Burger King customer service

I'm over here at burger king in san clemente... Um no not san clemente, i'm sorry, I live in san clemente, I am in laguna niguel that's where i'm at. I am at a drive thru right now. I ordered my food 3 times. They are mopping the floor inside and I understand they are busy... They are not even busy, i've been the only car here. I asked them 4 different times to make me a western barbecue burger. She keeps giving me a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion. I said I am not leaving, I want a western burger. Because I just picked my kids up from taekwondo, they are hungry, i'm on my way home and I live in san clemente. She gave me another hamburger, it's wrong. I said 4 times... She said can you go out and park in front and I said no, I want my hamburger done right. So the lady went up to the manager, she came up and said do you want your money back? I saiud no, I want my hamburger, my kids are hungry and I have to jump on that 12 freeway. I said I am not leaving this spot and I will call the police because I want my burger done righ. Now is that so hard? She did come up and I said, can I please have my western burger. She said i'm not dealing with you and she walked away. Because they are mopping the floor and it's all full of suds and they just don't want to through there.

I was at the Mt Hermon rd Burger king. I asked three times for my order to be king sized and must have repeated my order 5 times. When I got to the window they asked what my order was I told them. Number 1 they didnot have it king sized and wanted me to pay the difference when I told them I had asked a few times for it to be king sized. I asked for no iced in my coke. They repeated that but still had ice in my coke. They need people that can get orders right at the window. I also was waiting for about 10 minutes for all of this to transpire. I should have still recieved my order king size. It was not my fault that they get things screwed up. I will not be going back any time soon that is for sure. My friends will be made aware of this episode.

The employee at Buger King at 6190 Michigan Ave. Ypsilanti, MI. 78197/ Female, caucasian, black hair, 5.5 tall in her 20's. This employee refused to accept a coupon that the company is offering. But, the problem was the way that she talked to me. She raised her voice. She talked in a rude way. I was never been treated this way. Also, she was whispeering with another employee afroamerican male. she kept saying laughing, "Have a good day", several time after I told her that I will send a report to the company. For sure I will go not be back this restaurant. I will talk to my friends and relatives this ugly experience that I had there. No longer a Customer.

I lost the bet for dinner and off to Burger King I went. After ordering $27.44 in food in the drive thru, I get home to see that they forgot MY sandwich. My husband took the receipt and went to retrieve my sandwich after I called them and let them know we were coming to get it. When my husband returned home they were kind of enough to throw in a large fry for our inconvenience. That was nice. I opened my sandwich and it was wrong! I took it all the way back down to the store and they refunded my money for my SANDWICH. Now, I don't expect much nor did I get ignorant with anyone, I do however feel that after 2 trips down there that I should have gotten more than $3.xx for my time and inconvenience, as the manager told me that was all she could do for me. I never asked for any more than that. There are always going to be mistakes, but for those that keep going there should be a little more thrown in!

I went to your store located on Goldenrod and curry ford road in orlando florida, 32822. I went to the drive through, I did not recieve my bacon double cheese burger that came with my meal. My husband went inside with the bag and reciept to show them that they did not give it to us. the manager did not believe him and gave him a hard time. well, they gave him the burger but when I checked, it was a whopper Jr. so I went back inside again and showed it to them. the man had told me that is how it came, which was not! I went to walk out with the hamburger because he wanted to argue with me about it. as I walk away it fell out of my hand and all the workers, including the manager at the time started to laugh. They did not even fix my order or replaice it when they were wrong in the first place. I have been there before with the same manager and have had similar problems with my order. They are very un-professional and act like they are under the influence of drugs. I have worked in the food service field and know that what they did was absolutely un-called for! I will never eat at another burger King for these peoples actions and expect someone to take care of there lack of customer service. my email adress is richie_kristi@yahoo.com and my phone # is [protected]. I would like to speak to a corporate manager for this location. thankyou.

Saturday February 20th I took my son on our first father-son outing to the Motorama event in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. It was a fairly long trip for a 4 year old but he wasn’t totally melted down by the time we arrived at the Agricultural Center on North Cameron Street just off of US 81.

