I am using a bsnl internet connection post paid for the last two years. My telephone no is 0884 2321152. It was an ordinary connection through my telephone, i don't even know the name pf the connection. Internet usage bill is paid through my regular telephone bill. It was getting loaded at the speed of 44 to 46, and i was happy with the performance, contrary to the public perception.
For the last one month the internet performance is quite annoying as the speed has been decreased to 31 to 38 and gets disconnected on its own very frequently and after that it tries on its own, retries and gives a funny voice message that this facility is not available on your telephone and keeps mum. If i go to desk top and try it tells me that there is no dial tone. Without any choice i have to restart the system and reload internet and continue. Very unhappy situation and i am not able to work continuously, loosing interest, time and money.
