My fiance in Allahabad applied for an internet connection ftom BSNL. They offered it on a 15 trial period promotion and didnt even notify her before terminating that connection. Not only this, when she went to the office to find out the reason, she was told to apply again. She filled in the application form and was told that within 3 days the service would be activated. This continued for a month now. She has filled the form 3 times as they lost the earlier two, probably they thought its some kind of a joke going on.
Getting frustrated with all this stuff, i wrote a mail to the cmd of the company, all i got was a reply saying we have forwarded the mail to the right department and shall advise you with the progress. That was end of their work they believe - never thought of following up even after i sent them 2 more mails to know the progress. they are so rude that picking up a phone seems to be against their company's policy.

My fiance was using a skype-phone (ip phone) which doesnt require any PC, its just directly connects to the ADSL modem, this simple thing couldnt be understood by the competent staff who are providing IT services to their customers. I tried calling them in their offices when she used to go there for help in fixing her internet connection, all they had to say was we cannot understand what i am talking about?

A service provider provides with a username and password credentials for logging; they were not even sure about it, and programmed 2 different times on her modem which she took there more than 8 times now, hoping they'll fix it.

I hope people learn from my experience and please do not waste your time and money on service providers like them; we pay for the service we are asking for? and if we dont get the service, why are we wasting money on them, and most importantly our valuable time.
I wish this news get published on newspaper for all the people to know including those who prefers reading the conventional way!

Hi,

We have sifted our house from Vijanagr to Varthur(Near to whitefield) its almost 5 months over we shifted our house
still we dn't get a bill from BSNL department
Sudenly the phone got disconnect two months back saying that we have not payed the bill
then we went to office collected the bill and payed the amount

The problem is we are not getting the bill to our house through post even after contiuous follow up.

Every month we can not go and collect the bill from the office hence requesting somebody to through a light on this and try to solve our problem. When we call the office they will say that come and collect the bill form here and we are not responsible to send the bill, and they will disconnect the phone
pls help us in this issue
