Burger King the service was bad and the manger was reeking of marijuana

I order my food the costumer service woman spoke very politely her name was sha and was asking for fresh fries for almost five minute's there was yelling between the manager and another employee nobody was listing to each other ii got my food after 10 mins when I go thru drive there's usallly a disrespectful Mexican girl and they drop a medal thing out of the window and tell you to wait

Burger King bad service and lack of inventory

I love burger king food. I drive all the way across town to eat at burger king even do I live next to McDonalds. But that will never happen again. This complaint is specifically for the burger king in Whiteville N.C. They have bad service. they cut u off when ordering to say is that all like they rushing you. They never have sauce. I ordered onion rings and they didn't have the decency to tell me they was out of sauce . same with salad how can u allow someone to order salad and know u don't have dressing and this happens all the time. I could go on and on. I don't eat there any more. They broke me when I found a long strand of blond hair in my burger. That sickened me! If I deiced I want burger king I ride to the next town over Chadbourn N.C . I don't care what nobody has to say about them they service is great and food is wonderful

Burger King I am complaining about the service and the lack of inventory

Hello my name is Dedric Carpenter and I recently had a bad experience at one of your locations in Detroit Michigan. To be exact the location on 18021 Kelly road. I'm not a big fan of Burger King to begin with but I had began to come around because I had a burger from a location in Birmingham and it was really good. I thought that I should give it a try closer to my home. On more than one occasion that I visited this location they have had problems with their inventory. There was never a time when I went where they had exactly what I wanted. There was even a time when I went where the girls were down and they could only serve fries. I believe that this is very unacceptable. On top of not having what you specialize in the people are always rude with bad attitudes. On February 26 was my most recent visit and I had the cashier named Joanna I though that she was very rude and she also messed up my order. I pulled up to the window she took my cash and then asked my very rudely to move back before the pole I'm not sure why and I was not given a reason as to why. I really believe that this location can use a new staff and someone who knows how to order inventory correct I would like to get a correct burger and be able to get what I came for. I do understand that sometimes it happens but this is just to often.

Burger King rude employees, bad service

I made the mistake of giving this BK another chance tonight at 14340 15th Ave NE Seattle, after previously having bad, soggy, lukewarm burgers, cardboard fries, getting the wrong sauce at least twice. But it's the only fast food restaurant on the road I drive several times a day. Well today, I was assaulted at the drive through by a stupid BK employee lighting up a cigarette. When I asked him to move back (I have asthma), he told me to go away instead and flipped me off! Can you believe it? The guy at the window apologized when I told him, but they once again gave me the wrong sauce! This place sucks! I am never going back. ####.

Burger King not being able to order food at 11:45 when drive thru closes at 12:00 am

I wanted to order from the drive thru at 11:45pm when it close's at 12:00am. The location was the Beaverton Oregon location on canyon rd located next to the Beaverton Fred Myers. The worker a blonde lady named Victoria told me she was getting her vents cleaned and that once every 6 months they closed early for that cleaning. I don't know if this is true because I have been coming to Burger King for many years and have never had this issue.

Those things are only supposed to be handled before or after operating hours. If there is any inventory or operations that need to be done during store hours they need to still have people available to take orders and prepare food until closing time. 12:00am!

Burger King customer service

We love Burger King! Sadly, today's experience was not acceptable. We were traveling and about 5:40 p.m., we pulled through the drive-thru at Burger King on Antilley Road in Abilene, Texas. I noticed a sign in the front window that read, "Whopper Jr. Deal $3.99". That is what I ordered. When we pulled through to pay, the young lady said, "That'll be $5.28." I stated that I had intended to order the "Whopper Jr. Deal for $3.99", and she said, "If you want that deal, it comes with chicken nuggets instead of a burger. Is that what you want?" I said, "Well, there's a picture of the deal on your front window that shows a burger and states "Whopper Jr. Deal $3.99". She repeated that if I wanted that deal, it would be a chicken nugget meal. Because we were needing to reach our destination soon, I just said, "That's ok -- I'll just take this." She stated, "That'll be $5.28." She was blunt and clearly not in a mood to offer good customer service, and I don't believe she knew or cared what the sign in the front window said. We paid, and without handing us a receipt or attaching it to the sack, the young lady shut the window and began taking the next drive thru order -- so we left. To add to that -- my burger was very cold - the meat wasn't even the least bit warm, the lettuce was wilted, and the bread was soggy on one end and dried hard on the other. I ate about three bites and threw the rest away. Had we not been pressed for time, I would have gone back, asked for a manager to look up our order for a receipt, and requested a refund.

