I got the Broad band connection in March 08 and I am happy with the speed and service. But the erratic behavior of the internet connection and unable to get the bsnl portal site for usage details, so many days makes me little bit uneasy. How to solve the problem. Every thing seems to be okay, but the problem persist.

I have got Broadband connection from BSNL Ahmedabad (INDIA) at telephone no. 07925355309. I, also cannot get connctivity for two to three days continuously.BSNL is advertising so much for intenet connecction but no attention is given to the existing subscribers in spite of giving complains to local office of BSNL

Actually sir i am a bse broker at deeg(bharartpur)raj. Sir i have a complaint againest deeg telephone exchange deeg. sir i have already complaint many times about my share terminal due to continuouesly untrupted services toward telephone exchange deeg. Sir there is no satisphication answer against any complaint, only disattitute behaviour we are facesd every time.
Sir i am very disturb due to thier this behaviour, please sir take a strictt step against SDO and JTO and total staff of deeg exchange.