We parked in the Go-Kart parking lot just across the street and headed inside for a full day of looking at cars, watching bicycle demonstrations, as well as plenty of head to head racing in all sorts of different motorsport events. It was a long day for both of us and we wrapped it up around 7:15pm. After a little coaxing on my part we made it out of the building without too much complaining on his part. The moment we pulled out of the parking lot I heard what every parent of a toddler has heard moments after leaving anywhere. “I have to use the potty!” was the grumble in the back seat, and it couldn’t wait. Luckily for me as soon as I turned out onto North Cameron Street there was a Burger King just past the next stop light. Thank goodness.

I pulled in to the lot, unstrapped his car seat and we made it in before his bladder erupted. Our short pit stop seemed like the perfect time to sit down and have a bite to eat. I had hoped for something a bit better than fast food since we had already had “event” food for lunch but convenience won and we stayed.

The lobby was fairly crowded with other people filing out of the Arena across the street as well as some chatter from a boisterous man talking about his run in with a state trooper that day. After the man in front of me ordered four or five separate meals for his friends still stuck wherever he worked I made my order. The cashier was just about off of her shift and she made it clear that her ride would be rather upset if she couldn’t leave in “a few seconds.” She took my order, forgot to give me my cups, and before my son could decide which toy he wanted we had our order. We would have been in our seats from the counter but had to wait for the manager to get some large lids as there were none next to the soda machine.

My son’s new trick to eating is to have a race so he proceeded to scarf down his food all while telling me to slow down. He was done his fries and half way through his nuggets before I could even have a chance to catch up. It was almost a tie but I had a couple of fries left so he was the clear winner. After a few tries of the newest wind up toy I decided to head off to our hotel for the night. Wesley was tired, I was tired and it had been a long day.

I cleared our table, tossed our bags into the trash and headed out to the parking lot. It was nearly empty. The only cars there were a cab and a minivan with people sitting in it listening to music. My car was gone! Confused, I walked around the front of the restaurant just to be sure I wasn’t losing my mind. Wes was just as confused and was asking where our car was. I didn’t know. I looked on the light post and there was a sign that said all unauthorized cars would be towed to Hutch’s Towing at the owners expense. I was in the restaurant for less than a half an hour. At 8:17pm I called Hutch’s towing on a whim. We were standing outside next to the sign so I could get the phone number off of it. Sure enough they had my car.
Wes was standing next to me in tears. His stuffed dog ‘Bolt’ and both of our overnight bags were in a towing lot somewhere in Harrisburg. I went back inside to confront the manager about why my car had been towed. Steve, the on duty manager, informed me that they had a full lot with no customers earlier in the day and the General Manager had a contract with Hutch’s towing to remove the cars on the lot throughout the day. He told me that they normally announce to the lobby that they are towing out and if anyone is parked out there they should speak up. I had heard no announcement, no one asked me if I was parked on the lot, and yet my car was gone. The voice on the other end of the phone at Hutch’s said they towed out around 8:00pm. I told him I was in the store at that time. He then informed me that his drivers follow strict rules to announce in the lobbies, check the bathrooms and to see if anyone has a car parked before he tows out. If no one speaks up all the cars go. The time on my receipt showed 7:51pm. I was there. The manager said I should show the towing company the receipt and plead that it was towed in error. He, however, would not call and admit the mistake to the towing company. I asked him who could rectify the situation and he said to try back the following day and that he would leave a report for the next manager. Supposedly the General Manager wasn’t even there at the time of my incident, yet he was the one that placed the call to have cars towed and was the only one who could fix it when he was next at the location. He then gave me directions on where me and my 4 year old son could walk to get to the towing lot because it was “only” two blocks up the street.

According to Weather.com it was a balmy 30 degrees farenheit that night. Not exactly ideal conditions to send a man and his four year old son out in due to a mistake neither were responsible for. Steve told me that I would have to straighten it out with the towing company and if I didn’t like their answer that I should call the police. He maintained a compassionate tone but was less than helpful. All the while my son was next to me sobbing and the lobby was no doubt focused on our exchange. Before I left it was clear to me that I was not going to be reimbursed for their mistake.

On the walk to the towing company I tried to move as fast as I could to keep warm. If you’ve ever been on North Cameron Street you’ll know that it is a business section and not very well lit but it is a main route. Plenty of traffic, plenty of puddles from a recent snow, and plenty of patches of ice along the way. I spent the entire walk there on the phone pleading with the guy, who still remains nameless, at Hutch’s towing that it was towed in error and I had a receipt to prove I was in the lobby when his driver supposedly announced he was towing cars out. He adamantly stated over and over that his drivers follow strict rules and there is no way I was there. I entered the small office where he and his team of drivers stood and offered no option but for me to pay for my car to be released. My receipt meant nothing to them and he said I would have to take it up with Burger King as they called him to remove the cars. I gave him Steve’s name and asked that they called but he only said that I needed $135 and a valid drivers license. That was his only reply from then on out.