I'll repeat that we love Burger King. Both my husband and I are typically very positive, easy to please, people. Since we both retired, we take frequent road trips, and we attend many events that our grandchildren are involved in. Burger King is usually a favorite stop for us. This location in particular is close to our home, and I want it to be a favorite. However, this is actually three times that we've been very disappointed for various reasons, and our daughter shared another recent incident at this location that has convinced her to simply not go there anymore. This is a shame because this Burger King is at a prime location and is across the street from a hospital. There is every opportunity for exceptional performance from this location.

As far as a resolution (which is asked for in your website instructions), I'm not really asking for anything. I just know that this is not the kind of service or employee interaction that would make Burger King proud. I've never worked in the fast food industry, and I've never been a "mystery shopper" for anyone, but I would re-visit this location in that context with hopes that I could report a much better experience next time. Other than that, I have no reason to go there again.

Burger King service and food in oshkosh wisconsin. main street

I went to burger king on saturday january. 21st. .2017. I ordered 24.95 worth of food. There were 2 number 8's value meals.. The chicken sands (Long ones) 1 was plain and other no lettuce xtra mayo. Got home.. Lettuce and xtra mayo on both and my daughter is alergic to mayo. I called immediately. . They put me in book for 2 value meals credit. Went yesterday to get my credit value meals.. Ordered same exact thing.. This time I got 2 total different chicken sandwiches with heavy mayo n cheese n pickles on them. I called again to complain.. Wrote me down in book again.. I just went again.. I checked both sandwiches at counter.. Both were wrong for 3rd time ! The manager marcus was really rude to me.. They were all rude n un professional. I got no apology for having to go back n forth 3x or anything! I normally go there faithfully 3x a week. I feel for inconvenience of going back n forth 3x I should be compensated with coupons. This was a huge mistake. I can see 1x but 3x n than be rude about it is totally wrong n un professional. Angie ewald.. .226 west 7th avenue apt. A. Oshkosh wisconsin. 54902... [protected]. Burger King homestyle burger

Jan. 24th I tried your new Homestyle cheese burger. The Burger was ok but not a homestyle, and way over priced.This burger should be on your 99cent menu no way is it worth over $5.00.I bought this burger at 2005 Huntington Dr. Fairfield Ca. 94533 As for the burger it self there was not any onions or much of any thing else on it and the bun was old and dry. I do not think i will order this burger any time soon

Burger King poor service

On tuesday, january 24, 2017 at 6:45 am I visited the burger king located at 1524 6th ave s, birmingham, al 35233 to order breakfast. I was greeted by someone who was taking orders at the drive-through window and at the counter inside where I was waiting. There appeared to be only two employees working at the time: the person taking orders and one other person preparing food orders.
There was only one other person ahead of me in line at the counter, yet it took 12 minutes to receive my order. I was given a coffee cup for my coffee order without being given instructions as to which coffee pot was regular and which was decaffeinated; I had to ask for a creamer, which was underneath another container so I could not see the creamers; and I had to ask for a to-go lid for the cup.
My complaint is that it took so long to receive my order and that I was not helped until I asked for it.In addition, neither employee seemed to be in a hurry at all; in fact, they both acted very slowly as if no customers were present.

Burger King having to go to food counter to get coffee

we are a group of senior citizens x military and x law enforcement, a group of approx. 15 that eat breakfast at least 5 out of seven days a week at the burger king 851 warren drive warner robins ga. #15731. we now have to go up to the food counter and wait for a refill of coffee. we were just going over to the coffee pot getting our coffee and sitting back down. this puts a burden on the burger king employee and the person getting the refill. expecially if the burger king employee is busy doing other job tasks.

Burger King horrible services and rudeness overall

1/16/17 My family & I was visiting from out of town and we stopped by to have lunch. Our service was not good experience as the crews and manger were very rude and lazy. The service was horrible and not so friendly employees and manager. My family said that they will never go back to eat there again. The cleanliness overall horrible! Zero stars!

Burger King the burger king in, king nc / manager

Went to the store on saturday 1/14/17 ordered gave me the total and when I got up to window it was close. So I ask to see manager. She came to the door and she was talking to me like I was stupid. Told me I needed to leave and find another place to eat. So I have contacted all my friends and that is about 100 familys that will not be buying from that burger king. If you have that kind of managers at other areas you want be in the profits long. Eddy skyles [protected]

Burger King staff

Staff at the location of 4861 Burger King which is located on Wilson way in Stockton California at around 2 o'clock on January 17 was completely rude. While taking my order from the drive-through person working the drive-through was talking and giving directions to other coworkers inside the facility so as I was ordering I'm hearing somebody yell. This resorted in my order being wrong I had to take the time to circle back into the parking lot go back into the store get another hamburger and when I got to the car that one was made wrong too. The girl behind the counter kept on pulling her cell phone out to check it I think this is very unprofessional.

