The internet at my residence is not working. The modem used is ADSL CPE, SmartAX MT882. I have lodged a written complaint at the sector-5 office. But nobody has cared to come and attend to the same.

The Bsnl Landline ( 079-25841694 & 079-25840717) at my office is not working. the modem used is ADSL CPE, SmartAX MT882. I have lodged a written complaint at your bsnl office vatwa, ahmedabad. But nobody has cared to come and attend to the same.