What is a father to do? Walk back to the store in 30 degree weather with a still sobbing toddler and try again to deal with a manager that has no power to do anything but refer me to a nameless General Manager or pay the fee, get my car and my possessions and try to regroup at the hotel. It was after 9pm at this point and my nerves were shot, my son was in no shape to even be in a towing office and we were too far from home to put up any kind of a fight. I paid the fee, hopped in my car, which still had my parking tab from the Go-Kart lot and drove off to the hotel.

My wife had heard of the situation and had called Steve to try and get more information while I retrieved the car and she was confident she would hear from him later in the night as he was on duty until 2am. We agreed that Wes and I should get some sleep and see what happens when Steve calls back with whatever information he could offer. He contacted my wife at 11:00pm with the customer satisfaction phone number and I decided I would try it out the following day.

My son and I attended the second day of the Motorama event and again parked in the Go-Kart lot. Oddly enough I drove past the same Burger King on the way in and there was a tow truck already there from Hutch’s towing. I wouldn’t be the last car towed out that’s for sure. Wesley and I had another fantastic day of watching racing, playing games, and making memories. He asked me several time through out the day why the man took my car and I could see that it was still on his mind and I answered him as best I could and tried to change the subject. I didn’t want him worried that we wouldn’t have a car when we left the show. After 6 hours of cars and racing we left to head home around 3:00pm. I decided to wait until I was home to call the store again as Wesley was asleep in the car before I could get out of the Go-Kart lot. Besides, I had the customer service line and it was Sunday. I doubted they would be open.

We were home around 5:00pm and I immediately pulled out my receipt, tow bill, and the phone number of customer satisfaction. Turns out Steve gave me the phone number off of the back of the receipt that directed me to a phone survey about my visit. Needless to say I was less than pleased but took the entire 11 minute survey and answered it honestly. I hope they get the score!

I then contacted the store again to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated and to talk to the general manager. Harvey was too busy to talk to me. I couldn’t get his direct attention as I restated my case. He told me that they do lot surveillance using camera’s and if my car was towed it was due to having been there for too long and that they had it on film I walked away from the car and not into their lobby. That was not the case and I asked that he look for himself. He was clearly operating the drive through window and not taking me seriously. His resolution was that Burger King doesn’t reimburse for parking illegally and that I should call back Tuesday February 23rd after 3:00pm and to “try” to talk to Bill. I had had enough.

I searched the internet for the corporate phone number and found that they were not open. I took Steve’s advice and contacted the Harrisburg police department and spoke with an officer there about my incident and was informed that it was a civil matter and that Burger King was liable since they initiated the tow. She assured me that I was not wrong and that if the store kept video surveillance that it would show I was in fact there. I took down her badge number and hope that I don’t need to contact them again. The moment the corporate office opened today, Monday February 22nd, I called and spoke with Wilmaria and opened a case with her. She listened to my plea and gave me a reference number only to inform me that I would have to wait three to five business days for the district manager to be contacted and for him to get back to me. I was sure to leave all of my contact information in hopes that John would call me back by Friday.

So here I sit, having spoken with 5 different people about Burger Kings mistake, and have no resolution after two days. My phone survey has netted me a free Whopper or Chicken Sandwich if I go back and purchase fries and a drink but even free food isn’t going to have me back in a Burger King any time soon. I’ve learned that even when the manager on duty admits fault there is nothing he can do to help a patron out. I’ve learned that anyone can call and set up towing even if they aren’t there to oversee the operation personally. I’ve learned that my son will follow me down a dark street in the cold and cry for several minutes even if I console him when a situation genuinely stresses him out. I’ve also learned that no matter how many people I call that a hopeless feeling won’t go away. I honestly don’t think this will be resolved. I am meeting resistance with everyone at the Burger King store and no real sense of accomplishment from the corporate office. I know I should be patient but my patients wore thin on Saturday night.

