I ordered some Shoes from this company on the 28th July online. I then went online with this company to check progress of order and it stated the order was completed and goods were with UPS. When I contacted UPS they mentioned that the order was not with them. I then sent Bugarri Shoes 7 or 8 emails asking for an update on the order as UPS said I must take up the issue with the sender.
I finally contacted Pay Pal and registered a complaint who finally resolved the issue as Bugarri Shoes immediately started to progress the order.
However, though-out this process they have not responded to any of my emails. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this company as I have purchased items online many times and have never had this kind of issue.
Please can you do something about this.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
5 years will pass and they are still the same, they will send my wrong address so the company has not found me and send them back to Bugarri Shoes, that is they already have the product that I have paid with them!
Now they don't answer my emails! now think with me how many customers are accepted for this? how many clients have time to make a dispute in Mastercard; to them is very well that some don't do it!
They keep the money and the product, my suggestion is that you buy from companies in Amazon, mainly Americans who know how to treat the customer well and do the job properly.
incredible 2020 a procedure that should be automatic of restitution of clients they give you long, so that you do not follow and they keep your money.
