My phone is dead from last one month. I have complained to the exchange officials as well as on the computerized complaint service on 198. But still its dead and the behavior of the staff is also insulting while contacted on phone. Someone suggest what to do plz...

i am unsatisfied of bsnl service .My telephone is dead by last month but no one is attempting to check my phone to get it back working.
I have a request to bsnl office to please see my phone so that i can get good bsnl service respectively.

My tel no 2482446 become dead very frequently and takes very long to get it repaired .Even today it is dead. Complaint already lodged vide E- 4783. PL get it repaired.