I only seek to have my money reimbursed to me for the cost of the towing and perhaps to have the cost of my meal refunded. I don’t think that a mere $144.94 is too much to ask of a franchise, a corporation, or anyone responsible for such a gross oversight as having a patrons car towed while they are inside paying for your products. The way that this has been handled to this point is beyond frustrating and speaks to the disregard the management staff has toward its guests when they are truly in need. This wasn’t a matter of cold fries or not enough pickles, a family trip was disrupted because of a managers decision to hire a company to blindly keep his lot clear. Me and my son were literally shown out the door into the cold with no recourse but to call back and hope to talk to the manager responsible in several day. Unacceptable.

I have gone to the Burger King at 35th & Grant in Gary Indiana several times. Every time I pull up at the drive thru, they make me pull forward to wait on my order no matter how small it is. They have also commented on my race several times. I am a Caucasian and most of their employees are African American. I have asked for a breakfast sandwich to be made a special way because I have servious ulcers. They always say they can't do that; however, I have seen them give others a special made sandwich. I thought Burger King advertisements say "Have it your Way." When I go to another Burger King that is further away from where I live, they make my order any way I want it, as long as it is within reason and serve to me with a smile. The lady at the drive thru on the early morning shift is very rude and I have complained about her service before; however, nothing is ever done about it because nothing has changed with her customer service. I used to go there every day, now I go to McDonalds accross the street because their customer service is much better. If you can solve this problem for me, I will be happy to return to this Burger King in the future. The employees there definately have a problem with my race and I don't appreciate that.

The last few times I have gone through BK drive through it has been a bad experience one way or another.1 other car in front of us and I waited 10 min at the speaker before anyone said"hello"or anything. Then to top it off our food was wrong and COLD.When I pulled up the the window the whole crew was laughing, having fun and on their phones. The customer service after lunch time sucks. 3 separate I have gone and have received the same experience. Yesterday I waited 15 min.again only one care in front of us.I'm tempted to apply for management to change how they run things there. The morning crew is exceptional . I have worked in Fast Food and Management, I believe no one is managing anything. There really is no excuse for bad customer service. Most people don't mind waiting as long as the are addressed in some way.

Burger King fingernail in my sandwich

My friend and I decided to go and eat at burger king yesterday for lunch. I ordered the whopper sandwich meal. We sit down to eat and i'm a couple bites into my sandwich when I realize that i'm chewing on something hard.. So I spit it out to see what it is, and it turns out to be a human fingernail! I start shaking from being so grossed out and decide to bring it up to the counter to show the cashier and manager. All they do is briefly look at it and offer me another sandwich! I asked for a refund because there is no way I am going to eat anything else from burger king again! I then throw out the rest of my half eaten sandwich, fries, and drink and my friend and I leave. After leaving I decide to call the burger king and speak to the manager to see what further action she took. She just kept apologizing and told me that all the employees wear gloves and that she has no idea where the fingernail came from. She told me to go back anytime and she'll give me a free salad or something!
I will never go back to that burger king or any burger king for that matter! I was sick to my stomach for the rest of the day after that and am now scared to eat anything really!
As of today, I called corporate office to file a complaint, but it didn't seem like they took it too seriously either! Just shows you how these people run their business! Ewwww! I feel absolutely traumatized from this whole situation! I dont think i'm eating out for a long long time!

Unfortunately, I didnt get a pic of the fingernail as it all happened so fast! And I handed off the fingernail to the cashier! To anyone reading this, be aware of what youre eating because you may come across a fingernail in your sandwich! Gross!

First of all when you wrote the exact same review to Wendy's I believed you when you said someone was posing as your friend. However now I see that this is all a big scam. Where are you going to f"ind" the next "fingernail" in your pizza from Pizza Hut? My husband is in the military defending our country and it is a shame that people like you are ripping fast food chain's off with lies.

Burger King they have no plastic gloves on

I put my order in and while I was waiting for it to be done I was looking through the opening where the lady was preparing the sandwiches for the customers. She was putting her bare hands in the lettuce and tomatoes and the other fixing you put on your sandwiches (she had no plastic gloves on). When I saw this being done I told the manager behind the counter I did not want her handling my food like that. The manager acted like she didn’t like what I said, but turned and told the lady to put gloves on to prepare my sandwich.

If this is the way food is prepared at Burger King I will stop eating there and tell my friends the story and they may have second thoughts about going there also.

