was paying attention to the fact that we were ready to order. After that, i peeked at the hall way and i saw an employee with a bottle of beer. Then i asked the manager if it was permitted to drink any kind of alcohol during any business hours. The manger, very rudely answered, "this is not your problem... She is just on her break!"

My family and & looked at each other and realized that the manager smelled like beer as well.we felt really bad... Burger king was our favorite fast food place to eat at, but i guess we will never go back to that fast food place ever again.

The service at Burger King was terrible. I waited 30 minutes for a steak burger without onions. I was asked several times did I want onions. Not any of the employees wore gloves. The drink stations was a mess, kids where playing in the drink drain. There wasn't any ketchup, they were out of napkins. All had attitudes. At about 1:45pm the Supervisor locks the doors. She kept saying that she was ready to go home. Their uniforms were not very clean.

Please close this Burger King!

Address of that Burger King is 3725 Airline Hwy

Metairie, La [protected].

My family and I visited Burger King on a Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. It took 10 minutes to have our order taken, another 15 minutes to receive the food. The food was cold, the receipt did not match any of the prices listed on the sign above the registers, they were out of forks, cup lids, and only had two biscuits left. They only had three people working (one on register, one at the drive thru, and one preparing food). They spent more time socializing with a coworker who was not working and just hanging out. When I asked about the price discrepancies, the girl said she "dunno."

I visited your store located at 2327 O'Neal Lane, Baton Rouge, LA. (Store # 05617) on 7/3/2008, placed my order at 3:03 PM and was not served until 3: 25 PM. My order consisted of a # 2 (Double Whopper, fries & a drink). Two customers, a grandmother with her grandson and a family of five, were ahead of me but they also had very simple orders. No management seemed to be present until after I received my order. Two customers entered after I was served but left after waiting several minutes at the counter without any response from the employee. All trash cans were overflowing, the floors in the dining area were filthy but no one bothered to come out from behind the counter to address these issues. You have a good product but no means to provide service to the customer.

My husband and I visited Burger king tonight which is Sat. night the 23rd of Aug, and was real dissapointed about the service we received while there. First the cashier was having to wait on a manager to come void off an order but we wasn't told anything of why we were having to wait, until I ask what was the holdup on the register. The manager didn't appologize either for the wait we had. After that we had to wait for our order longer cuz the cashier didn't get our order right. He had no personality and politeness of being up front where the main people ( the customers) are noticing his behavior. As far as the food, it was good, but the service was terrible. The guy running the regester was named John.

My name is Tabatha Herzog andwhen I go to my usual Burger King on13 mile and Schoenherr things haven't been so nice. The night time manager is horrible. The last time I went in there all he did was scream at his employees. The place was horribly pack and all he did was sit on his phone in the back room and smoke, which I don't think is very sanitary or healthy. I was not thrilled that my children had to hear this man scream at his workers and tell then they were trash and not fast enough. Not very good work ethic if I may say so.

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Waited for 2-3 minutes at the counter and decided to sit down and wait. Well, the wait was another 7 minutes. I go impatient, went to the counter and asked for my money back. The cashier asked the manager to give my refund. It took the manager 4-5 minutes to come . Finally she made it to the front, didn't care to know what the problem was, never apologised and almost threw my money to the floor. Burger King can do better!

Extremely slow service. Everytime I visit this location, I am asked to pull up out of the drive thru line and that someone will bring my food to me. This happens even if I am the only one in line. I have never received my food in less than 10 minutes.

this has become so aggrivating that I am no longer going to visit this location. Instead, I will visit, Mcdonlds, Wendy's or Taco Bell.

This isn't only about the 42nd street Burger King, but all the Burger Kings in the greater Omaha Metro area. The owners of this franchise have to be the cheapest people on the planet. This will probably come off as petty, but when I pay for a King Size upgrade, I expect that the fries or tots that I get for the extra cash should fill or overflow the container in which they are placed. That used to be the way it was, but in the last 2 years, I have come to expect that the only thing upgraded is the beverage and if you use the drive thru, expect to be thoroughly dissapointed in the quantity of fries and tots you will get. I pay the extra money you ask, so why do you short change me on product. When I ask them if that is what they consider to be full, they act like I should be gratefull I got any, and I should thank them for not giving me what I pay for. I'm sure I can't be the only person that has gotten fed up with this. I have had enough, I am done for good going to Burger King and will not take my family there anymore. It's during economic times like we have now, that GOOD QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCT are so important and can distance yourself from competitors, but instead, Burger King has decided to go the miserly cheap way and gouge the customer even more.

