I am using BSNL Telephone line 0141-2569191 from a long time. but i am facing a problem with my telephone line from past 8 month. I have complaint so many times but no use.
we are having three conections for the last two day three nos., are not working 2543218/19/20., these nos., already given complaint to 2525198 yesterday but noone responded sofar. please lookinto this matter.

We are having two landlines . Always we were getting problem in Both numbers . The problem
was Lowvolume and line disturbance . So for we had given so manycomplaints Noaction was
taken against our complaints . This was punishment for us having two lines of bsnl connections.
If you are not ready to attend our complaints . Pl inform us we were ready to go to some other

Dear sir,
I am having one landline.I am always facing a problem.I complained twice but no further action was taken.in between i took internet connection and your man came and told that the phone is having a speaker problem.He also included that the receiver will be replaced within a day.and it passed 3 months but was not replaced.our number is 23447982.