I witnessed the worst customer service from your manager Lillian at your Puyallup, WA store on 111th and Canyon RD. Burger King traumatized employee

My wife has been working for Burger King for a couple years and has been an outstanding employee with minimal write ups. She has been going through such a traumatic experience working for Burger King that she is questioning any future work and possible careers. Working extreme hours along with mandatory meeting, constantly receiving harassing phone calls with verbal abuse while not at work and on her days off of work and being threatened with write ups and being fired over job duties that do not pertain to her job. A few months back, the phone calls got so back that I could personally hear the entire conversation from ten feet away. I quickly took the phone away and dealt with the situation in a bold upstanding demeanor. The phone calls stopped for some time but have slowly started back up again and have progressed from innocent job related shop talk to being distressful, traumatic and verbally abusive again.
To give another recent example. Yesterday, my wife had a Mandatory Meeting from 9am to 1pm. With a 45 minute drive time home and another 45 minutes drive back to work. She was also scheduled to work from 5pm to 2am closing the restaurant and cleaning for an hour that same day. Another Mandatory Meeting was scheduled at 8 am the same morning. She is still at this meeting and it is 11 am now. She also is scheduled to work tonight from 5pm to 2am and close/ clean the restaurant again. She has tried talking to the General Manager and the District Manager and even Human Resources multiple multiple times! They are unwilling to cooperate, file reports and just keep passing her off to each other. She has also put in for several transfers to another restaurant under BK corp and has been denied time and time again.
I have stuck by my wife and have tried to help her through these difficult times but now it is just too much for both of us. She is now in her third trimester, pregnant, and it seems that all the want to do it is get rid of her by any means necessary. After all the years of service this is the thanks BK Corp. has for it's employees.

Burger King health code

I won't go eat the food after having to see it made and then having to work while being sick! Really? What kind of manager makes their employee show up puking and whose had the ### all day?!?! I know someone that works there and he just had to go in because his manager (My guess) doesn't believe him when he says he's been ill all day. She told him, "you don't show up you don't have a job. "

Hahahaaa! Are you kidding me? I don't mean to be rude in the slightest but i've been an assistant manager at a BK here in NY, for 3yrs. They DO NOT care what condition thier employees are in! One of the other asst. mngrs in my store always has thursdays off bc she has chemo treatments on wednesday evenings. There have been numerous times when a shift needs to be covered and she has asked be come in on thursday, her day off. Obviousy less than 24hrs after a chemo treatment she is not well enough to do her job, they don't care "this is part of your job, come in or i'll replace you" is what she gets told. Another time my son was diagnosed with chicken pox, after being vaccinated 2yrs earlier. By state law he is not permitted into his daycare. I needed a doctor's note, and a letter from the school, in order to take time off without being fired. . . i would have thought they would NOT want an employee there, who has a child sick with a highly contagious viral infection, for health reasons. . . but apparently not. You really think they'll are if an employee has been throwing up? no way!

Burger King I am highly angry with the way i've been treated

I am regular customer that comes to this location (1946 W. Hwy 30) at least three times a week. As of 05/02/2012 I am Highly Upset and disappointed with the management team there. I recently submitted a complaint via email, and obviously NOTHING was done about my concern because the same thing happened again TODAY…

The manager (CHRIS) whom I had spoken with about two weeks ago concerning my ORDER that was messed up AGAIN. I called this same location and spoke with the manager(Chris) to inform him that my order wasn’t correct, and once again he was RUDE, and took his time coming to the phone.

And as of 05/02/2012 the same incident happened. And one employee explained to the manager that she was working the night I called to talk with Chris. I’m very concerned about this location because I’ve been having the same COMPLAINTS and nothing is being done about it.

I just want a CONCERNED person to explain to me what Burger King’s policy is, because apparently its legal for them to continue to treat me the same way. If I’m driving 1 1/2 from work, and I’m stopping at Burger King for dinner, I expect for my ORDER to be CORRECT…

I am Highly ANGRY with the way I’ve been treated, and something needs to be done about it soon… I’m not a customer that’s trying to cause problems, I just want my order to be correct when I come there!

Maybe you should retire from eating that garbage 3 times a week. BK would lose your business, and you'd be a happier person because all those toxic chemicals will be out of your body. Win-win situation if you ask me.

Burger King cold temp in bk

I live in Illinois and the weather has just turned nice and warm--again. Today we had a nice warm day, 81*F. When my friend and I stopped at the BK in Ottawa, IL, for lunch it was freezing inside. I know that not everyone gets cold like I do but even my friend was complaining about the cold inside. The only thing that was hot was the coffee and I burned my tongue. I usually get a medium or large diet Coke but I thought that the coffee would warm me up. It didn't. All I got from the coffee is a burned tongue.