I will try to make it short.

Used the Drive Thru.

Ordered a Large #1(Whopper Value Meal) with a Sprite, and a 4 pc. chicken tender w/no sauce.

After paying for food, I was asked to pull forward and wait, as always. Typically this is not a huge concern of mine. After all, it is just fast food.

Employee named Jenn who asked me to pull forward, then proceeded to take a 5 minute cigarette break where I watched her smoke 2 cigarettes. I am still waiting. She tells me I am waiting for fries. Maybe it is just me, but are fries not most likely there #1 item on the menu that should always be readily available. None the less, it is still just fast food, I should relax.

After waiting a few more minutes I begin to wonder. I then watch Jenn finish her break and proceed to go back into her workplace. I had a strange feeling no one knew I was outside waiting for food, and that Jenn might just feel free to go and touch someone else's food without washing her cigarette smoke infested hands. She should remember, that is her disgusting habit, not mine.

As it turns out, I was right.

I get out of my car after almost 12 minutes of waiting, enter the restaurant, and watch as Jenn starts grabbing other customer's food, and placing it in their bags. I immediately grab someone, explain I want my money back and I am no longer hungry. Response from cook... "Are you waiting for something?" Of course my response was that I was waiting for something, now I am waiting for something different, just waiting for my money back.

This situation was going no where good, anytime soon. As I am again just waiting for someone to refund me my 8 dollars, another customer comes up who only received a Whopper, where he wanted a Double Whopper.

All associates at this point are non-responsive, completely comatose, and absolutely unwilling to help me rsolve my simple issue. I finally have no choice but to ask the Managers name. I let Jenn know that she can keep my money, keep their food, and that I will be back at a later date when someone has the opportunity to take care of me.

This is not the first time here, but it will be the last. Very unfortunate that a few ignorant, lazy individuals, can make me take more of my time, to complain about them, when ultimately nothing is going to get done anyway.

Hopeless,
Ian Fleury

We have been going to this store for several years but the last few years have been mostly bad experiences. Out of soda, grill down, wrong food items, dirty soda fountain, filthy restroom, out of napkins, no ketchup, etc. come on any company should be aware of these repeated problems and fix them. Guess I need to learn to like fried burgers at the competition.

On Nov 01, 2009 at 1045 a.m. I visited a Burger King in Hope Mills NC, at 3012 Hope Mills Rd. I was refused the opportunity to purchase from the lunch menu. Reason given by cashier is her supervisor told her to let me know she was not ready. So, I stated I was willing to place my order and wait. I was then refused again to be given that option. I ask to speak with the manager and she refuse to come to the front counter. I then ask for her name, she simply sent a message stating her name was Wykia. I then ask for a last name or spell the first name. I was told all I needed to know was Wykia. I am not sure if the spelling is correct, I found this to be very poor business management. Service was due by a particular time, and when it was not available no explanation was given. Only a statement of "you can buy from the a.m. menu or not by the manager". If the manager has an business attitude of this nature, what type of influence will this be on the employees to follow her lead. This has help me to re-evaluate eating at Burger King. I hope this manager will receive some education in Business etiquette.

Six of us go to this Burger King and and a friend of ours was feeding us for helping him move. We noticed it was getting late and decided to go in and order since there was six of us and take our food to go. However when we walked in the dinning room the girl approaches us and says the dinning room is closed already. It wasn't 10:00 yet and I said "I'ts not 10:00 yet". And she replies "yeah but our manager tells us to close at 9:50." (When we do get home with our food the reciept says 9:49. And that was after all the arguing!) So I told her "Fine I want to speak to your manager." Then the girl behind the counter goes "I'm sorry whats wrong?" And I tell her the same thing and that I worked fast food for 4 years and 2 as a manager" She gets an attitude with me too and finnally the manager comes up and asks whats wrong I tell him its not 10:00 yet! He says its fine and to take our order and walks off. Working fast food of course when I get home i check my food and everyone elses. Everone elses was fine but mine was soggy and nasty...And looked as though someone spit in it! On top of that I can't even get ahold of anyone for after hours complaints! I'll never eat at another Burger King again!

