I too have had problems with Two Small Men, though it's more their lack of communication with the company they source for their long haul moves (Budget Moving). I was moving my things from Winnipeg to Ottawa. I had scheduled my things for pick up for March 23rd to be delivered to Ottawa on April 2nd. I had told them that this date was firm. I was also advised that I would get a call 24 hours prior to my things arriving. I made arrangements to be home on April 2nd to wait for the movers.

April 1st no call to tell me what time that the truck was going to be arriving. So I called and was told that the truck would be there the next day. It wasn't. I called again then I was advised that my stuff was still in their warehouse. I had next to no furniture or cooking utensils, we had to go out and buy some as we can't afford to eat out every day.

I called them every day to find out when my things were getting here then I was told 4 or 5 days. My things didn't arrive until almost mid April. When they FINALLY delivered I noticed a few things that were not mine which I had sent back to the truck immediately, but unfortunately a black suitcase was left here.

I was in contact with the movers to get it to it's rightful owner and was told next day it would be picked up. It wasn't. Then I got a call that I would receive a cheque for $50 and if I could send it by Greyhound. Never got the cheque and I was not paying out of my own pocket to fix their mistake. It is now July and the suitcase is still here.

The movers then gave out my personal information such as my email address and phone numbers to the owner of the suitcase which really ticked me off. How do they know the guy wasn't going to come down here and be harmful to me? They could have put my life at risk. That is my story, I am extremely upset and hope to get some sort of compensation. Somehow I doubt it though.