We saw a manager. Before I could say more than, "Sir" to him, my friend asked him if it had to be so cold inside. The manager replied, "It's going to be a hot one today. I'll turn down the a/c." I could not thank him enough. Not everyone gets hot and sweaty like the kitchen crew. We ate our meal and left so fast that I hardly remember the chicken sandwich and fries. I still feel the burned tongue from the coffee.

WHY? WHY? WHY? Does the A/C have to be turned to an uncomfortable degree? BK is my now favorite place for a lunch. It used to be HARDEE'S. BK's mushroom Swiss burger will N-E-V-E-R match or come close to the one HARDEE'S had. HARDEE'S in Ottawa, IL, closed much to my dismay.

I will take a wrap (cover) with me when we go there again. I had long sleeves on, guess I should have taken my winter coat. It's supposed to be hot tomorrow, 88*F, in IL. If we make our usual trip to BK for lunch I will have my winter coat with me.

Burger King rude burger king employee at work

Today, Sunday at 11:30 AM I pulled into the Burger King Blaine Minnesota just S. Of Main St. just E. Of Central Ave. Being handicapped I wanted to park near the door. There was only one slot available In the line of parking slots near the door. That sloth was partially blocked by your car license number THK 936 with the door wide open. I assume the lady in the car was either entering or exiting her car. She took no action for about 45 seconds to allow me to park. Finally she gave me a funny book maybe anger I don’t know.

Finally she partially closed her door enough for me to pull in. After I had gotten my order and seated myself near the window I noticed that she got out of the car and went in the Burger King to work. In about eight or 10 min. she left The work area and reentered her car I assume to smoke a cigarette. After a few minutes beyond employee walked up to her car to talk to her and she re entered the store. I wanted to complain to the manager but I assume she was the manager because she was the oldest person working in the store.

It should be noted that there is approximately a two or 3 acre parking lot for her to park in a little ways away from the door so that customers could get closer.

She gave you a funny book? LOL

Anyway, unless it was a handicap parking spot she did absolutely NOTHING wrong. How was she to know you are handicapped? And if your so handicapped dear, eating an unhealthy diet of fast fried food is not going to help any. So you really should be thanking this wonderful woman...she gave you a funny book and tried to stop you from becoming even more obese. LMAO

Burger King I was shocked and saddened to receive what burger king is now calling their mushroom and swiss

I was so excited to see the mushroom and swiss burger back on the Burger King menu after so long. It has always been my favorite and no other fast food version can touch it. So I was shocked and saddened to receive what Burger King is now calling their mushroom and swiss…2 regular size sesame buns with a small hamburger patty, 1/2 slice of swiss cheese, tons of mayo, about a teaspoon full of sauce and 2 slices of mushroom. I feel terrible about all the people I have recommended this burger to. Now I suppose I will have to eat lots of crow…Oh well, it will undoubtedly taste better!

Burger King quality of food

Me and my husband visited your rest in folkston this afternoon. He ordered a #2 with onionrings and a choco. Shake. I ordered a whopper junior and a small drink. We were traveling back home thank god, because the burgers were so sloppy they were falling apart, had way too much ketchup and mustard, our shirts were a mess. And they onion rings were barely warm. I was very dissatisfied.

Whatever happened to the charbroiled flavor of the burgers at Burger King. I worked for the first burger king in Cincinnati, and in those days the whopper was 39 cents and the burger was 19 cents, and the cheeseburger was 24 cents. They all had a delicious and juicy charbroiled flavor and was tasty, the best burger I have ever tasted. I have been an avid fan of the Burger Kings since it came to Cincinnati and enjoyed working for Florence Schuller who was the owner. She prided herself in delivering a quality product and always jokingly called the whopper "super delicious" a meal on a bun. I would love to see Burger King return to the quality and taste it was known for and hope that this is done soon even if I have to pay more for the sandwich. Burger King, take this to heart.

Food is not good here, WiFi doesn't work reliably, cleanliness is pathetic, drive thru takes total precedence over dine-in, constant incorrect or poorly prepared orders. The list goes on and on.