I drive alot and visit MANY fast food restaurants. One restaurant I visit on occasion usually cause I'm sick of everything else is Burger King. I have noticed at Every visit that their service is lacking and by the time I get the food it is usually COLD or is incorrect. How can we tell Burger King that they need to shape up...I mean come on - McDonalds can get people through the Drive through or at the counter WAY faster, make more food and has better service...BK is way behind the times. Today I stopped in to a local BK (Store 11440) and the gal at the window moved so slow that I wondered if I'd ever get my food...from opening the drive through window to getting my card, walking to the cc machine and then putting my card in the CC machine and getting the receipt and walking back to the window, opening the window and sloooowwwwlllllllyyyyyy giving my card back...I was appalled...I would have had this person fired for working like that. Then after waiting for another 5 minutes at the window this guy flies up to the window from inside and QUICKLY hands me my food and was polite and actually talked! - and I was like, wow, this guy should be the manager and they need about 10 more like him here...they could totally turn BK around...! Anyway, I wanted to point out that this isn't the only Burger King I've been to and that they all could use some pointers in the Customer Service Deparment - so, my thing lately is that Free Whopper you can get my doing the survey, yeah, I actually do those and tell them their service sucks...so, come on guys, do the survey, get a free burger and tell them how their service really is.

I live 5 miles from the buger king in hadley ma. I drove there twice in one week, and both times they forgot something from my take out order. I went back to speek with the manager. She opoligized for the mistake and wrote my name in the managers book. She explained that I could return any time and recieve my order again at no charge. So I went in today to recieve the food. The girl at the counter acted very put out by my request. She called on the manager that was on duty to help me. She went into the back to retrieve the book. When she came back she asked when this happend, I replied last week so she went to get a different book. She came back and said my name was not there. Now there was a very big backup on the line waiting to order, this made me uncomfortable. The manager now said I was not in any book. I watched the previos week when the manager put my name and order in the book! This manager now asked what was your complaint? I explained that I did not want to have to relive it again I was just looking for what I was promised. Again she said you are not in any book so I can not help you. I was very embaressed at this point, because the entire restaurant was looking at me now, and I did not bring any money because I did't think I would need it. I had to at this point leeve and go home for money for lunch. I took that money to the place I will be going from now on Mcdonalds!

I'm not normally one to complain. But I believe that people need to know this.

At approximately 8:15 am on November 21, 2010, I pulled into the drive-thru at Burger King, 181 South Broadway, Salem, NH [protected]. There were no cars ahead of me or behind me. In fact, I don't believe there were any patrons in the establishment at the time either since there were only one or two cars in the parking lot. I assumed that they belonged to the workers.

I placed my order which included a cup of decaf coffee. I pulled around to the window, paid, then was told by a guy working there that the coffee was brewing. He asked me to pull all the way around the building again or at least pull up so I was off his timer. I said that that's what timers are for, to see how long it takes to fill an order. I asked if there was anyone behind me. He said no. So, I told him I'd just wait at the window where I was. I didn't get his name.

Next the woman working there, Donna (at least that's what her name tag reflected), again, and more emphatically told me that I needed to pull over and park. There were still no other patrons behind me. She was getting pretty rude about it and stated it was within her right to make me move. So I told her that I'd just like my money back. She returned my money. I said that I needed her and his names to make a complaint. She refused, slammed the drive-thru window and locked it.

I went down the street to McDonald's, was treated great, and had my order very quickly.

Maybe it was just stupidity on my part for going to a Burger King that had no customers when the McDonald's down the street was, and always is, busy. However, it doesn't surprise me that this Burger King isn't busy when people are treated as I was.

To the potential patrons of this establishment, I'm merely reiterating my experience.

To the store manager/owner/whatever, I'm guessing that these two were not acting independently and have been instructed to keep the wait-time down. But inconveniencing and being rude to customers shouldn't be the way to do it. I'd recommend keeping the wait-time down by being prepared and properly trained.

To the Burger King management and leadership team above the store manager level, I'd offer that you have a problem here that needs to be addressed.

Thats terrible, maybe the staff should use an alarm clock so they get to work on time and the grill will then be on at the correct time so they can serve the customers.

It took a total of 15 minutes to get my order. The people at the drive-thru were uncourteous. They told to pull up to wait for my order. My biscuits & gravy were not to my satisfaction when I got home. Very little gravy. One other time, they substituted bacon instead of sausage.

