My landline telephone & broadband services for the phone +911664241515 are not working since june, 2008. I had complained the local offices for this but to no avail.

yes BSNL is not taking their consumers seriously & that's the reason everybody wants to shift to other operators in the region. Their poor services should be highlighted.