Burger King bathroom monitoring

This outfit puts a small nearly unreadable sign on the bathroom doors that tells people they have to show a receipt before using. Then if you don't have a receipt and try to find someone to show it to, a guy comes out of a door in the hall nearby and rousts you.
Complaint: I am a regular customer. I would like to pee before I stand in line to order. But instead of that, I am apparently watched on camera, hassled, and sent packing. I would like to go back to Burger King, but I won't if that's the way they intend to treat their customers.

Burger King bad food and customer relations

I go to burger king quite often, because you serve lunch during breakfast. I was at the burger king on robbins road grand haven mi. And I ordered a chicken tender crisp meal. (7.00 almost) the chicken patty was so greasy that when I bit into it grease was running down my chin. I brought the chicken patty up to the counter after only taking one bit from it and showed the clerk jolein her name started with a j. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it.

I then turned to five other customers in line and asked them if they would eat it and they agreed that was pretty greasy. I then asked her for the complaint number. She pretty much told me she was going to do nothing. She offered me a bun. My whole sandwhich was covered in grease. It squirted on my face. She gave me the district managers number trica is her name. I called her and told her the situation and she said she was on lunch and she would call me back after she talked to your employee.

Which she never did and this is quite upsetting for your employee to be so unperfessional. I’ve at here many times with no complaints and for someone to just blow me off like both of your emploees did is quite upsetting, like I don’t want to eat there just to avoid this kind of bad service.

Burger King don't like burger king menu change

I love going to my local Burger King in Springfield, IL almost every day I get 2 BK muffins before we go to job site. The other day I stopped in to get my muffins and friendly and helpful staff I love these guys. Got my order went to other side of county to job site to have my muffins. What no Egg on first one, could be mistake the opened second one no Egg either. Sorry I do not want something different. I will not be back, I know sort of small change but from now on, I will be driving down street little further to McDonalds and get 2 breakfast burrito’s same price, but at least I get some scrambled eggs.

I have visited the BK in Orange, CT several times over the last few years. EVERY TIME, there is a problem with my order. I have not gotten what I have ordered three times in the last 6 months. I notice that the drive thru crew is more interested in socializing with each other than getting the orders right. Last night I ordered two crispy sandwiches. They gave two spicy sandwiches. I only went there because they were centrally located to where I was going and I will NEVER spend money in that particular store again. As it turned out, the pregnant person I bought the sandwiches for could not eat them because they were spicy.

Please retrain your people to “care” about the customer. I don’t want miracles, just courtesy AND THE CORRECT FOOD. I just thought the great staff at the local BK would like to know why I will not be in store for my daily order they really are great people.

Also, I was at the Bentleyville, Pa location last night and I’m amazed that place is open. The food is always cold( my burger was 85 degrees, yes i carry a thermometer-im a dietary manager)and they are over priced for the “crap” you get. I threw 2 combo meals in the garbage and went across the street to McDonalds and received hot fresh food. The girl at BK handed the sodas to me with no lids or straws and thought that was ok. I’ve been inside and their fountain is nasty ( I wouldn’t let my dog drink from it). Disgusting place, we will never go to that location again.

Burger King the vanilla shakes at burger king taste like frozen cool whip

I am on the road a lot during the week and quite often use fast food restaurants for lunch. I have noticed that there is an increasing number of Burger King restaurants in the Holland, Zeeland, MI area that are getting slower and slower with their service. It appears that one person is handling the front counter and the drive up window. I can get through the drive through line at a McDonalds much quicker than at Burger King. I prefer the Burger King fish sandwich over McDonalds but cannot afford the long wait at Burger King. I also like vanilla shakes. The vanilla shakes at Burger King taste like frozen Cool Whip. It is not ice cream by any stretch of the imagination.

Starting to think Burger King may be getting in financial trouble and cutting back on staff and quality food to lower costs.

Burger King something needs to be done before someone gets sick

I stopped in burger King in Harlan, Iowa and their pop machinge has been broke for over a year. And today we were going to get diet pop and they were out and wouldn't get any in until Friday this was wednesday. When I went and complained about it they said they were sorry and wouldn't get any in until Friday. For health reasons I can't drink anything but diet pop. It would have been nice if there was a note on the register noting no diet pop. Also there was fried potatoes all over the floor in the kitchen like they must had a food fight prior. The garbage can were all running over and there wasn't a line of people but they were just standing around and then went and wipe a couple of tables off.

Something needs to be done before someone gets sick.