Booty is Booty?! What kind of sick advertizing guru did you people hire?! Sponge Bob is a kids cartoon characture for crying out loud! This is no way to sell your burgers to adults or children. The service is slow but the usual excuse for this has always been 'because we make it your way when you order it'. If you can stand the 10 minutes in the drive thru the food is good, just don't be in a hurry for fast food. Get back to the real world we all live in Burger King.

I totally agree. In Fort Worth, TX there is a store #12033 where everyone there speaks spanish and they not only mess us your orders because of it they can't even understand you when you place your orders. I have even been told that the manager has told workers that don't speak English that they need to learn it in order to work with the other workers. How stupid is that. This is not Mexico, this is Fort Worth, TX for heavens sakes! All I can say is that Burger King should close down and never open their doors if this is all they can hire. I will never go to another one of their stores. I don't even care if their food is good.

You know you can't get good service from a resaurant that has no self esteem. BK is nasty. The ads are inexcusable. Sponge Bob was the ultimate of sick. The ads have gone frome the neat King and the kids got a crown to peeping in the windows at women. then the hiring of a 'hit man'. then the Jr. burger ! telling the dad to 'get your head out of your bun' ! What is that all about. SICK. then 'burgers on the run from the law'! Another youth inspiring ad. Now 'Booty is Booty' one servey shows about 35 to 40% hating your ads. Well those are the parents and grandparents who will take our youth to BK. Just the young 20 to 25 yr olds will have any thing to do with you. Untill they have children. Then they will want to teach them values. Some thing BK does not have.

Visited Akron Ohio Burger King on W. Market Street. Son and I redemming "Fried to be Wise" coupons. Ordered a value fry and an Icee. When arrived at cash register to pick up, somehow the order was taken and input incorrectly. Male cashier yelled " Value Fry?" I recieved my order. Then again yelled "Another Value Fry". Explained to him order was incorrect and needed an Icee. Cashier proceeded to make the comment "You people..." and then yelled at my 13 year old son "What Flavor? WHAT FLAVOR?" I asked him if he always yelled at his customers? He then slammed my sons Iceee on the counter causing the contents to fly. Took everything in my poer to not jump the counter and show this M*#$@%%%% F!@#$%^& a thing or two!. Told Manager on duty who overheard the whole thing. He gave me the District managers # and an apology. Two customers behind me also heard and offered their phone # in case I needed witnesses. District manager called never called me back, I had to call him, the BK office, and Carrols Corp several times as well as leave a complaint on their website before I finally got a hold of him. He claims tried calling me several times. Whan I called the BK office again and talked to Kevin the reseraunt manger he stated he disiplined the ### and that "What did I want?...money? Hell yes I want $$$$$ or coupons or something. After all this, no compensation, no coupons, just an apology from the district manager. I will NEVER EAT AT A BURGER KING EVER AGAIN. THESE PIECE OF S$$$ EMPLOYEES I WOULDNT HIRE TO CLEAN S%^& OF MY SHOES!

Only if the food in question is RAW dumb ###. Salmonella and other bacteria are killed in the cooking process. If you take a cooking class, you'll learn this ### and maybe you won't HAVE to go to BK on a daily basis.

Dumb ###.

My sister and I decided to go to Burger King for a hambuger and a chicken burger while I was waiting for my order I noticed three gentlemen in the back making my food. I also notice none of them had gloves on I asked the young waitress if they were suppose to handle food without gloves and her reply was" They only have to wash there hands every Hour." which totally discussed me. Then I notice another gentlemen enter the kitchen so there were four there as I was watching them grab my bacon for the chicken burger they passed it along to two gentlemen before it reached my burger totally discussed me and quess what I will not be going back for a very long time until they clean up their act. they were all handling my food passing it along to each other without gloves totally sickening I know if you handle hamburg then touch chicken at the same time without washing or wearing gloves it is contaminated what if I was allergic to hamburg He actually used his hand to grab the bacon off the grill instead of using tongs.

When I got home I had no chicken fries & my husband got 2 Whopper Jr & I got my grandson a Hamburger kids meal. When he unwrapped it I had a Whopper Jr on a Whopper bun Or some kind of bun> I think they should of informed us that they were out of Whopper Jr buns & gave us another option. So when I went in the next day they just made an excuse.