Burger King service

I used the drive thru because the lobby was already locked and all the lights in the lobby were out but I was only 9pm on a Saturday (1/14/17) night. I pulled into the drive thru and those lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot. I get to the speaker box and I am told the only food available are chicken sandwiches...nothing else and then she turns off speaker before I could ask if they add drinks or fries so we left. I don't usually go to this BK store #3649 in Kansas City, MO because they never get our orders right and the employees are rude and sarcastic but it was close to where I was that evening. I thought you should know. on the other hand the new BK which opened in Boardwalk square in Kansas City, MO is the best. Good food, good and polite workers and excellent customer service. I am using this site to complain because when you go to BK main site and click on any of the contact links they DO NO WORK.

Burger King managers

Store 3400 has no compassion for their employees my supervisor Denise Montoya and Georgia Castillo have not corporated with my requests for my check stubs verification of employment. This request was for New Mexico Crime Victims Reparation Commission. Denise told my parents today 01/11/2017 that she mailed the letter to We Care in California. I am unable to go myself since I am in a rehabilitation for my depression since my assault. I cannot believe that not one person that I work for could not contact me at all and I have called everyday since December 8th 2016. Maybe someone will hear me out. [protected]

Burger King bad customer service 1-10-16 store # 990

We just went through the drive through at store # 990 in tampa, florida. I am extremely upset as I did my order and the girl at the window didn't get it right. I had to repeat my order as she didn't even pay attention. I believe she was either on her cell phone or distracted by other customers in the restaurant, What ever the case was it was bad. First of all, I had a coupon for 2 whopper jr's and 2 fries right. one whopper Jr should have had cheese and substitute one fry for a small order of onion rings of which I did get charged extra (.25) I didn't get my onion rings and I didn't get my cheese. by the way I also ordered a # 9 large. that was ok.

Burger King order is repeatedly wrong

The last 2 times I have visited store 4187 in ann arbor my order has been wrong. I used the drive thru so it wasn't discovered until I got back to work. The 1st time I ordered a meal (Going large) - I got a large pop and a small fry. The whole reason I ordered large was because I wanted lots of fries that day. Today I went and again ordered a large meal asking for cheese on my bun (I paid for it and got none) i'm vegetarian so all I got was a plain bun with veggies, not very appetizing. The order taker even recited my order back as I had asked for the meat on the side for my dog and cheese on the bun because I eat the sandwich. So, my order was clear and confirmed. I like burger king but i'm getting more and more disappointed by the fact I keep paying for things I never get. Another time the pop was so carbonated I couldn't even drink it and had to throw the entire drink away. I typically don't spend the time to complain but it keeps repeatedly happening. Thank you.

Burger King poor service, rude employee, dirty employees, order not filled correctly

Burger king #14960, great lakes travel plaza. Worst service i've encountered in years. Placed order with shawn. I asked if I wait there and he just kind of pointed to his left for pick-up, not really into his job or customer relations I guess. I waited for my order while the two ladies preparing the order discussed their problems at home regarding ones husband. The order filler's clothes were disgusting! Her pants, from the rear were filthy, they looked as if she had been sliding down a muddy hill. When she turned around her shirt was dirty, greasy and worse than her pants. Not the type of person I wanted to fill my order, let alone touch my food. After she gave me my food I asked where my drink was and she said pick it up from shawn. I went back to shawn who gave me my cup and apologized for forgetting to give it to me when I ordered. I went to my table and discovered that there were no fries as ordered and paid for. I went back to shawn, who wasn't there at this time and explained the problem to his co-worker. This guy just looked at me, walked over and filled a bag with fries, handed it to me and walked away, nothing said. At this point I really didn't want any of your food so I threw it in the trash and went to the kfc in the next booth. I travel this route often to see family. Never again will I do business at your burger king!

Burger King attitude of server

Yesterday (12/26/16), I went to the Burger King by my house (703 W Seminary Dr. Ft. Worth TX Store # 22182). I go here often! While there today, I ordered 30 chicken nuggets. The girl gave me 4 sauces. I asked for more and she said she could not give me anymore. She said if she did give me more she would have to charge me. I think it is unreasonable to think that 4 sauces is enough for 30 nuggets. As much business as I give to this place, I think they would be willing to give me enough sauce packets to cover my nuggets.

Burger King unethical work habits

My coworkers and I walked over to the Burger King on Kings Hwy in Shreveport, La. At 9pm as we walked to the door, the worker walked to the door and locked all the doors. I called inside and after a 15 minutes of attempting to get them to answer the phone. The manager answers the phone and says that they close at 10 pm. I also informed her that this has happened several times before. She seemed to be shocked to know all doors were locked although she was inside of the building. I am very unsatisfied with the work performance of this company. Workers are on their phones majority of the time, cursing and sitting outside and no one is inside to take orders.
